The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Food in McGettigans is excellent and value for money. A special mention to Vanessa, Moe,Fahad, Josh and Elaz although everyone deserves a mention for their wonderful service. We will definitely return soon.

All the staff I encountered were professional I asked the room service guy who brought me ice bucket about the hotel facilities and he detailed everything to me with timings, sadly can't remember his name Check-in was fast and friendly! Kay gave me all the information I needed as a first timer in this hotel! Special shout out to Kay, Josh and the room service lady Justin They made my stay right from the check-in and when I got to my room, everything was perfect! During our visit to Champions, Justine was very accommodating and attentive, making great recommendations and ensuring our experience was enjoyable. At the reception, Fahad handled our check-in process smoothly and even guided us to our room, while Vhanessa and Dina welcomed us warmly. In IRD, although I wasnât able to catch his name, the staff member who assisted us was just as attentive and courteous as on our previous stays. I stayed in room 2001, and I cannot thank the staff member Ahurag enough. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and warm, always making sure my room was spotless. His dedication and kindness truly made my stay extra specialâthank you so much, Ahurag, you are amazing! đ The hotel also has two swimming pools on the 5th floor, which is perfect for relaxing. Just a heads up, the pool in Building A was under maintenance during my visit, but the other one was great. I am so grateful for the experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubaiâyouâll feel right at home here!

I'm not completely certain about her name; I believe it's Vanessa. She greeted me so kindly, which I truly valued since it was my first time checking into the property. The room was changed to a twin bed since Vanessa found out I was with a friend. Truly appreciative of her. The housekeeping runner brings a cheerful vibe to my day whenever he fulfills my request (such a radiant smile). There was a small issue with the key door because my keycard wasn't functioning, but it wasn't a big problem since the property team fixed it right away. Subsequently, a call from Reception offered me a free breakfast as a gesture for what occurred, which I didn't find significant. I truly value it. You all have an excellent team. - realzimswag (10/5): Amazing - I had a great stay at Four Points Sheraton Production City From the moment I arrived, everything was well-organized, and the staff was welcoming. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Esha was especially helpful throughout my stay. She was friendly, professional, and always made sure I had everything I needed. She checked in on me regularly and went out of her way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Her kindness and attention to detail made a big difference. My room was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping it clean and stocked with all the essentials. The bed was cozy, and I had a peacefull sleep I truly enjoyed my stay at Four points . The service was excellent, and I felt well taken care of. A big thank you to Esha for her outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

The cleaning staff, especially Roifikul and Mo Kayum, who were our housekeepers during our stays, were very polite, friendly, and always made sure our room was spotless. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, great breakfast, and nice areas to relax. Would definitely come back!

The hotel is well maintained and has lots of restaurants and bars with various choices. Complimentary mall drop and pick up transport is available. Good also for quiet weekend gateway. Staff is polite,courteous and happy to help. Always smiling. Special mention Esha,parth,Moe,vanessa,Dev,hamdi.

