• Marco (1/5): Una struttura da evitare - Buona posizione della struttura Descrivo l'alloggio numero 6. Non è stata effettuata una pulizia della stanza né del bagno, se si esclude l'utilizzo di un robot aspirapolvere per i pavimenti che però non sono stati lavati nemmeno nella stanza da bagno, che presentava macchie sparse. I mobili presenti nella stanza, due comodini ed un comò, erano coperti di polvere. Inoltre i muri del locale sono macchiati e anneriti perché mai rinfrescati con una buona mano di vernice, forse è per questo che l'illuminazione dei locali è veramente minima, per non fare notare la condizione delle pareti. I sanitari nel bagno non risultano puliti in maniera approfondita, il bidet non credo abbia mai visto acqua.... Il rubinetto del lavabo è macchiato di sgocciolature di sapone, e poi la cabina doccia è terribile: la parete fissa ha un vetro fortemente lesionato, per inciso non è un vetro di sicurezza, delle due pareti scorrevoli una ha i cuscinetti mancanti in alto per cui non scorre, oltre al fatto che le incrostazioni di calcare lungo i bordi sono ormai nere ed i vetri non hanno mai visto un detergente anticalcare. Nella descrizione delle dotazioni della struttura vengono menzionate le zanzariere: su tre finestre solo una ha una zanzariera oltretutto semi sollevata. La prima mattina del soggiorno non era disponibile acqua calda. Parlando della struttura l'ingresso della stessa si presenta poco illuminato, vetri delle porte sporchi, disordine ed un forte odore sgradevole accompagna il tutto, la stessa situazione si estende ad un locale descritto come soggiorno, sporco ed in disordine, con due macchine del caffè ed un contenitore pieno di capsule usate, un frigorifero che non ho osato aprire e la tovaglia sul tavolo con i resti di molliche di un pasto fatto in precedenza. Il fatto che sia una struttura situata in campagna, un po' rustica, non giustifica la mancanza di pulizia assoluta ed il disordine regnante all'accoglienza dei clienti.

• Lisa (7/5): - Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ampio parcheggio nel cortile con posizione strategica per i nostri spostamenti. Camera ampia con letto comodo e bagno pulito. Il proprietario ci ha accolto con estrema gentilezza e ci ha anche regalato alcuni frutti che ha colto personalmente dal suo campo.

Cordiale e gentile .Ogni volta che vado nella suo b&b torno in Austria ricaricata e colma di energia.Questo posto emana una vibrazione molto positiva e magica. Al tramonto quando ci si siede sotto al patio si sente una quiete impagabile. La struttura è in continua evoluzione e ristrutturazione, sicuramente alla fine diverrà un posto meraviglioso ,anche se dal mio punto di vista potrebbe rimanere cosi , vero e rustico , come d'altronde è il suo propietario, vero e trasparente . Non vedo l'ora di ritornarci .Grazie Fabio Tutto in ordine , non c'è niente che non mi è piaciuto .

Camera spaziosa e accogliente, anche se con mobili "vintage". Bagno pulito. Sono capitato in un periodo con temperature tropicali, impossibile aprire le finestre (su consiglio dell'host per evitare la certa invasione di zanzare), in camera era presente un ventilatore non particolarmente silenzioso che era indispensabile tenere acceso, ma che non ha garantito un sonno tranquillo.

Der nette Vermieter ist offensichtlich mit der Pflege des Anwesens überfordert. Es ist zu erkennen, dass diese Unterkunft schon deutlich bessere Tage (oder Jahre) hatte.
• Carlo Coti Zelati (1/5): Struttura fatiscente - Non prenotare questo posto per nessun motivo Il posto è fatiscente nauseabondo pieno di muffa e con forte odore di pipì sui comodini. Ci sono scarafaggi formiche e ragni ovunque. Talmente è schifoso il tutto che non permette di pensare per un solo secondo di fermarsi lì. Il signore di questo posto lercio ci ha ricevuto sporco e puzzolente fino all'invero simile dicendo che il posto era in rovina per non aver ricevuto pagamenti nel passato e quindi questo era il max che poteva fare per la struttura. Siamo dovuti fuggire da questo posto perché c'erano molti extracomunitari che risiedevano nella parte abbandonata e sembrava un centro accoglienza. NON PRENOTATE PER NESSUN MOTIVO È VERGOGNOSO CHE BOOKING PERMETTA A QUESTA STRUTTURA FATISCENTE DI ESSERE NEL PROPRIO CIRCUITO. SONO 20 anni che prenoto con BOOKING e non mi è mai successo una cosa del genere . Booking continua a chiedere per e-mail documentazione fotografica del posto ma Noi siamo andati via senza neanche pensarci. Provvederò a chiamare la ASL per verificare le condizioni igienico sanitarie sperando che la chiudiamo in modo da aiutare altre persone Ala non cadere nel tranello del prezzo bassissimo ed appetibile per appoggiarsi una notte.

• Gordana (3/5): Need of Renewal: Calling for Cleanliness and Order - Location is good for travelers who need overnight accommodation. Everything needs to be renovated, or at least it needs more attention. It should be cleaner and more orderly, even if people are passing by.

The owner didnt hire anyone to clean the place[he is doing this very important job for this type of business by himself and he is fermer?!!} and you can imagine how clean is the whole place. Everything inside was awful-dirty,scary and uncomfortable. On top of that we have had the bad experience {and I doubt that is not happening very often} the owner to talk loud and arguing about something with the other and only guest in the place at 1:30AM.So can you imagine how good rest we have had after a long drive and another long drive the next day?!!

It was a nice overnight stay and I'll definitely stay again. - Fabio, the host, has a welcoming smile, has hands are visibly used to hard work and is well organised. When I arrived, the massive field opposite had just been ploughed with perfect lines. This place is a 3Euro short bus journey from the centre of Cremona and a short walk down a somewhat rural road. Probably best to grab supplies from the pub at the bus stop. The room I stayed in was big, had an antique wooden wardrobe and dresser. It had a breakfast table with two chairs and a large, tall window with light and dark curtains, overlooking the drive, gate and field beyond. A whole lot of silence. The shower was good and the bed was actual springs. I slept well. Next time I stay, I'll take Fabio some beer. My checkout was alone and I would have liked to have said thank you, so thank you, Fabio. You run a nice place. Maybe in the future, a vending machine for small drinks and snacks. It's no big deal, though. There was nothing that I didn't like.

• Sara (4/5): Disappointing - The owner was very nice. Parking is free. They are advertising bed&breakfast, but there isn't any breakfast. The floor were very dirty and we found a used plaster in the bed.
