- Mayank (4/5): Disappointing - Friday Hostel boasts a great location, making it convenient for exploring the city. Its central placement allows easy access to key attractions and public transport, enhancing the overall travel experience. My stay at Friday Hostel was disappointing. The receptionist was inattentive and unhelpful with guest issues. Located on the top floor with no lift, the hostel offers no facility to store heavy or large luggage on the ground floor, making it very inconvenient. The washrooms were extremely dirty, and the stove and sink area emitted a terrible odor. The overall cleanliness and service were severely lacking, making for an uncomfortable and unpleasant stay. I wouldn't recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a decent and hassle-free experience.

- Leonardo (7/5): Good value, no major complaints - The staff was kind and available, and you could leave your luggage in a separate room after check-out. I had asked, if possible, to have a lower bed, and it was given to me. The room was the right size, offered power plugs for all beds, as well as key lockers. The bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom was shared, adequately clean and accessible. Hot water worked in the showers, and hooks were present for towels. The bed sheets could've been cleaner, as well as the bathrooms. The staff wasn't present early in the morning, which could be a big deal if you want to leave your luggage before check-in. The luggage room isn't locked or personally provisioned, but only camera-controlled.

- William (10/5): Exceptional - The administrators at the hostel, Ollie and Kirill, are two of the kindest people you will ever meet. They are really helpful and welcoming. Their efforts are the entire reason why the hostel is such a great place to stay. I can't wait to see them again. I extended my stay three times because I couldn't bear to leave. Wonderful people. One side note, a former guest has left negative reviews here as part of a harassment campaign against one of the staff at the hostel. A friend of his attempted to abduct and sexually assault a member of staff as she walked home. He was arrested. He asked a friend of his to fabricate complaints and write a negative reviews. Truly disgusting behaviour.

- Emperor (9/5): nice friendly staff and locals - The room was ok medium sized with a sink nothing else to say about the room, the only bug bear for me was all the stairs, the staff were friendly, and the locals were friendly too,..the location was about 500 yards from the railway station all the stairs that i had to carry my heavy suitcase up, there's nothing more to tell

- Yosri (9/5): 9 - You get what you pay for, overall it's one of the best hostels in Odessa. I booked the family room, It's just like a hotel room but minus the private bathroom. The girl at the reception is very nice and she speaks good English. She allowed me to have a late check-out for 50% of the usual rate. The room is clean. The shared bathroom is usually clean. I will comeback again next week. It would be nice if they will buy a new electric kettle, because the one they're providing now in the shared kitchen is rusty and dirty. I had 2 big windows in my room but one of them was without curtains, I had to wake up early because the room was very bright.
