- Maya (5/5): - 立地はとても良かったです。朝食も良かったです。 中国の方が多く、女性のお風呂では中国の方がシャワーを使い終わって入浴中でも桶にタオルを入れっぱなしで、シャワー自体も元の場所に戻さずに蛇口のところにかけて場所をキープしている方が何名もいました。（その国のやり方なのかもしれませんが、、）混雑していて流しが空くのを待っている方がいても、それに気づいているのにどかそうともしません。日本人の方や他の国の方はとても困惑と迷惑している様子がありました。中国のツアーの方には日本のお風呂のルールを事前に説明すべきだと思います。お風呂だけがとても残念でした。

- Craig Mathew (10/5): Amazing hotel. Definitely book again - Modern hotel with beautiful Onsens .Delicious free coffee every day from 1pm-9pm. Clean spacious rooms. Fantastic Location Personal preference but breakfast was not to my liking. Was incredible spread I just would've preferred some western options like fried/poached eggs , bacon etc.

- Kenji (10/5): ファミリーに必要なものが全て揃った数少ないホテル - 最上階のファミリータイプに宿泊しました。 1部屋4つのシングルベッドがある部屋で家族4人で泊まるのにバッチリ（2つはソファベッドですが及第点） 意外だったのは全自動洗濯乾燥機が完備していたこと。これには助けられました！また大型冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、IHコンロまであるので家族が泊まれる最高の環境だと思います。 大きな温泉もありつつ、すすきのまで徒歩圏内、朝食もとてもバリエーションが豊かな北海道らしいビュッフェもついてリーズナブルな価格設定。 リピートしたい宿でした。 特に無いですが、部屋着が綿では無くナイロン系のテロテロなので、合わない人は合わないかも。 私は苦手なのでTシャツで過ごしました。

- 高橋 (10/5): 期待以上！ - とにかくお得でした。5名で朝食付き、宿泊税を入れても一人あたり6,000円程度。あまりにも安いので、朝食を付け忘れたかと思ったくらいです。すぐ近くが狸小路で、すすきのにほど近い立地も良い。朝食は期待を遥かに超えてました。品数より質、という感じで、ラインナップはすべて気が利いていて、全部美味しかった。スタッフさんも皆さん感じが良かった。アウトの日に廊下ですれ違ったハウスの女性の笑顔も素敵でした。お風呂のアメニティーも良かった。一緒に宿泊した友人たちも常宿にしたいと言っていました。私は札幌住みですが、たまに泊まって現実逃避しちゃおうかな？ 思い付きませんが、エレベーターのアナウンスが英語なので、友人がフロアを間違えて降りてしまったと言ってました（笑）私は大丈夫でしたよ。

- arinaayua (9/5): 預訂兩間不同房型,很感謝飯店安排在隔壁,還是高樓層,離大通及薄野都不遠,離狸小路更是非常近,飯店裡即可通到全家,地理位置非常方便 - 早餐很豐盛
- YU HSUEH (9/5): 乾淨舒適 - 有大浴場可以泡，消除疲勞，可惜不是溫泉♨️，但是乾淨舒適，住6天泡6次😎 改裝後的高級雙床房，房間雖然乾淨寬敞，竟然安排在4樓，窗外是天井，連馬路都看不到，感覺不舒服😔
