• Claudia (10/5): Carloforte magica, peccato esserci stati solo una notte. - Struttura elegante, molto pulita con un materasso comodissimo e prodotti del bagno di qualità . Ottima L a zona comune per fare la colazione od una spuntino. La facilità del parcheggio pubblico sotto casa consente di lasciare la macchina e raggiungere il centro a piedi. La signora Francesca molto disponibile anche per il check in in anticipo e professionale. Mancanza delle zanzariere e del terrazzino, solo la possibilità di usufruire di quello accanto alla zona comune per poter stendere . Se ci tenete ad averlo in camera informatevi prima. Per noi essendo una notte è andato bene così !

• Jan (10/5): Nicely appointed, quiet and close to town - Francesca met us on site to provide keys and was very helpful with information. Home is in a very quiet residential area and an easy walk into town. Facilities match description and photos. Easy to park in the street out the front of the house. Coffee pods, bottled water and hangers provided. Shutters on bedroom windows blocked out light. Mattress large double and comfortable.

• Carol (10/5): Toccata e fuga a Carloforte - Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti,a partire dalla preparazione e dalla cordialità di chi ci ha accolto. La struttura è pulita e dotata di tanti accorgimenti che rendono il soggiorno piacevole. Sita in un ottima posizione,ti permette di lasciare la macchina e spostarti a piedi. Consigliamo la struttura! Non c'è nulla che non ci sia piaciuto

• Уляна (10/5): We truly loved it! And really hope we can come back another time. - The apartment looks great, it’s clean, with AC available. Cleaning of the house is once per 3 days together with changing towels and so on. The surprising part was the attention of owners of the apartment to guests’ impression of living on the island. Unfortunately, we found out that washing machine was broken. In the evening of the same day they tried to fix it, which didn’t work. As the result - we got a brand new washing machine on the next day! And this is just one of examples. Another thing is that before our arrival we were provided with maps of both downtown and the Island of Carloforte, so that we already knew what to do and where to go. - No Internet access: We didn’t check this part on booking, so probably this is kinda our fault. But still, the apartment doesn’t have Wi-Fi connection, so we had to use lots of 4G data during our 10-days stay. - No microwave oven: I really wish we had an easy way to heat up our food, but we didn’t
• Lennart (10/5): Exceptional - The team was very friendly and they cared deeply about their guests. The house was cleaned daily and felt very hygienic. It was spacious and we spent a lot of time on the two terraces.
• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Michele was an excellent host, welcomed us in person, gave a lot of recommendations about where to go in the short time we were there and where to eat. Even after we checked out he was available for questions so we felt very well taken care of. The room and bathroom were very clean, had a nice shower and fluffy towels. The villa is well situated, a bit outside the town centre where its easier to park and more quiet but everything is reachable within 5-10 mins on foot. Wish we could have stayed longer!

• emanuele (2/5): MAI IN INVERNO - Premetto che io normalmente sto a 21 gradi a casa mia, detto cio NON andate mai in inverno. 1) la proprietà scalda solo le stanze con il condizionatore ma dato che la casa è ghiacciata pareti e pavimento rilasciano un freddo che il condizionatore non riesce a compensare. 2) bagno in stanza ghiacciato perché la proprietà non accende il calorifero 3) area colazione a circa 13 gradi dato che la proprietà non accende riscaldamento della casa come detto sopra. 3) fa più freddo in casa che fuori data l'umidità 4) Prezzi di gran lunga sopra la media 5) colazione molto misera dato il costo della stanza (134€/notte) Evito di commentare l'atteggiamento della proprietà con cui ho avuto modo di confrontarmi sul problema.... d'altronde se si affittano stanze in un ambiente a circa 13 gradi l'atteggiamento non può che essere uno...
