From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our weekend feel truly special. Our room was beautifully put together with so many thoughtful, local touches. We loved the Pendleton robes, the hand‑picked books, the local tea and coffee, and the complimentary espresso bar in the lobby with the most delicious cappuccinos. Also, the bed was extraordinarily comfortable—one of the best hotel beds we’ve ever slept in. Everything was spotlessly clean, too. We also had an incredible dinner at Cypress. The food was phenomenal and the service was outstanding. Seriously delicious! The hotel's location is marvelous--so easy to walk everywhere in downtown McMinville. Overall, our time at the Atticus was absolutely wonderful. We’re already looking forward to returning in the future.

We were upgraded to a suite, which made the experience extra special. We didn't use the restaurant or the concierge, but all the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous, with a large living room with a gas fireplace. There was a tea kettle and French press, which made my tea drinker's heart happy. Good shower and lovely soaking tub! Located in downtown McMinnville, the hotel is easily walkable to multiple restaurants and tasting rooms, and just a short drive from many wineries. Valet parking is $15/day, but we were able to find street parking within a block every time.

We have to give a shout out to the staff! They are friendly, knowledgeable about the area and just overall Great! (Definitely including their bartender!) After booking, I saw that they suggested contacting their concierge team to book local food and wine tastings. We got in contact with Dia via email and she was so incredibly helpful — she sent us a list of her top recommendations, but also scheduled a call with us to talk through our preferences and make sure she tailored suggestions to our needs. We were floored by the quality of recommendations and bookings from her and Hannah, another concierge at the hotel. Not only was the Atticus more spacious and beautiful than it looked online, but we had some of the best meals and wine we’ve ever had. It was an incredibly memorable trip, and all the credit goes to the amazing team at the Atticus. Dia is an absolute gem, and we heard it everywhere we went as well. Thank you so much!

Cappuccino available at front desk around the clock, complimentary. There's a small nice restaurant attached to the hotel where we had breakfast. In the corner is a small area with all sorts of food and drinks to purchase if you need something for your room (we bought the truffle potato chips!) Car was valet parked in a fenced off area which was really safe for only $15. We would absolutely go here again.

Having stayed in many chain hotels over the years, this hotel is a perfect example of why a local owned boutique hotel is so awesome. The staff were all incredibly attentive and couldn’t be friendlier. The hotel has a policy of all day 24-7 free espresso, latte, or cappuccinos right at the front desk. The breakfast at their companion restaurant has perfectly healthy choices and as good a price as you’ll find anywhere in town. And the condition of the hotel was immaculate. A handyman was patrolling daily replacing the flowers in the window boxes outside every room. Lobby was beautiful and relaxing to enjoy those coffees in. And in the rooms, the French press and daily replenishments of coffee, tea, and fresh bottled water was a great way to wake every morning. If looking for wine country charm and a perfect location, the Atticus Hotel is your choice.

This was our first site visit and we don't need to look for any other hotels in the area. The staff and hotel have a warm inviting feeling. Though a luxury boutique hotel, it isn't stuffy or pretentious. The staff are quick to cater to any need and are warm and inviting. Staying here is like staying with lifelong friends. Brandie, Trisha, Sydney, Hannah, and the rest of the staff are absolutely the best! We are already planning our return!

Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by staff as we parked at the unloading zone. Check-in was smooth, and we were offered complimentary glasses of sparkling wine. Our room was spotless and functional, with thoughtful touches like a bowl of local nuts, very good tea and a two-zone in-room fridge. The toiletries were of notably high quality. The bathroom layout of our room could have been more functional, but this was a minor issue. The bar below offers 24/7 complimentary coffee, including espresso, which we appreciated. The location is ideal for exploring McMinnville on foot, with plenty of dining options within a short stroll. While we only stayed one night, two nights would probably be more optimal to fully enjoy the area.

We are not coffee drinkers, but if you are, the coffee options available appear to be plentiful. We really enjoyed out stay and when we are back in the area, we will definitely stay here again.

Last year, we met this amazing staff that provided us with an amazing vacation. This year, we had such a wonderful trip, that we decided to return to the Atticus Hotel. Dia again did a stellar job of planning our wine tasting and dining experiences. We cannot thank her enough for the time and effort she took to arrange everything for us. I usually do our planning and I know how much time and work she saved me. And she knows all of the best places! Our mornings began with a great cappuccino made by the front desk staff Spoil Us!!! Stella, our French bulldog, loved her morning greetings too. Our room is one of the pet friendly suites that the hotel provides and it is perfect for the three of us. They provide a bed and treats for her as well as a coverlet for the sofa so that she can snuggle up with her dad. We have a hybrid/charge vehicle and the hotel valets always had our vehicle charged and ready for us in the morning. We have already made our reservations for our trip next fall!

- dbfuzz (8/5): A charming stay. - There is so much great to share about the Atticus so I'll start with that but there was a hiccup or two. The property itself is just lovely-well appointed and sparkling clean ! You are welcomed with a glass of bubbly which is such a sweet touch and the valet and front desk gentleman were so nice. The beds are comfy and the foyer is a nice place to hang out. There is something in the rooms , however, that buzzes, on and off all night ! It's a bummer. (I think it's the wine refrigerator but I'm not sure ). We took advantage of the $15 breakfast and it was delicious and such a great deal! The 24 hour complimentary espresso bar is also awesome. The low point for me was the concierge . I filled out the questionnaire they sent a week in advance-never heard back . Followed up with an email-crickets . I finally called and received an email in return . Again, when I responded to that email-crickets . It actually stressed me out and when I finally spoke with her she was less than helpful . When I emailed her to tell her I had made my own plans her response was downright surly! I suggest you do your own planning ! Other than that experience I highly recommend the Atticus ! Everyone else is so nice !!
- ajco50 (4/5): Overpriced for experience - Our concierge experience prior and while we were there was disappointing. The trim inside our room was all scuffed up and the carpet wasn’t clean upon our arrival. The other couple in our group had lipstick on the glasses when they arrived. There was a noisy generator outside late at night and while I know that’s not the fault of the hotel per se, no apology was given.

- 259jedfei (10/5): Really great time and property - Service is awesome from all angles and the property has a ton of character and charm. Really enjoyed the breakfast and the 24/7 espresso at the front desk. Cool place that delivers. It's not inexpensive but they bring the product and deliver.

- Brooke (10/5): - The property is beautiful and in a quiet neighbourhood very close to the main avenue with restaurants and tasting rooms, but the staff is what makes this place a gem. Friendly is an understatement, they truly go the extra mile to make sure that you always feel welcome.

- kimberlygartland (10/5): What a treat! - Fabulous experience in every regard. Hotel Atticus is a real treat from the moment you encounter them. Fabulous staff, decor, cleanliness, honestly the attention to detail in every regarding is impressive. We'll be talking about this hotel for years to come.
