- Ruth (10/5): Great stay - Perfect stay. Hotel 10/10, we ate dinner and the food was great also and reasonably priced. Breakfast was buffet style and had lots of options. Room had amazing view of the city. We were travelling through on motorbikes, free underground parking beneath the hotel.

Beaucoup de mobiliers pas propres et pas rangés, et le comble a été à la réception où on m’a fait payé des taxes que j’avais déjà payé via booking, m’a dit que mon petit dej était en plus alors que j’avais déjà payé pour… pour au final revenir dessus. Pas pro, mauvais anglais. Idem pour l’étage du bar, la réceptionniste est complètement perdue, ils ont été 3 pour gérer une erreur de leur part sur une addition. Pas du tout digne d’un véritable Sheraton

- Lois (10/5): Fantastic hotel in lovely clean beautiful town - We loved the architecture and design; our room was huge with both a shower and a tub, ambient lighting, bedside lamps, and view. Staff was gracious and helpful. We loved the huge sunlit pool, and the large well equipped fitness room. The breakfast buffet was great with a coffee machine to get whatever type of coffee we wanted. We ended up loving the town, despite finding no decent restaurants ( lots of coffee culture on display): wide clean boulevards, riverside paths and lots of greenery. There was even a mall attached where we found toiletries and groceries. All the kids wanted to speak English with us. We sat on the benches outside the hotel and watched the works go by! And we loved the western food at the restaurant! Fitness center needed equipment sanitizer and towels, and hand sanitizer. People should be required to wear shoes and not be allowed to play their own loud music and obnoxious YouTube videos. Also the restaurant staff at dinner need to take away dirty plates and offer dessert. Breakfast staff took away dirty plates quickly. At dinner, We were left alone for a very long time after we finished our meal so we got up and left before finding out they had dessert to offer.

I went into the pool and noticed it was a little bit grubby and mouldy around the edges. Probably where it's always damp.

- Haiyen (9/5): Great hotel - We booked this hotel last min and we had a great experience. We were greeted by Ms Thiet who was very lovely and attentive to our needs. Mr Thien and Mr Cong were also very lovely and smiley. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and had a great view. It had everything we needed in the room without having to ask the reception for anything extra. Overall this hotel was luxury without breaking the bank! Would definitely recommend and go back. My only complaint is that the pool is quite small. Perhaps maybe a lane could be set up for people that would like to swim lengths without children cutting across. Also there was a lady that would aggressively splash people to tell them to go away as it looked like she was trying to teach an individual. Perhaps if she is holding lessons, again this should be in a segregated area or they should have specific times for lessons and free swim for the pool use.

- J M (10/5): Très bel hotel, comme neuf - Nous avions réservé la chambre deluxe King size pour seulement 43e/nuit avec petit-déjeuner. C’est un prix vraiment imbattable pour des chambres aussi grandes, avec toutes les composites d’un 5*. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon (mais tous les jours un peu la même chose mais ça ne nous dérangeait pas puisque c’était bon). Il est situé à côté d’un petit supermarché et de rues animées le soir. C’était vraiment très bien pour ce prix modique.
