• Jan (10/5): - Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sehr gute Kommunikation und einfache Schlüsselübergabe. Parkplatz in der Garage. Tramhaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. In 15-20 Minuten ist man im Zentrum. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

• weibo (9/5): - 虽然离中心区有一距离，但交通方便，有几条线路有轨电车连接到中心区。买张布拉格的交通日票就可以到处游。接待我们的经理Vadim十分热情，介绍公寓十分详细。 其中有间房间不是那么标准。

• Andrea (9/5): Ruhige, gepflegte Anlage mit der Bahn vor der Tür - Auch wenn das Hotel etwas entfernt vom Zentrum liegt, ist man Dank Bahn vor der Tür sehr schnell überall! Es ist super ruhig und die Anlage sehr sauber. Das Apartment hat alles, was man braucht und unten im Haus gibt es einen Supermarkt. Vadim, der uns persönlich begrüßte, war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Tiefgarage ist super, sodass wir das Auto sicher stehen lassen konnten. Leider war der Fernseher nicht zu nutzen, da es wohl ein technisches Problem gab. Das ist aber bei einem Städtetripp nicht wirklich wichtig. Außerdem hätten wir sicherlich um Hilfe bitten können. Vielleicht wäre es hilfreich eine Bedienungsanleitung bereitzustellen. Auch wären vielleicht sechs statt drei Handtüchern für drei Personen nett.

• Jakob (9/5): Moderne og komfortabel lejlighed. - Fint beliggende tæt på sporvognsstop. Via den er du i centrum på 15 min. God og sikker parkering i kælderen. Lejligheden var ren og moderne. In- og udtjekning var nemt. Værten er flexibel, flink og imødekommende. Sengene er til den hårde side, men det passede os fint. Der var dejligt stille og roligt. Kan godt anbefale lejligheden. Ikke så meget. Måske kunne der godt være lidt hygge belysning i stuen udover loftslamperne. Og så var spisebordet lidt småt. Desuden var den ene seng lidt smal. Men alle ting er småting.
• Marta (10/5): Idealne miejsce na wypad do Pragi - Lokalizacja świetna, legendarna dzielnica Zizkov, ze świetnymi lokalami bez turystów, ale za to pełnymi lokalsów. Do centrum tramwaj spod budynku. Sam apartament ma wszystko co potrzebne na kilkudniowy pobyt, pod budynkiem mini market otwarty również w weekendy. Do tego świetny właściciel, w kontakcie, pomocny, ale nie narzucający się. Dodatkowa 10 za stosunek do zwierzaków, pies był za darmo a po drugiej stronie ulicy piękny park Parukarka idealny do spacerów z psem, pełen placów zabaw dla dzieci, z obiektem sportowym (siłownia) lub do porannego joggingu.

• Marielle (10/5): - L'appartement est spacieux. Très bien équipé L'appartement est situé à 2 pas du tramway qui relie le centre ancien en 15 minutes. Très bien desservi. Et la station de Métro est à 15 minutes à pied. Pour les voyageurs avec voiture, l'appartement dispose d'un parking souterrain spacieux. Le Propriétaire a été très arrangeant sur les horaires d'arrivée et de restitution. Appartement un peu chaud lorsqu'il y a du soleil.

Рядом небольшой сквер было удобно гулять с собакой. Рабочий персонал супер милый и приятный, нас встретил парень Вадим всё объяснил и показал.

• Nikita (4/5): Meh - M., the guy who met us was very helpful and friendly. Cooperated and did his best to resolve any troubles we encountered. In general, an OK location, in spite of seeing the demolishing buildings from the window. The apartment is promoted as two bedroom apartment, whereas in reality the second bedroom is rather improvised and made out of part of the living room. That's not what we expected and imagined, and it was not very convenient for us, as we wanted separate bedrooms. The apartment gets really hot in summer. Also we didn't have water in the kitchen upon arrival, which was fixed next day though. Considering an inconvenience of being without water for one night, I'd expect at least some minor cooperation from the owners, so I asked if I could leave our stuff for a few hours somewhere after check-out before the departure. I was told that the owners have a storage room downstairs but would charge me extra for using it :D so all in all, this left a bitter taste.

• Dorin (10/5): Great! - The apartment was large, you could get the heat up as much as you wanted, the bathroom was spacious and it had everything. getting to the center from there was easy. Tram stop in front of the building. We had a parking lot in the underground garage and a keycard, so you can go in and out at your discretion.

Issues were probably a one time thing. - It looked modern We had issues with the apartment (the power tripped and could not get help immediately so we were delayed for our next destination). There was no detergent and we had to provide our own.

• Glyn (10/5): Exceptional - Alex is a perfect host! Very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. The flat is perfect and the prices are very reasonable. Clean, comfortable, right next to a supermarket and restaurant. Just four tram stops from the centre. Ideal! The security who man the reception desk at night only speak Czech and were a little unhelpful when some Chinese tourists wanted their help, but everything was resolved in the end.

• Hamlesh (10/5): Amazing apartment in a convenient location 😊 - Really nice apartment, clean with all the facilities you'd expect. There is no "reception" as it's an apartment, but the host communication was excellent. Everything ran smoothly, when we arrived (earlier than we had predicted), host was already waiting for us, really impressive service. Parking is underground, and we could come and go with our car as needed (we drove from the UK). Location is convenient for tram etc, there are stops really close by (although we didn't use the tram).
