Guest Reviews
- Olesia (10/5): - Hotel is very comfortable, staff super friendly, great design, location is very convenient. We only stayed for one night but we were very pleased with everything. Thank you to great staff at the Reception 😊
- Amanda (9/5): A good option with lovely friendly staff. - The staff were really lovely. It’s a nice hotel. There are two locations a few streets apart. Where we were was nice and quiet but would have appreciated knowing where we would be beforehand. There’s no parking, just street parking with meters but it’s Condessa area so to be expected.
- Erika Luz (9/5): Fu Clu cold doifferent great service - Yes the concept the history Lack of ac units for hot climate
- James (8/5): -
- Ciccone (8/5): -
- MIREIA (8/5): - Le personnel était adorable et efficace. L'hôtel est très bien placé
- Milton (4/5): - It is closer to different places in CDMX The water to take the shower was cold and took many minutes to get warm. There is no tool to deliver water from the bathroom. (Desagüe)
- Curtis (9/5): Wonderful place would stay there again. - Wonderful location with very friendly and helpful staff. There was a bit of clanking at night with the water pump, but I suspect that’s a temporary problem.
- Guntis (8/5): -
- Denise (8/5): -
- Zenaida (9/5): - Unique vibe, good safe walkable location, excellent and attentive staff! Shower was nice but could use upgrade to avoid getting the entire bathroom floor wet
- Dalia (10/5): Great - The staff it’s great, I saw bad reviews of the bathroom and is actually perfect size, the room clean and the bed comfortable I didn’t had air conditioning but my visit was in December so, the weather was perfect. the only thing is that there is no elevator but the staff helps with the bags
- Chris (10/5): I don’t speak Spanish. The woman at the desk couldn’t speak English. -
- Gurcharan (5/5): - Great location There are no windows. Rooms are not cleaned properly.
- Pablo (8/5): -
- Olya (10/5): Exceptional customer service - The stuff is really welcoming, nice and super helpful. The customer service is amazing here. The room was clean with comfortable beds. It was quiet to sleep here. The location is very convenient, situated next to a beautiful park with lots of cafes and restaurants around, all walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here. Nothing
- Georgina (9/5): Excellent place to stay in Mexico City - highly recommend - Beautifully designed hotel in an excellent location. Great customer service - we arrived early but our room was already ready so the receptionist kindly allowed us to check-in early. The shower pressure / temperature kept changing but not a massive issue
- Paula (9/5): - Great location, clean and friendly staff Some of the decor is risqué not children friendly.
- Jorge (8/5): -
- Karla (8/5): - Well located in Roma Norte. Close to a lot of coffee shops and restaurants. We got a room right next to the street. It was very noisy in the morning and before going to bed.
- Melissa (10/5): Wonderful time, staff was incredibly kind - Live music in restaurant
Colorful and beautiful
- Matteo (8/5): - The property was clean and the staff very friendly Bathroom need a renovation
- Jorge (9/5): -
Smoezelig.
- Kat (6/5): - Location was great and great staff very helpful and friendly Double Delux room was not as it was photographed so we were shocked how small the room was
However , when we complained the management were very understanding and did compensate our x2 night stay and also paid a taxi for our onward journey , so we were very happy in the end ,
- MOHAN (6/5): - Great Location. Room and facilities are a bit cramped.
- Hamed (10/5): -
- Diana (10/5): -
- Diana (10/5): -
- Guillermo (8/5): - Location and friendly staff I was feeling claustrophobic at times, there was very little ventilation
- dacf05 (10/5): Nice place at Condesa. - The staff was very helpful, and the room exceeded my expectations, spacious and extremely comfortable.
The hotel has a great location in Condesa, with plenty of food options just a few steps away. It’s also very close to Parque México, which is a lovely place to spend an afternoon enjoying churros and hot chocolate. It would be great to add a clearer sign indicating where the hotel entrance is. At night, especially if you arrive late from the airport, the area is quite dark, and since the entrance is partially hidden behind a tree, it can be difficult to spot and a bit confusing to know where to go in.
