- Dr. Frederick (9/5): Easy folks to deal with, great value, an close proximity to San Benedetto School, where I spoke. - Proximity to walled city center was fabulous. Matte was an absolute life saver during the rail strike. I think there was coffee available in the morning, but not sure - so communication may be a little better.

The room was comfortable and a nice size. The road noise from the trucks driving by all night long was a little annoying
