Guest Reviews
- Sizwe (4/5): Will not be coming back - Definitely not as advertised. Probably worst hotel ever.
- Guest (2/5): - Dirty and looking dodgy. I do not recommend it on Expedia platform.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The place is not like it looks on the Internet, it looked like they were doing renovations. Uncomfortable untidy needs a lot of maintenance
- Verified traveler (6/5): - zentral gelegen, Personal zuvorkommend, Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
- zukiswa (2/5): Horrible stay at serena hotel - Horrible place ever do not even think of staying there, it was so noisy and they do not clean unless u tell them to clean. There was a load shedding on the 30th instead of giving us candles they went to chill outside did not even apologise, there were constantly people peeping through the door at night and knocki ng and when u answer they run away. It was the horrible hotel i will never stay there even if it was 100 bucks for 3 nights.
- GT (2/5): - The room is so bad, There is no comfort at all.
- Bonginkosi (2/5): please remove serena from the hotel listings - My stay at serena wasnt so pleasant at all, firstly had to wait until 11am to check hence we had booked online there was no arrangement whatsoever for us go check in on a clean room, no towels or soap provided had to ask, rooms have no wifi, no basics coffe, tea, kettle nothing.
we had to ask for 2 glases so we can atleast drink water of which was told they do charge R100 for such requests, ni lights in the room or tv remote which only played standard chanels..
i could go on about my unpleasant stay but serena is not a hotel its just a brothel.. 😔😔
- Pamella (10/5): Place to be - It was great and amazing
- Harriet (4/5): - I was so dissapointed bcoz I had to swap rooms at nyt bcoz of rats in my previous room
- Tsholo (6/5): Tee - The aircon was not working. They did not give us any towels. Windows are old and the water is cold But the service is good the receptionist was good to us
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Not so good. The bad was not in good condition as it was damaged in between and there was no wifi on the room as they said on the advertisement the wifi is downstairs in the living area only.
