• Richard (10/5): We had a fabulous stay in a lovely facility run by great people. - The heart is in the heart of the Historic center of Viterbo. There are many places of historic interest within walking distance. There are also many very nice places to eat within walking distance. The breakfast provided was plentifully and of high quality. Our hosts Rosanna and Antonio were attentive to our every need including parking our rental in front of the B&B and bringing our luggage up the stairs to our suites. It is difficult to dislike the vast majority of the features of the facility. As with any converted and renovated historic structure in Italy the size of the shower areas can be considered small by those first staying in this type of structure.

• Julie (10/5): Like a home away from home in a medieval wonderland - A perfect location in the middle of a medieval town, we walked everywhere within the walls and on the outside as well. Rosanna and Antonio made us feel like we were invited friends, not paying tourists. They simply attended to every last detail in the sumptuous breakfasts (with my gluten free needs attended to with enough food for my entire extended family), conversation about local sites and life in the town, and homey and exciting creative touches throughout. When we ran into Rosanna and Antonio in a local restaurant, he even jumped up and made sure the kitchen would accommodate my GF needs! Upper level suite was quiet and spacious and I had a blast playing with the different color lights in the jacuzzi!!! Not a thing! We have never been so well cared for in a genuine manner before!

The information they provided regarding the impressive medieval period paintings in Viterbo was fantastic. The ambience at the hotel is one that reflects their intelligent, creative and artistic personalities. The room we had was quite large, with a comfortable bed, bath and sitting area where we were served a beautiful breakfast with charming china and tableware. Their recommendation for dinner proved excellent. This couple understands the needs of travelers and how much graceful hospitality matters to them. The location is perfect for exploring Viterbo and its rich history. As a bonus, we had parking directly in front of the hotel. This is not a modern establishment - if you can't climb a set of stairs and don't have an appreciation for historic environments, this isn't the place for you. If you want modernity, you will want a different establishment.

The host delivered our breakfast quietly while were while we were still asleep and when we woke up, they delivered our coffee. Everything was perfection From the yogurt to the fluffy omelette and the Molton chocolate muffin . Well, we didn’t like is that we only booked one night. Wish we would’ve stayed longer

The B&B is in a perfect location in Viterbo, walkable to so many restaurants, shops, and historical sites. There was AC in the bedroom which was amazing because we were there in July during an insane heat wave. Plus, Rosanna brought us two fans to use in addition to the AC. She helped us order taxis when we needed, made sure we were comfortable multiple times and the breakfasts she prepared for us were delicious. The B&B is so charming with a large bedrooms and bathrooms considering how old the property is. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Viterbo! It isn't always easy to get a vehicle into the main part of the city so I would recommend reaching out to Rosanna beforehand so she can advise on how best to reach the B&B with your luggage. We did not do this beforehand and I wish we had!

The room is spacious and beautiful with a very comfortable bed, a huge jacuzzi bath tub and a separate bathroom. They helped us parking our car. They were available and friendly and amazing hosts. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It was one of the most special, unique and beautiful places we have stayed in Italy.

• BB (10/5): - Trotz der schwierigen Situation hat man nie das Gefühl von Einschränkungen gehabt. Rosanna war extrem bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten und ist jederzeit mit Rat und Tat bereit gestanden. Die Lage ist optimal, das Haus ist eine wahre Perle.
