• Diana (6/5): Atentie, lenjeria nu se schimba dupa fiecare client!!! - Locatia e aproape de Facultate, de mijloacele de transport, iar in jur se gasesc multe supermarketuri. Lenjeria de pat nu a fost schimbata inainte de a face check in ul, iar cearsaful a fost gaurit. Am avut mancarimi de piele a doua zi. Intr- adevar gazda a fost receptiva, iar la cerere au schimbat lenjeria a doua zi, insa, este inaceptabil, sa se perceapa un pret de hotel., si patul sa emane un miros urat in 2025!!!!
• Călin (1/5): Au fost doua zile fara somn datorita si faptului ca nu era antifonata si se auzeau avioanele. - Daca curatenia era bubuna. Lenjeria era plina de par si altele. Era un miros pestiantial. Lipsa plasa in usa pentru a aerisi. Lipsa geamuri care se deschid. Spatiul pentru doa persoane este cred sub STAS.
• Jason (10/5): - Quiet, comfortable, good communication, free coffee, good TV, nice bed, tidy, clean, great host It was a great place and I had a great stay, only minor complaint would be the blind was kind of broken and people were walking past the room window so I felt privacy could be improved a little. But it was such a minor inconvenience.

• Pop (9/5): Great value for the price - Great value for the price! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Definitely a good choice for a budget-friendly stay. There was a slight musty smell, like damp or mold, probably due to poor ventilation.

• Csenge (10/5): Exceptional - I really loved this place. It was clean and had a lot of light in the room. Cozy and has everything you might need :). Felt way better to stay here than in a hotel. It also has a garden. The hosts were also nice, allowed me to check in faster. Close to Iulius mall and to the busstop It was okay now, but might be warm during summer

• Andrei (7/5): Quiet, out of the way, very bright in the early morning. - Its was good enough, and quiet. The uncovered skylight and the lack of dark drapes woke me up at 5 am, and i slept very little afterwards.

• Rares (7/5): Clean, quiet but the heating can be problematic - Modern, clean, good mattress. Hard to find the entry if coming from Bistritei street. Coffee machine doesn't work, struggled with it. Both the room and the bathroom are heated with radiators. The radiator in the room kept me warm in the evening (it was even hot). However, in the morning I woke up freezing (it's December) and was not able to turn on the radiator. It's not acceptable to freeze in the room, the owner should ensure the room heating can be turned on whenever the guest needs it.

There's coffee or tea provided in the room, with microwave and coffee maker as well as TV if you want to just chill and watch Netflix Nothing

• Marius (10/5): I will be back! - Great reception at the property, feels very welcoming. Despite being in a such a densely populated area, is very quiet and relaxing. If you fancy shopping, craving something delicious, or maybe just want to watch a movie, a 10 minute walk will get you to one of the biggest shopping centres in the Romania.

• Cristina (9/5): It is a very good experience for one person and it is very possible to return. - I really appreciated that the host was awake for me at 1.00 am when I arrived. I found everything that was announced to be available upon arrival, even coffee, and tea. I felt very comfortable and the place is almost perfect for one person. Everything was very clean and the breakfast on the terrace was very pleasant. I had wifi service available but I didn't use it, I didn't need it. The room is small and there is no wardrobe or chest of drawers. Also, there is only one double bed against the wall and this arrangement is not so comfortable for two people, even if they are a couple. Also, the refrigerator is quite noisy and I found the solution to set the thermostat to a minimum during the night (I didn't open it anyway). In this way, the noise did not wake me up all night.
