K (10/5): Good sleep hotel - A good spacious place. Good service staffs as well. They have ironing board outside the rooms. 2 sets in one floor.

yenyau80 (8/5): Good location and Spacious room - Spacious room and comfortable bed. The thing that needs to be improved is the sound blocking. It's quite a noise when someone walks, is talking and closing the door. Location in town is very convenient as the 99 Speedmart is just nearby. Parking is provided free at the back of the hotel. There is no need to reserve a reservation.
KIM WEE (6/5): - No lift, a great location, and friendly staff, but room cleanliness needs improvement.
MARY (8/5): - Everything is well and good for value except the the shampoo and shower cream is a little small.
Anthony (4/5): - Sarcastic front desk staff. No phone in each room. Went outside the room to call the front desk but no one picked up the phone. This is an extreme no-frill hotel. Everything got to charge including extra pillow or towel. The rate in Expedia is the same as walk-in if not worse
Segaran (10/5): Spacious room - Very spacious rooms with a restaurant below and a supermarket. Rooms are very clean. Only issues is the TV channels. Very limited tv channels in room. About 4 channels only. All are Malaysian channels. Could have included some movies channels or sports channels. Disappointing TV only. The rest are very commendable.
Vincent (8/5): - Walkable to most of the places. Parking available behind the premise & there is a restaurant below the hotel to eat. A 99speedmart nearby in case you prefer your own toiletries.

Wiralgk (2/5): Need more skill staff and upgrade the cleanness of the room - I came with my family, we take 5 rooms 1 Deluxe family room for me my wife and two kids, 1 Superior family room for my Sister with her family, 2 Deluxe double rooms for my daughter and their husband, around noon the hotel staff call us asking if we are coming, we have paid in full, for sure we are coming, he should ask what time are you coming, that's is the correct question, its seems like if we unable to come they can resale the room again (double selling). it is during a peak time. I told them that we already there in the area and ask them what time can we check-in, he said after 3pm whereby the standard check-in time is after 2pm, I assume maybe they are busy with back to back situation so we came after 5pm just to give them time to makeup the room. Upon check-in, one of the room are not ready at all, we have to call reception to makeup the room, the housekeeping came and make-up the room immediately. We end up having 4 rooms in 1st floor and 1 room on the 2nd floor, there are no elevator in this hotel only staircase, we asking if we could change the room on the 2nd floor to 1st floor as I have bad knee problem and my wife have asthmatic, but the reception staff are very rude telling my son " you have strong shape body you can carry them up". this how you reply with your customer.. ridiculous right.. I was also hotelier before, I understand the situation when hotel are fully booked, but they have to choose word wisely not to make the situation worse. since we just stay for a night, I just change my room with my new wed daughters. The room need deep cleaning, most of the toilet tiles are moldy, edges of toilet bowl are dirty.

Verified traveler (4/5): SO SO - The room cleanliness is acceptable, the bedsheet was found with some stains on it, the towels were smelly (like not properly dried), the aircon blew direct to the bed, make the sleep is uncomfortable, the soundproof is very bad, you can hear the vehicles noise outside. The front desk workers did not wear the mask properly and one of them didn't wear at all.

321juliust (8/5): Good stayed and friendly. - Central of food street and tanjung emas within 2 km radius. If you love jogging, perfect location where you can run from the hotel to tanjung emas. Breeze air in the morning and the hotel are not in front of busy street. Staffs are friendly and good in recommending local Malay food. If you love Chinese style fried kiau teow, it just beside the hotel ( home based instead of shop). Must try.

CltRoland (8/5): Not a bad place - Only drawback for this hotel is it sits on a main road nearby a busy street. You may need to endure some traffic to get here. Once arrived, It is within walking distance to many places. The room we stayed is huge. Staffs are helpful.

Engkeat1992 (8/5): Clean and convenient!! - Their rooms are clean and comfort, they also give free wifi, hot water and iron but some room air conditioner's remote control no function so can't adjust temperature. This hotel located Old Town White Coffee and 99 Super mart upstairs, also nearby Chinese food street and Japanese restaurant, so we don't afraid can't find food anywhere.
nHfzh (6/5): Poor ventilation - First time i went there everything was perfect, but for the second time, it was a bit annoying because the aircond didn't seen to work very well, so hot. I did tell the staff but they just said wait till it gets cold, the ac took time blabla, but nothing happens. Probably gonna rethink before going there again.
RianDM (6/5): Not the best, but clean and spacious - Forced to move here because I couldn't extend at the hotel I was staying at. Despite my having booked and paid in full, it took half an hour to check in with no one else waiting. First impression of the hallway leading to the room, my son said "Grim." The room was clean and spacious, but had no window and grey walls and was frankly a bit grim too. But air con was good, beds comfortable so it was adequate. Saw one of the rooms on the other side of the building and having a window definitely was a big improvement. Quite close to the historic town centre and above and across from good coffee shops.
241nadk (10/5): Very clean, pleasant stay - Strategic location, ample car park. Room is very spacious, clean floor, the water pressure of the shower is great. There is no lift in the hotel, therefore it will be quite inconvenient if you have lots of luggage. We checked in at 11pm and had some difficulties to open the room door. Called the friendly receptionist and he was very helpful. The rate is reasonable and value for money.
cittakaro (6/5): Average hotel with spacious room - The room was very spacious, that's all. The rest are very basic. In the city center of Muar, just walking distance to nearest shopping mall. There is restaurant below the hotel. No lift available in the hotel, so be ready when you come with heavy big luggage.
icebaby0 (6/5): Simple hotel - no lift - Best to note that there is no lift. TV remote control isn't in the room, you get the remote and aircon control only when you check in. Deposit required. Rooms are clean and basic. Sufficient for a one night stay

uluduckd (4/5): House keeping is poor - Room size and location are great.Parking provided for us at the backyard of the hotel.However,I am more concerned on the cleanliness and sanitary on the cushion and bed,I had seen a lot of dust and dirt mark on the bed.It seem like housekeeping service was not doing good.It disappointed us.
andrew7118 (4/5): Below expectations - 1. Hotel itself was quiet. Does not see much guest within the hotel, 2. Daily service for room make up not available even though hotel mention to put up sign but best was the sign to indicate was no where to be found. Even when we were around when the Staff was just next door making up room. On, question ask about it. Too bad the first time I stay without giving, tips which I always does. so live with existing towels without changing. I even have to walk in to their store to pick up the toilet roll myself. Facilities just only 2 cafe nothing else. If you want something else other than just coffee related. Prepare to take a walk. wifi was bad cannot link up. I end up having to use another link available for other room location since different area of room location get different password. Easy to guess First and last stay for this hotel

anonymous8808 (6/5): getting more and more worst - stay in this hotel all the time. notice that their housekeeping and maintenance are getting from bad to worst. lately the air con in the room is not at all cold until i need to wash the air con filter myself!! the toilet bidet is leaking and worst thing is they are using recycled shower cap!!!
