On the second morning of our stay the morning breakfast set up was particularly loud from 7am onwards, but this wasn’t the case the day before.

- Figen (9/5): An amazing stay — welcoming staff, excellent comfort, great breakfast and an ideal location. - What I liked most was the perfect central location, allowing me to explore Florence easily on foot. The hotel was spotless and very comfortable, with an excellent bed and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The freshly prepared breakfast and the incredibly kind staff made the stay extra special. The building is historic and beautiful, but there is no elevator, which can be a bit challenging if you’re traveling with a heavy suitcase. I was visiting for work and had a large luggage, so the stairs were slightly difficult, though manageable. Fortunately, another guest kindly helped me.

Nous avons eu la bonne surprise de voir que le petit déjeuner était inclus. Le personnel était charmant et prenait à chaque fois le temps de s'assurer que nous n'avions besoin de rien. Nous avions pu discuter avec eux et avoir quelques conseils pour notre séjour.

We had dinner twice at Casella18 after Daniel recommended it! Breakfast was lovely and nothing was a problem. Thankyou for a lovely stay! Due to staying over a weekend, despite the sound proofing, we were woken regularly on Saturday night being over the busy plaza but this was not the hosts fault. I would request a different room if I was staying on a Saturday night.