- miller (3/5): Weird hotel. Not as nice as the photos make it seem. - Contessa area is very walkable. Weird hotel. Photos make it look much nicer. Our room had 2 bedrooms, 3 tiny bathrooms, 2 dining tables……no windows. Hotel has strange, naked photos of women on the walls. It was clean though. On our 2nd night they would not replenish our drinking water.
- Ana Julia (9/5): -
- Georgina (9/5): - It’s charming, great staff
- L (4/5): - Location was good. Staff tried to make it a comfortable stay but the hotel is old. It’s a walk up no lift so could be an issue for some guests. There is no hot water, it’s warm at best and you have to wait at least half an hour to even get lukewarm water and be able to shower. It was November when we went so Mexico City is cold and the least you would want is a hot shower! There’s also no temperature control anything in the rooms so we were freezing at night and windows were drafty. Must be equally boiling hot in summer I’m guessing.
- David (2/5): I don’t know that I would stay at this property again. - Location is good and the price. No hot water, room was noisy you can hear a metal door open and close all day and night. The room was not detailed cleaned. I would rather pay more to have a better experience.
- Angelica (9/5): - Hermoso hotel
- Amy (5/5): I liked the stay but the noise would prevent me from going back - Interesting decor. Comfortable room. There was a load scraping noise that continued every few minutes all afternoon and night into the next morning. Kept me awake. No idea what it was.
- Gabriel (9/5): - I liked that it was clean and had a good location. The hotel felt empty as there were not a lot of people lodging. We stayed in the third floor. There is no elevator so that was uncomfortable. We did not have a mini fridge in the room. When we asked if we could get one for the room, they said that all rooms have one except ours. I asked if we could get one and they said no. Not having a mini fridge was a bit of a pain but we managed.
- Jimmy (6/5): -
- VANESA (7/5): -
- Carisa (1/5): Go somewhere else - Beautiful art and great location The bedding is super low quality. First time in my life I have seen a hotel not put a mattress pad on the mattress and the sheets so thin, you can see the mattress label and all the bed stains through the sheet. Horrible and gross.
They provide coffee in the room but no water to make coffee. Absurd. “We are sorry we didn’t buy water today.”
- Bismarck (3/5): Very noisy hotel, couldn’t sleep - The location is really good! We couldn’t sleep during our whole stay because there was a constant very loud noise during the day and night. The first night, the hotel staff said it was next door so there was nothing to do. Next day, they finally acknowledged that there was an issue with the hotel pipes. Still, nothing they could do about it. Also, we put the “do not disturb sign” because we didn’t want anyone enter in our room, also told the front desk lady to don’t clean the room but they ignored us, our belongings were moved and a bracelet charm was missing when we came back. Also, the bar was out of service. We didn’t enjoy our stay.
- Lily (8/5): Practical place to stay in central location for someone who won’t spend much time in the hotel. - I loved the staff, the cleanliness and the complimentary water! It also did feel very safe I didnt know my room wouldnt have a window, felt a bit boxed in but this is my only complaint and not really their fault
Olor a cloaca permanente.
- LUISA (7/5): - personale gentilissimo, accoglienza ottima, mescal gradito e squisito, ambiente molto bello bagno troppo piccolo, doccia minuscola e scomoda, no colaziome
- Jose Manuel (10/5): -
- Beatriz (10/5): -
- Myrna (9/5): -
- ANTONIO (9/5): -
- James (10/5): -
- Mohamed (7/5): -
- Maritza (10/5): -
- Gregory (9/5): A great place to spend a night or two in one of the city's nicest neighbourhoods - The staff at the hotel are marvellous. They really went out of their way to find us the most comfortable room possible. The level of service is what you'd expect a much more expensive hotel. The location is amazing. It's right across the street from one of the most beautiful parks in the city. The beds were comfortable. The rooms and facilities are a bit dated. However, everything is clean and neat!
- Sparo (3/5): Poor - Location is excellent. Staff were fine. Bed was very small (double) but mattress and sheets were fine... Restaurant music and noise til well after midnight. It filters down to all the rooms! Then dishes noise and talking til well after midnight, with restaurant clean up and closing down...Staff were not noisy, just to be clear; it is a structural problem, open air carrying the noise.
