Great value for money to run up and down International Drive. Pool open until 23.00 hrs with lifeguards in attendance at all times. The interconnecting doors in the rooms aren’t sound proof and our neighbours were quite noisy late at night.

No pool at all. Cafe staff at night was also not too nice, but daily it was great. Rooms are ok, but i expected them to be bigger and have more space to luggage (4 people)

After being involved in a car accident, we had to make a last-minute reservation while stranded on the side of the road for several hours in 93-degree Florida weather waiting for a tow truck. We were exhausted, stressed, and overwhelmed. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Marcos went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed and cared for. He was compassionate, patient, and did everything he could to make our stay easier. He even gave my family Starbucks beverage coupons to help lift our spirits after such a hard day. That small gesture meant so much to us and truly showed genuine kindness.This hotel was already one of my favorites, but thanks to Mr. Marcos, our experience became even more memorable. Employees like him make a real difference, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves. Thank you again, Mr. Marcos, for treating us with such care and humanity. N/A

Defiantly was not swept or mopped! I played towels on the ground because I was so grossed out to walk on it. Also the TV wasn’t hooked up. I had to call and have someone reconnect the tv.

El servicio de lanzaderas a los parques funciona genial. Desde uns hora antes de la apertura temprana hasta bastante tarde en la noche. Se puede llegar caminando a zonas de ocio y restaurantes que no están mal. Y un supermercado Walgreens 24 h. abierto bastante útil a 3 minutos caminando. La atención del personal es muy buena. Todo el mundo muy amable. Muy contentos con la elección. Sin duda, recomendable. No recuerda nada que no nos haya gustado.

• Henry Francisco (9/5): Muy bueno, decidimos extender la estancia por 2 días más. - El hotel es muy cómodo, las habitaciones son muy familiares y cómodas, manejan el concepto de 2 habitaciones por lo que la estancia de algunos días es confortable. Sugiero que revisen el tema del arreglo de la habitación, solicitamos que sea arreglada todos los días pero la housekeeping pasaba sólo una vez y si la habitación en ese momento estaba ocupada ya no la arreglaban después. Por otro lado la limpieza, sólo recogen la basura, pero no limpian, pasamos algunos días y no lo limpiaron, eso si la administración debe tomar muy en cuenta para que mejoren, un hotel muy exclusivo no creo que tengan esas limitaciones.
• WILLIAM (7/5): Room 2913 needs an upgrade, everything else was above average - The ambience of the interior lobby, the openness of the pool was very nice The room was very modest, the bed mattress was worn, gave me back ache. The sheets were not soft. The shower handle was hard and bath towel was sort of rough. Overall I think the room fell short and needed an upgrade.

• jeanpix (10/5): the place is great and it was as i expected - What stood out the most to me was the service and the constant shuttle transportation to the parks—they run nonstop, which makes everything incredibly easy and stress-free. You never feel like you’re waiting around. The gym was decent and had everything needed for a good workout, and the food at the hotel was actually very good, with solid options throughout the day. Overall, Universal's Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn and Suites delivers where it matters most—convenience, comfort, and a smooth, hassle-free experience.

• Heather (10/5): - Lovely hotel great room with pool view. Great location with excess to the I Drive. Shops nearby was a bonus. Park bus pickup just around the corner really handy for the universal parks. Food in the hotel is a little pricey

• Debbie (8/5): Good stay for visiting universal - Location and facilities on site and in room, the pool dj awesome, was same price as hard rock with paying for fast passes extra but kids got separate room and beds as opposed to sharing so better as we have both boy and girl.. Not allowed to throw balls in the pool
• Kanesha (10/5): Family annual trip ! - The rooms were exactly as pictured. Housekeeping would come in the morning & did not mind coming back while we were away at the parks to clean and change out towels & sheets. My son 4th birthday and at check in they gave him a birthday pin to wear & keep. The pool are was not crowded & the mobile check out was a breeze. We stay every year for his birthday! That I couldn’t stay longer! No complaints
