Персонала е мил и услужлив, настанихме се лесно дори в късните часове на вечерта, има възможност да оставите багажа си там преди настаняването или преди полета ви за връщане, релакс стаята е добре оборудвана със страхотно кафе.

- Zuzana (10/5): Thank you - Very friendly reception staff. My booking was a last minute (same day) as my other booking cancelled on me. Few minutes after booking I called and they reinsurad me that my booking is completed. That made me relax. Room was very nice and clean, well furnished great location near Eurovea ( shopping centre), bus and tram stationand supermarkets, everything was spot on. I am extra grateful that I was able to lock my suitcase in their designated storage area and enjoying my day in Bratislava. Once again. Thank you very much, appreciate everything 🙏 ❤️ I am not sure if there is somewhere available a wash machine. It will be a great addition for longer stays

Има възможност да си оставите багажа преди настаняване или след напускане. По една хавлиена кърпа на човек е недостатъчно. Чавшафите и кърпите бяха малко скъсани. Доста шумно от трамваите.

The city center is also very close, making it convenient to explore shops, bars, and restaurants. Having a LIDL right next door is definitely another great advantage.

Apartment had washing machines and dryer. The apartment was not serviced with a 5 night stay so towels and bedding were not changed.

- Tomas (7/5): - Location. Bathroom. Location is great, but the windows look out to an ugly small yard. Getting to the apartment is a little spooky, unfriendly corridors and staircases. The apartment is just one big living-sleeping-kitchen room. The mattress could be replaced. Bathroom was solid and clean. Ok for a sleepover but does not feel very “homey”. Also the curtains are struggling to cover the morning light which is a problem now with early sunrises and curtains entirely missing in the kitchen part of the room.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the check-in process was simple and smooth. Nothing significant. Everything was perfectly fine for a short stay.

- Ellen (8/5): I would stay here again. Great value. - It is a basic accommodation. Clean, comfortable bed, clean linens and towels. A nice little kitchen. Quiet. Very close to Bratislava Old Town that you can walk. Nice cafe/ food store next door. Close to city bus transportation, accessible to train and bus station, shopping and tourist attractions. I would stay here again. Reception helpful and friendly. All was ok.

- Antonela (10/5): - Jedan od ljepsih apartmana u kojem sam boravila. Odlična lokacija, u samom centru grada. Jednostavna prijava i odjava na recepciji. Osoblje je jako ljubazno i uvijek je tu neko za pomoć ako je potrebno. Apartman čist i uredan. Odlična relax soba, u kojoj je dostupna i kava.
- Bachorikova (6/5): - Lokácia bola veľmi super a bolo to útulné, vhodné na krátkodobý pobyt. Posteľ bola strašná, v matraci bola priehlbina, kde som bola dolu kopcom a celá posteľ vŕzgala pri každom pohybe. Hrnce boli v katastrofálnom stave radšej sme išli na večeru a na gauči boli omrvinky.
- Cem Celikkaya (3/5): Bu Fiyata Çok Daha İyi Seçenekler Bulunabilir - Konumu eski şehir merkezine yakın, odalar yeterli büyüklükte. Tesisin giriş kapısının açılması için gerekli kodu defalarca tuşlamamıza rağmen kapıyı açan olmadı, valizler ve bebekle beraber dakikalarca kapıda bekledik. En sonunda içerden çıkan müşterilerin açtığı kapıdan içeri girebildik. Resepsiyondaki görevliye kapıyı neden açmadığını sorduğumuzda, oralı bile olmadı. Bagajlarımızı bırakıp çıktıktan sonra, mesajla durumu tesise ilettik ve dönüşte aynı sorunu yaşayıp yaşamayacağımızı sorduk. Son derece kaba bir şekilde "resepsiyon görevlisi hem bavullarla ilgilenip hem kapıyı açamaz biraz bekleyin" şeklinde yanıt aldık. Müşteri memnuniyeti konusundaki tarzlarını anlayınca konuyu daha fazla uzatmadık. Odaya çıkınca çekyatın kırık olduğunu farkettik, üzerinde oturmak mümkün değildi sürekli kayarak açılıyordu. Yastıklarda sigara yanıkları vardı, oysa biz sigara içilmeyen oda istemiştik. Sonuç olarak bu paraya çok daha konforlu, aynı zamanda güler yüzlü ve müşteri memnuniyetine önem veren personeli olan tesisleri tercih edebilirsiniz, biz memnun kalmadık.

- Zuzana (6/5): Ubytovanie splnilo kritériá, ale veľmi by som ocenila, keby bolo čisté. Nedalo sa tam chodiť bez bot.. - Lokalita a pre nás najdôležitejšia dispozícia spania Špinavá podlaha a hluk na chodbe v noci, ľudia a búchacie dvere, ktoré by mohli mať nejaké tlmenie.

- Yurii (8/5): Братислава - прекрасне місто! - Готель розташований в центрі міста, що досить зручно. Оскільки рядом проходить трамвайна колія, то просипаєшся раненько. В готелі все організовано просто і зрозуміло. Братислава активно ремонтується! Принаймні в цьому районі. Те що зазначено в розділі "сподобалося" дехто сприйме критично. І це його право))