No water bottle or coffee, any small extras after 1st day. Espresso machine is there but hotel charges you 50p per shot; regular coffee machine is there but after first day you're charged for it, and have to ask for it. We were walking to front desk multiple times to get things one would expect they would have...
We had a booking at a different hotel but they moved us here due to renovations, so we took what they gave us as they said this was considerably more expensive. Small room, only had a double bed, toilet leaked water, and the 'sink' in the kitchen had running water BUT no attached plumbing lol...
I'm not used to complaining about accommodations. I did really love the location. We weren't there much either, I just wished for a more hospitable touch with the little things, and wanted a good nights sleep. Staff was just following policy, they were not rude or anything. Not their fault...
- Robert (1/5): Promised a $500 peso discount and a follow up phone call later that day, and both were never competed. - Beautiful and beautiful location Extreme banging water pump sound in the walls and carried through piping and bathroom. Broken or loose faucet.
- Paris (9/5): Amazing location, very cool space, friendly welcoming staff, no A/C, but excellent value - Amazing location, very cool space, friendly welcoming staff, excellent value The rooms do get quite warm with air conditioning but the fan helps.
- Avani (8/5): Very good - Really great location right next to the park and the beautiful area of condesa, the staff were really lovely and made us feel very welcome, 24 hour service which was helpful as we arrived early in the morning so we could leave our bags in the hotel before check in. The aesthetics of the hotel was also really cool and felt unique
- Sally (7/5): Although the logics were challenging the entire staff at both locations were cordial and accommodati - There was no free breakfast. I was dropped off at Nuevo Leon 100 on 04/17 & assigned rm #205. Noise from the water pump kept me awake. I was told by a driver Nuevo Leon 99 was an annex to Hotel Parque Suites at Condessa. On 04/20 I requested to be moved to the main Hotel Parque Mexico Suites Condesa rm 212 near my friend's hotel: Nido Parque, 99 Avenida Mexico. I stayed there til 04/25/25 11am. I was very satisfied with this location but was never given an invoice or receipt upon request. I was told by Juan "all transactions are handled through Booking.com." The suite at Nuevo Leon 100 was a large 2bdrm, 3 bath, 1 lrg closet w/dressing rm. The dining rm had a nook with microwave oven & dorm fridge. The living rm had a full guest bathrm, TV, coffee table and 3 wing back chairs. I heard banging noise 24/7 from the water pump. I stored the folded robe & slippers in the dressing rm the 1st night, 2 days later they were gone. The street location at Nuevo Leon 100 was dimly lit at night as I walked home from my friend's hotel 4 blocks away. I asked the front desk to ck the toilet in the rm I used (with the dressing rm attached). That bathrm was oddly shaped. The large bdrm w/full bath did not have a closet and I did not use either. Photos to follow.
- Sveen (10/5): Fantastic, amazing, lovely stay - Loved the staff, and the hotel. Amazing hotel, with some amazing art and construction. We were also given a tour of the hotel,by the staff. Sorry can't remember his name. I highly recommend this hotel. Nothing
- Reggie (8/5): Great location - Great location Showers sprayed everywhere
- Patricia (9/5): Superb -
- Marlon (1/5): Don’t choose this place - People are cool no windows, no hot water, no AC, no minibar like the description says
- Todd (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, quiet, and uniquely decorated. Nothing. It was great!
- Rebecca (7/5): Good - I stayed an extra night and they doubled the price. The taxi service to the airport was not so great. The rest was good.
- Jan (8/5): Very good - The hotel is very clean and the art on the walls is great, the staff are wonderful and the beds are confortable. The location is on a bus y street but our room was in the back so no problem with traffic noise. This is my second year in a row to book Hotel Parque México along with a taxi from the AirPort. Both times, the taxi takes me to the Parque México hotel that is right across the street from the Park ( the one i thought i was booking!), only to be informed that they have no reservation for me and that i now need to order another taxi to take me to their other hotel 3 blocks away. Where I do have a room! Last year, they were able to find me a room but this year, arribista with my 95 year old mother after 11 pm we were left to sit outside trying to get an Uber.
- Camille (9/5): Superb -
- Richard (8/5): Very good -
- Marc (3/5): Poor -
- Pieter (5/5): Passable -
- Vanessa (10/5): Cool place - Good ambience. Good size room.
