Easy to contact and arrange another night The staff approached us on check out at a later time in a aggressive and rude way was very abusive and not very nice . Asked for his issues but then continued to patronising and abuse me and my partner who is also pregnant. He stood in the room and made us exit out the window after pushing my partner and me . After leaving he was still abusive and followed down the road whilst calling the police he then assaulted me. Am not entirely pleased with this I have a witness. For my inconvenience and the abusive I received also assaulted me and my pregnant partner I believe I should be due a full refund . This is unacceptable apart from this nothing else was a problem .

- Howse Binnington (3/5): We arrived and we left within 5 minutes. - The location is great. The accommodation not so much. The booking system was a nightmare of continued incessant texts and reminders, even after completing the registration. When we arrived, the house had a weird smell that was part wet carpet, bleach and mildew. The front door lock had been duct-taped and looked like it had been kicked in. My co-traveller was so uncomfortable with idea of staying that she insisted we leave.

- David (10/5): Exceptional - A nice location, Just outside the centre of Norwich, There is a nice high St near Golden Traingle with eateries and a Co op and Tesco Express , Also plenty of other shops, Fish & Chips shop just around the corner and a pub. The place itself was very nice ,with a kitchen on the ground floor with everything provided. With all of the amenities. There is a shower, which had lovely hot water, on the ground floor, with a toliet plus a shower on the 1st floor and toilet. Quiet neighbourhood, quite inside the house My room was on the ground floor next to the front door consisting of a double bed,Comfy. TV And a couple of chairs and a desk.Wifi was excellent. None

- Gareth (5/5): Should have slept in my car. - It was short notice so being available the same day was good. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, I sat on it and felt the bottom of the matress. Didn't like the keypad door, if I got locked out and forgot the code, I was doomed. Parking was very minimal, parked on the street kerb and had to leave earlier incase I got a ticket.

- Lorna (4/5): Quiet and ok for work purposes but not a pleasant stay. - The room was pretty good size. The furniture was cheap & badly painted and felt sticky. Even the chair fabric was painted. The bathroom appeared to be clean but the toilet brush looked revolting and covered in toilet paper! The carpets had no ununderlay . The house smelled of weed but that could have come from outside. The whole house just smelled tired & musty.

- William (10/5): Exceptional - This is a lovely old Victorian building with some lovely touches. Some of the rooms have fireplaces in Arts and Crafts style and there's a lovely glass entrance window. The house has a homely feel and is always clean and comfortable. Be sure to be respectful and consider the other residents & you'll find a warm welcome here. I wish there was some way to set the lock in your bedroom to off while you go out to brush your teeth or go to the toilet. It's a bit of a pain to have to constantly input the code every time you go in or out.

- Watson (8/5): I love Norwich, so great to be back and stay in one of the prettiest streets the Golden Triangle! - Location perfect, at the center of Norwich's friendly Golden Triangle, on super pretty street. Room was light and airy and large private bathroom, bed really comfy. Facilities in shared kitchen excellent. Owners really helpful and went above and beyond when I rang them to request I extend my stay. Will be coming back!
- Marianna (6/5): Pleasant - Although it might sound a bit silly, but the table in front of the window definitely channeled a Carrie Bradshaw-esque vibe from Sex and the City :D The bed was comfy, the shower clean, and the two fresh towels provided were a welcome touch. The ceiling and bed lamps were cute as well! +The Plantation Garden is just 7-minute walk from the property The room initially had a strange smell, but opening the window and letting in fresh air quickly resolved the issue. While the property had its charms, the public areas could definitely benefit from some renovations to bring them up to par.
- Zoe (6/5): Pleasant for a night - Keypad system worked really well, easy to get in/out and not worry about a set of keys. Kitchen downstairs was a pleasant surprise - clean and stocked with basics, very good for longer term guests. Strong WiFi, having Netflix available on the TV was a real plus for me too. Bed was comfortable, sheets clean and soft. Good wardrobe space with hangers. I could hear other people around when in the corridors but not when in my room. Had an issue with the shower that was resolved within minutes (very quick response time from host) and was given an extra hour to use facilities as a result of issues. Price is very reasonable for the location. I would stay again for a night or two. En suite had a bit of a smell to it (keep the door closed) and I couldn't get the shower to work to begin with (resolved, see above) it would be helpful to know ahead of/on arrival to pull the cord to switch it on. I also found a hair in the bed but chose not to complain as service was all around great
