- Frank (10/5): - The rooms at this location are beautiful They are entire furnished apartments with kitchen. I like that they were far away from the noisy nightclubs, but close enough within two blocks to easily walk during the day. If you walk at night, those two blocks best not to go alone, walk in group, because there are some brief areas that are dark or empty on the way to Revu if you’re not familiar with the downtown area. During normal hours there’s enough shops and restaurants around open, to feel safe. Before 9:00PM. In a nutshell, it’s the nicest best value in Centro. By a mile.

The first time they left it open when I went out to dinner, and the second time, the security guard opened my door without permission and without knocking while I was inside. I don't recommend this place because I was very suspicious that they wanted to enter my room without my permission, thinking that maybe they wanted to steal something from me. tuve una muy mala experiencia, porque me abrieron mi puerta de mi cuarto Dos veces. La primera vez me la dejaron abierta cuando sali a cenar y la segunda vez, el guardia de seguridad abrió mi puerta sin permiso y sin tocar estando yo adentro. no recomiendo este lugar porque me dio mucha desconfianza de qué quisieron entrar a mi cuarto sin mi permiso, pensando qué tal vez me quisieron robar algo.

Second day was no water at all ! So we did take a shower! So the apartments needs to be equipped with cleaning supplies! No broom no mop no blender ! No cleaning service daily and air conditioner was no cooling at all ! I let the staff know and they didn’t fix it! 7 days with a hot rooms and last day of the stay was no water at all so we didn’t take a shower the day before and the day our trip back home ! That’s absolutely bad management ! They need to send us a notice to let us know about water issues! Not happy at all with this property!!

The thoughtful decor and genuine hospitality from the team made this feel like a true home away from home for me and my dogs.

- Justin (2/5): - I recently booked a stay at Eazy Centro by ULIV for a medical appointment. Upon arrival at noon, I understood the 3 PM check-in policy and informed the receptionist I would return at that time. However, when I returned at 3:01 PM, the security guard informed me that my room was not ready and that I would need to wait an additional 15 minutes. Given my appointment at 3:30 PM, I explained that I could not wait, but the guard insisted that I either wait or leave. As a result, I sought alternative accommodation and ended up booking another hotel for four days, although I never utilized the original booking. I reported this to Expedia for a refund, but the property manager did not respond to their inquiries, and I have yet to receive my money back. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property.

There was no water at all from 10pm & on!!! I could not shower, brush my teeth or flush the toilet. Parking kinda sucked, we had to wait until 7pm to move our car to the designated area.

- Rene (10/5): - The whole experience was great overall. The staff were always at the front desk and helpful, and the property feels a bit more like a hotel, but with simple yet comfortable apartments. There are two things I think could be improved: 1.The bedrooms have a glass wall that lets in a lot of light; every time the neighbor turns on their lights at night, it’s almost as if you turned them on in your own room. If you want to sleep during the day, there’s no way to block it, so adding a curtain or some kind of shade would make a big difference. 2.The security booth at the parking gate is often empty, which makes accessing the parking area a bit frustrating. When I wanted to leave, I had to let the front desk know first so someone could come and let me out; I often found myself opening it myself without anyone noticing and getting out to close it behind me. Later, when I came back, I’d wait at the gate for a few minutes with no response, then I’d drive to the front and park on the street, walk back in, and ask the front desk to let me in, then get back in the car and drive to the gate. I get that having someone out there 24/7 isn’t always feasible but it would be helpful if there were a doorbell or a camera feed that they can watch from the front desk for more convenient access and better security.

I rented 4 (one-bedroom) apartments and asked to be next to each other (which they did) - Location is walking distance to La Revolucion, Staff is friendly and accommodating, Very clean, Super cute vibes, The rooms themselves are very comfortable. Love that its a small apartment with everything you may need. I don't like staying anywhere else, this is the spot :) The only complaint was from my friend who said the neighboring business had a dog and they can hear it howl at night next to her room (but it had nothing to do with this facility)

- Tom (6/5): Probably Better. - Good gym. Glass block lets in too much light. Check in, add nights inordinately difficult.
- Tom (6/5): Pleasant - Away from DT noise. Good gym, better quality, maintained machines. Glass blocks do not allow bedtime light elimination, prison yard all night "glow." Trick shower, figure it out? Room access coding a hassle.
- mario (2/5): - Bedding and towels were old and stained. Floor was clean but towels were not. Service is good. Location is okay. Not seeing this a staying again.
- Behrooz (5/5): Passable - Staff were nice, upon arrival, I had noticed a hair on the bed sheets, contacted them through their app which you have to download, also, they were some dirty close left in the drawer from the previous stay but they addressed that right away,, they came and changed the sheets and removed the articles. Dogs barking all night, the neighborhood is ok during the day but at night. It was kind of dark and sketchy. The fact that you have to download their app to contact them, it is a bit of inconvenience.
- Sean (4/5): - The hot water in the shower was lukewarm, and the bedding was covered in mold and smoke. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner were all out of stock. The room itself felt oppressive and claustrophobic. The distance to Main Street was long, and the walk there was dangerous because of the darkness. Therefore, I will not be returning to this establishment. I am deeply disappointed with my overall experience.

- Fadi (9/5): Superb - location is very good close to central 👌, everything was clean and comfortable 👌 nothing bad , just when you use hot water 💧 you hear fire voice 😂
- Emelina (4/5): - I think that if a guest stays more than 3 days they should stop by or at least leave a note saying please let us know if you need any fresh towels. I had to personally ask for the towels myself on the fifth day and even then I didn’t get all that i needed. Not good service.
- William (8/5): - The property is fine. It's far enough not to hear the loud music from the bars and clubs on Revolucion. 2.5 blocks from Revolucion so it's a quick walk.

- Shawna (6/5): The room itself was disappointing, overpriced for what it was but the staff was really great. - The staff was really wonderful. The pictures made the room look much nicer than it was. It was sufficient but not much more.

- Tanner (10/5): Great stay - Communication was great, the stay was comfortable, staff was friendly. From the outside, I was a bit nervous but as soon as we entered the property everything was clean and the amenities were all great.

- Ana (2/5): - The room had flooded the two days that we stay there. It was really hard to get maintenance to come and fix it and to change our towels. The bed was really dirty had hair, and it was really noisy at night time.

- Khalilullah (2/5): - There was cockroaches all over the kitchen. The bathroom was worse the shower wasn’t working properly. It’s a 1.5-star hotel not a 4-star hotel.
