Little things that would really help make the place feel better.

I have stayed there maybe 5 times now and will continue to do so since our daughter just started attending Asbury University. I would like the breakfast to have more variety, maybe have bacon sometime instead of sausage.

Jason (7/5): Bring your own mattress pad! - Property was located at the historic and beautiful Asbury University. Great location out in the country. The bed is the only complaint. A very outdated and firm spring bed with minimal padding. Might as well have slept on box springs! Pillows are firm and looking too old. We didn’t use them they were so bad. Room wasn’t dusted in a while, but provided us no problems.

393dyanr (2/5): Don’t recommend - When we arrived late at night, we found someone already in our room when we tried the door, much to our surprise! They scrambled to find us another room , which was very smoky. We are non smokers , but , under the circumstances, we were grateful to have a room , since ours booked 1 1/2 months ahead was double booked . The sleeper sofa mattress was very thin twin mattress was so thin, the metal frame could be felt through it, so the mattress ended up on the floor to sleep ! The next morning we needed a handicap shower chair and weren’t guaranteed any time frame to receive one, and we had a scheduled event! The person on the phone seemed very annoyed with us and the whole situation had been a mess . We checked out , and went to another hotel for the rest of our stay . No apologies were ever given . Very disappointing.

Ivison (6/5): - I’ll say that the room and the breakfast is actually quite excellent. What bothered me was the fact that after being unable to maintain an online presence, I went to the front desk. My complaint was that after five seconds it would kick me off-line and make me re-login. This made my life very hard since I’m trying to find a job and was needing to do online work. The only response I got was can you tell it to your phone instead? When I stated I wasn’t able to and it already tried that he said there was nothing else they can do. I also stated that the TV would not allow me to log into my YouTube so I could watch shows that I know I approve of. The response was that well. All I can do is get on the dish network. Like I wanna watch the smut on dish network. So I’d say that if you don’t have need of modern technology, the room itself is great. The entities are great. If you don’t wanna watch smut on cable television and you actually have online work to do you’re not gonna be happy with the service you get.

Sean (10/5): - Asbury Inn & Suites is quaint yet very clean, comfortable and staff are kind. The stay also included a complimentary breakfast and, being located on a campus, there are a lot of areas to walk about and explore. It would have been great if the inn included a pool however, I would definitely stay here again - it was a wonderful experience!

John (6/5): - Hotel section we stayed in was an old college dorm that was remodeled. Furniture condition just ok. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Breakfast was not very good. Cold powdered eggs. Sausage links hard and lukewarm. Potatoes cold as well. Pancake machine was only good option. First day there was no coffee. When we asked for more to he brought out it wasn’t hot. Below average hotel.

Melia (8/5): - I appreciated the text messages and accommodating for my earlier arrival. The staff has been great and helpful with the closing of the campus due to snow. My three points of feedback are the walkway from Mckenna chapel was not fully cleared, so i was walking on the road. I appreciate the breakfast opportunity, but there was no orange juice, the bannas I tried were black spotted, and the main options are the same everyday. The accessible room is well laid out, but i wish the main lighting was brighter. Thank you though for an overall amazing stay. Prayers and God Bless.
Marcus (10/5): - I love its convenience. My daughter goes to school at Asbury University and its right across the street and i come down and spend the weekend with her once a month or so. Very nice accommodations!