- rachae2025 (2/5): SHAMEFUL. DISRESPECTFUL. DISGRACEFUL. INHUMAN. UTTERLY DISGUSTED. - I checked in to the hotel on January 6th with a reservation my company made for 7 nights. After a long flight due to moving from another country to Dubai, I arrived with a lot of luggageâaround 7 bagsâand my cat. I headed to the reception, I had my luggage and cat with me the entire time. In fact, my cat was in a transparent carrier. After completing the check-in process, I went with an employee directly to my room, where he placed my bags before leaving. I stayed exactly 7 nights as planned. On the 3rd day of my stay, I requested an extension. I planned to extend for 20 days, costing roughly around 2K dollars. I agreed with the hotel that payment would be made in cash on Saturday, January 11th, the day of my extension. Everything was fine, and to be honest, all staffâreceptionists, cleaners, and restaurant employeesâwere friendly. This positive experience made me decide to extend my stay for an entire month. During my stay, I asked the reception if it would be okay to place a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door and requested that no one clean my room during my absence. The receptionist clearly confirmed, "Of course, maâam, no one will enter your room if you have that sign on the door, and in case we need to enter for any reason, we will inform you." The reason for this request was to prevent any possible escape of my cat during room cleaning. I personally ensured the room was kept perfectly clean. On Saturday, I left my room around 1 PM and went to the mall to exchange money. I spent the day outside and received a call at 9 PM from hotel reception asking about my extension. This was surprising since we had already agreed on everything. The receptionist even had me sign up for membership online to update my reservation information. I confirmed the extension and told them I would return within an hour to pay. Then they asked, "Do you have a pet in the room?" I replied, "Yes, I do. Why are you asking?" She responded, "Iâm sorry, maâam, but the hotel policy clearly states that no pets are allowed. You need to remove the cat." This was extremely shocking. How can you call a guest who has stayed for 7 nights and extended their stay, and inform them at 9 PM that they need to leave? I immediately returned to the hotel and found that I was locked out of my roomâmy key card didnât work. I called reception, and they said, "Yes, maâam, because you didnât extend your stay". This was outrageous, as I was still a paying guest! They eventually sent someone to unlock the door, and I packed my belongings and head to reception to speak with the manager. The manager accused me of hiding the cat and lying, claiming none of the staff saw the cat when I checked in. I insisted they check the security footage to confirm that my cat was with me the whole time. Accusing a customer of lying because of incompetent staffâWHAT A SHAME! When I asked how they could kick out a guest at 11 PM with nowhere else to go, the manager said, "You can stay, but not your cat," which was impossible because my pet is part of my family! He even suggested I LEAVE THE CAT IN A CAR overnightâa suggestion so disgraceful and inhumane that I was utterly disgusted. And whatâs more frustrating is that the manager told me the staff entered my room today without informing me because "they were wondering why my room had not been cleaned for one week," and then the cleaner "knocked, received no answer, and opened the room, found the cat, and informed them." This is clearly another breach of privacy, as no one should open my room without prior notification. I respect hotel policies, and I understand that they may refuse a 20-day extension with a pet. However, the hotel should take responsibility. I expected at least a decent, respectful approach from such a reputed hotel chain. They should have taken responsibility by allowing a 24 hours grace period to find alternative accommodation, instead of throwing me out in the middle of the night as if they were dealing with pests! SHAME ON FOUR POINTS BY SHERARON!!

- sako191 (6/5): Value for money but far - The staff at the four points production city were very helpful and attentive and catered to all of my needs. The location is literally far from everything, so if you don't have a rental car you should set a budget for transportation. Breakfast was average and always crowded with limited options on the sweets sides. The spa was the wouldst experience ever and is not managed by the hotel. As for the room it was comfortable and spacious but it turns out to be very noisy when there are people in the hallways
- SQUALO85 (10/5): They improved # awesome - When I first checked in, they didn't recognize Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite members, didn't offer any welcome points, neither breakfast nor welcome drinks either. Now they managed to check those member benefits and add ons, and fully complied. It was all good, enjoyed my entire stay, and I'm positively surprised how this property has mutated from worst to their very best.
- romanofionda (10/5): Relaxing, friendly and super clean hotel - The hotel is. Little know own gem containing 4 bars, including a McGettigans and Champions Sports Bar. The rooms are large and clean. The Front of House Reception team are so friendly and welcoming, especially Esha who was so friendly and smiley. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay!!

Gloria suggested Sunday roast for me which was so delicious coming back soon and bringing more of my friends, she also recommended me to download the mcgettigans app ,in which I got a free gift , the place is so calm ,nice music ,staff . The location was also great, with easy access to all of the attractions and amenities that the area has to offer. - Michael (4/5): - I arrived at 2:30 AM. I had just traveled 8000 miles, and just wanted a soft drink. I was told that the restaurant was closed and I should walk to the gas station next door. Not a good start. My room faced the building next door, I had reserved a city view. I contacted the manager the next morning. They told me the room was not available until my third day at the hotel. When I wanted to move, they said they would contact me, and I had to call them two hours later. Had no sense of urgency. This hotel is in a construction zone. Spend a little more money and stay in a more attractive area.

- TAKASHI (2/5): Do not stay in this hotel - There had been so loud sound and noise from the lounge on the 5th floor until 3:00 am. I stayed on the 4th floor and I could not sleep at all. I called reception to change the room or do something about it, but they didn't do anything. It was an awful experience.
