Ma. Karen (4/5): Can hear every sound outside the room. - The facility is good but the comfort is quite disappointing due to loud noises from other visitors. You can hear every noise outside of the room and we ask the owner to inform ither visitor to minimize the sound but nothing happens.

They most probably do this on purpose to get the money we prepaid from hotels.com and, at the same time, get new guests in the room that we couldn't do check-in.
Gregory J (8/5): Long stay - Well i had to stay longer than expected because the virus thing.. the staff was great, super helpful.. made the experience very nice.. The views and the fresh air was fantastic!!

Lina (8/5): Recommendable :D - The location is near to our conference, walk in distance. Room is clean. the staff act immediately to our concern and courteous. there are things that should be fixed: one side of the window has a damaged lock, poor water flow maybe we are at the second floor and heater did not function immediately. Overall our stay is fine, maybe if those things will be fixed much better. Suggestion also I hope they have table for eating (esp. if family will stay) and Electric Fan for drying up. We will recommend Vista de Pino and we like to stay again for our conference next year if it is still in Baguio. Thanks Vista de PIno.
Verified traveler (6/5): - Its a transient house , and I used it only for my driver`s quarters , during our stay in the city for 3 days . The place is clean and with hot water facilities . No food is served , but there are restaurants very near . The area is very safe with a police station at the entrance
Zeny G (4/5): not so good for the price. - The location was okay, however the shared bathroom was a mess. the flush did not work and the floor was always wet. the rooms did not even have an electric fan. no microwave to heat your left over food. it's basically just a room for you to sleep at. just that. and they charge by the total head count that the room can accommodate and not the actual number of people staying.

Verified traveler (6/5): No Free Breakfast - It says to the post that we have free breakfast, unfortunately pagtanong namin wala daw kapag online booking. Dont include to the post if di available.
Penelope (8/5): - Location near to camp john hay. If this is ur first time booking, directions going to the transient will be quite confusing. Better take a cab during night time. The shortcut going to the transient house is dark. There is no available flat iron. They will text on the night before if breakfast will be served on the morning the next day. If you fail to respond and reply during the day time, they will not honor your breakfast order. Good thing there was a free water. Experienced having noodles for breakfast, since thet do not cater late feedback for availment of breakfast. Experienced, having feedback on the night before, stated the time to be delivered to the room. That was 6.30-7.00am, minutes have past, they just waited at their store for me to claim my bfast order. Their reason? They were too shy to deliver at an early time. That made me late on my appointment. Better yet, improve your customer service.
