The vast majority of other places I have stayed using booking or airbnb have been multiple occupancy with very poor property maintenance standards and with noisy, wholly inconsiderate tenants. It really pays to look at the reviews! Can't think of anything.
• Linda (8/5): Simple room in a good location with good value for money - The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walk from the tube station. It was good value for money compared to other places in London. There is also a massive park right outside the door and the room was cleaned and had the minimum required.

• Mai (8/5): comfortable and convenient location to stay in - Lin gave a very warm welcome upon check in and the room in the house was clean, spacious and cozy too. facilities provided were sufficient, the bathroom was very spacious and clean, noises were kept to a minimum although there were other guests. the house location is a very convenient walk to the tube, which is truly appreciated. unfortunately the heating was turned off at night so it was a struggle for me as im sensitive to cold temperature and the bed given to me was near the window although I booked the twin room. the showers were also a bit hard to figure out and it took 5-10 minutes for the water to be heated up, so the night showers could get really cold since theres no heating in the toilet too. I was hoping to get a later checkout of 12pm as 10am is quite early after coming back from NYE celebrations, it would've been nice if the circumstances were understood by the host. it is also quite pricy to stay here but that's most likely due to the peak travelling period.

• Jason (8/5): Perfect for 1-2 night stay, close to Wembley, clean, 300yrds to tube, lovely area outside. - Friendly Welcome, perfectly placed for Harrow-on-the-Hill tube that's a couple of stops to Wembley Park. If you're either shopping at the Outlet Centre or visiting the Stadium it's perfectly placed and very reasonably price for a one night stay. If you're travelling by car, parking is limited outside although there are car parks that are close walking distance.

• Rob (4/5): Great location but very disappointed with nearly everything - Great location, a three minute walk from the station Free Wi-Fi The TV did not work and was a very small screen anyway Although tea and coffee were in the room there was no milk I was there three nights and there was no room servicing, no replenishment of tea/coffee/water In the bathroom there were no plugs in the bath OR sink, so l used up more hot water having a shave with the tap running

• Debra (10/5): Perfect stay, lovely host and great location. - Lin was a lovely host and gave me a very friendly greeting when I arrived. The property is in a fantastic location, only a few minutes walk from Harrow on the Hill tube station and a 10 minute walk to Harrow school. I was delighted to see that they had been so kind to leave a fan in the room as it was the hottest day of the year and I really appreciated that. There was also a bottle of water in the room and tea/coffee making facilities with a kettle and there were also some pairs of slippers and a couple of dressing gowns for guests to use. I slept really well, considering the heat and the house was very quiet. Lin made sure she saw me before I left in the morning to give me a friendly goodbye. I would definitely stay again if in the area and definitely recommend to others. Thank you x Nothing

• Christopher (10/5): Wonderful. - A lovely house in a wonderful location.It is situated right next to the railway station and all the shops.It is a very peaceful place on the edge of a lovely little park.The price is very reasonable for London.The lady was very welcoming and both times was at the property when i arrived despite my arriving slightly earlier than planned.I stayed before and both times had a welcomed break.I needed to be near the Northwick hospital as i was involved in a clinical study there,it was only one stop from the hospital.

• Rav (5/5): I can say that you get what you pay for, cleanliness and heating are the main drawbacks - The heat was nonexistent, I had to wear layers to keep warm and sleep, spiders were everywhere on the ceiling, even with the window closed the cold air was coming in

• Jan (10/5): If you're looking for a place to stay overnight while staying busy and exploring, this is the perfec - Everything went smoothly. I requested a free parking space, which was provided, and I was warmly checked in by Lin, who was incredibly accommodating and polite. The accommodation is just a short walk from Harrow-On-The-Hill tube station, making travel very convenient. There was no kitchen, she gave us dirty cutlery to use. We were told to tip toe walking in and out of the house. We were ordered to go to sleep like babies. There were so much restrictions on us. Our hosts were so unfriendly and unwelcoming.

• Lisa (6/5): Pleasant - Very convenient for Northwick Park hospital and Harrow on the Hill tube, but no noise. Nice and clean. Very cheap if you just need a bed. It was a bit chilly overnight with a thin duvet, but the facilities were otherwise fine with a lot of effort put into convenience for guests. I felt a bit anxious having the boiler in my room, perhaps just a personal worry! I felt a little confused as I was rushed in, feeling unsure if they were expecting me, and slightly over requested about closing doors quietly.
• Siddharth (1/5): The absolute worst stay with owner who was unprofessional and very rude - The property was nice itself The lady who owns it was nothing but unprofessional and rude, the policy didn’t state the fact we can’t have visitor and during checkout she blocked the door and demanded to pay the extra charge for the visitor mind you who came for few hours and on top of that she was pushing and screaming at top of her lungs, no matter how cheap it is I don’t recommend anyone to get the place. Mind you in my travel all around the world with lovely home stay people this has to be the worst of all.