- David (10/5): NA - value A small breakfast would be nice
- Henry (9/5): Superb -
- Moore (7/5): Lovely Art and Imaginative, colorful use of space. Clean rooms. But sometimes no hot water. - We liked the Decor', cleanliness, and location a lot. No hot water frequently. We would have to go to the front desk to have it turned on. Sometimes showers would continue to be cold. This appears to us to be a dumb idea of saving money. Quite frustrating when it's 48 degrees Fahrenheit in the room!
- Albert (7/5): Beautifully remodeled hotel with a few problems. I can recommend it for a stay. - I generally enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is located inside a historic building, but everything inside has been beautifully renovated. The hotel’s lobby is stunning! I loved its design, especially the small details like fun pictures on the walls, colorful sofas/chairs, and pretty lamps. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, and I must also mention the professional housekeepers who did a great job keeping my room and the entire hotel spotless. I stayed in Room #203 on the second floor, and I loved it a lot. The room was huge, almost like a 1-bedroom apartment, with a hallway, a living room, a bedroom, and a toilet. My room’s design was gorgeous, just like the hotel lobby. I believe the room was recently renovated because I could still smell fresh wood and paint. All the furniture was in excellent condition. The bedroom was separated by a door with its own key, and there was a little closet section in the bedroom as well. The King-size bed was incredibly comfortable, I slept like a baby! The mattress, pillows, and blanket were soft and luxurious. The living room area had a cozy sofa and chairs, making it a perfect spot to hang out and relax. The hallway section of my room had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, which were a big plus. My room was also quiet, and I felt completely chilled and relaxed throughout my stay. Another highlight was the hotel’s location in La Condesa - a beautiful, clean, and safe area of Mexico City. There are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants near the hotel. An additional perk was that the hotel allowed me to check out at 2 p.m. with no extra charge. As for the nightly rate, I paid $77, which I found reasonable. My apartment-sized, beautifully renovated room was totally worth it! The biggest downside of my stay was the very small bathroom. The shower stall was tiny and uncomfortable, it barely fit me. Worse, the shower stall was broken. The doors didn’t close properly, water leaked through gaps, and half of the bathroom floor was flooded after every shower. The shower head was old and broken, spraying water unevenly everywhere. The faucet handles didn’t work properly either, making it impossible to set a steady warm water temperature. The water was either too hot or cold, which was incredibly frustrating. The sink faucet had the similar issues - low water pressure and difficulty getting a warm temperature. On top of that, the sink faucet was old and outdated as well. The bathroom amenities were of poor quality, felt cheap, and smelled bad. The hairdryer was small and outdated. The bathroom overall was a disaster and desperately needs a complete update and repair as soon as possible! Another issue with the room was that the windows couldn’t be opened - they were glued shut. They were also made of colorful mosaic glass, so it was impossible to see outside. As a result, there was no natural daylight in the room, and I had to keep the lights on all the time. Unfortunately, the room’s lighting wasn’t bright enough either, which made the space feel dim. The room key situation was another downside. I was given two metal keys attached to a large, heavy wooden keychain. There is a strict rule that you must hand over the key to the front desk whenever you leave the hotel. They even charge a $50 fine (if I remember the amount correctly) if you take the key with you, as stated in the document you sign during check-in. I found this rule weird, silly, and unnecessary. The hotel’s Wi-Fi was mostly slow during my stay and occasionally disappeared completely. I had to rely on my roaming data, which, by the way, was much faster than the hotel’s Wi-Fi. The last downside was that the hotel’s entrance door was always locked.
- Martin (8/5): Very good -
- Freeda (7/5): Good -
- Paula (3/5): Disappointing - Location and bed was comfortable - the shower did not work properly and I informed the hotel and they appear to have done nothing
- there were zero facilities eg. No bottled water was provided for free and no hot water to make a cup of tea
- Anthony (9/5): A great pied a terre while in Mx City - Comfortable, clean and has character.
- Carlos (7/5): Good option for short stays - The bed was really comfortable and the staff was incredibly friendly The room bathroom leaked and the floor would get all wet after showering. One of the days, there was a live music band and it was noisy until like 11pm
