• philippe (8/5): - La situation de l'hôtel par rapport à la plage, la tranquillité, la piscine. L'amabilité et la bienveillance de tous les membres du staff. Un peu à l'écart du centre mais pas trop ! Juste ce qu'il faut. Les petits déjeuners pourtant servis à notre terrasse étaient copieux mais pas trop goûtés.

La cuisine est vieille et le mobilier de la cuisine est très usé et presque inutilisable. La salle de bain est vieille. Les coussins des chaises sont tachés. Le lieu extérieur est entretenu par le personnel qui fait son travail. Mais le propriétaire pourrait faire quelques investissements pour maintenir le lieu . C'est dommage !

В первый день у нас спросили что мы хотим на завтрак, а последующие дни не спрашивали и завтрака естественно не было. Но возможно это наше упущение, надо было говорить самим.

• Alexander (8/5): The nice small hotel near snorkeling spots - The Hotel is located a bit outside of the city center but it is near the snorkeling spots. There is nice small pool on the premises, sun beds for the guests, etc. The staff are accommodating and welcoming, the breakfast is not very rich but nice and tasty. My room was on the second floor with large comfy bed and very nice view from the terrace. The room and the bathroom are clean and well maintained, and cleaning is done every 1-2 days, the beddings and the towels were sparkling clean either. The kitchen is shared between two rooms and equipped poorly. There are no cleaning products, no soap, or shampoo (the residue in the bathroom dispensers is a complete disaster) in the either the kitchen or the room - I think, the management supposes that it should be brought by the guests themself.

Desayuno bien, con varias opciones, todas ricas. Personal amable, alquilamos una moto con ellos, muy rápido y cómodo. Había una especie de comedor con cocina entre cada dos habitaciones, estaba un poco descuidado.

Lieblos eingerichtet. Kein Schrank um etwas aufzuhängen. In der allgemeinen Küche hatt es Spinnweben in den Kästen.

• Artha (10/5): I loved being at Villa Mangga and would happily return again. - Everything about Villa Mangga beach was great. It was comfortable, peaceful and close to the beach. It was well looked after and secure. The room was spacious with a beautiful terrace with views of the sea and the hills and set in lovely gardens. It was a great base to go snorkeling from. I extended my stay twice and did not want to go anywhere else in the Amed area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Made was a great manager and was helpful and interesting to talk to. I learned a lot of local knowledge from him. I would definitely stay at Mangga beach again. Wifi was disrupted at times due to extensive road works in Bunutan and Lipah. This was no fault of Villa Mangga, it was due to heavy machinery excavating along the road. Made helped me connect through data when there were disruptions.

• Sempre-Avanti (7/5): On the downward slide... - Bed was comfortable, new mozzie net. Hot water reliable, fridge worked, aircon coped. Breakfast was very good. Pool was a decent size & nice temperature. Staff responsive & someone is always around. If you're going to stay here, suggest upstairs room to avoid the fishbowl of the ground floor rooms. Badly needs a full reno; rooms & building exterior. It's deteriorating & will continue to do so. Things don't work. Shared kitchen area was dirty; wouldn't want to cook or use anything. Staff respond to issues immediately...but its just a bandaid...which won't stay on 🥴 Bathroom was awful; scungy & felt very unclean. Everything is old & needs replacing. There are better places to stay for the same money or less.

L'hôtel se situe au bord d'une plage de galets d'où on peut admirer le lever et le coucher du soleil. Il est dommage que les bâtiments soient peu entretenus. Les salles de bain de nos deux chambres étaient vétustes avec des odeurs désagréables. Les douches avaient peu de pression. Ill serait appréciable d avoir des lampes de chevet pour pouvoir lire dans le lit.

• Tenui (8/5): Rustig hotel met ruime kamers - Het was lekker rustig en de kamers waren ruim. We verbleven 5 dagen bij het hotel en de kamer werd niet echt schoongemaakt pas na 4 dagen toen we ernaar vroegen.
• Minya Mads (4/5): Would not stay here again. - The grounds are lovely and the pool was nice. The staff were OK, but they charged us for scooters we did not use and some staff were disrespectful. The breakfast was yummy. The room was OK, our shower head did not work properly and it was not nice to shower with. I had to use the hand-held shower head in the bath to shower. It is a bit far from the main area in Amed.

Une belle piscine avec un agréable jardin et chambres spacieuses avec cuisine partagée à l’extérieur idéal pour les groupes ( amis/famille). Le personnel est au petit soin, toujours très serviable si vous voulez faire une activité ou besoin d’un taxi car le centre de Amed est à 5min en voiture. Baño inmenso, pero con un microclima respecto a la habitación ya que era abierto y al exterior y sin aire acondicionado, con lo que hacía un calor y humedad exagerados cuando entrabas de la habitación al baño

• Rodrigo (1/5): Fell short of what I was looking for - Nothing - The staff was extremely rude - The conditions of the rooms were very poor there was even a hole in the roof. - Cleanliness was bad when I asked for dishes to eat food they brought them dirty. - The mosquito net broke and hit my mother in law in the head while sleeping and the staff just basically laughed it off when we complained. - The place has lots of potential but it looks like there has been no reonovations in a while and everything is a bit broken or doesn´t work properly. example: doors don´t close, soap dispenser broken, etc.
• Budiman (9/5): Nice villa with nice staffs - The location is quite strategic, near some warung and mini market. and the staffs, especially Ms. Ary and Mr. Muli are very helpful during our stay. We spent a lot of time at the pool and the beach that very close to the villa.

Las instalaciones están bien en cuanto a relación calidad - precio, pero algo antiguas y con poco mantenimiento. Aún así, nuestra estancia fue buena y cumplió con las expectativas que teníamos. La playa está justo delante, aunque no es la mejor de la zona para bañarse. También hay restaurantes y supermercado cerca, por lo que la ubicación en este aspecto es ideal.

• Juliana (10/5): Wunderbar - Tolles Personal, Riesen Zimmer und sehr großes Bad. Das Bad war teilweise im Freien was uns sehr gefallen hat. Es war alles perfekt und das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Wir konnten problemlos 2 Nächte verlängern und die Roller Vermietung war auch super. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. -

Large comfy bed and large rooms with balcony. large bathroom with great shower with good water pressure. There was also a large kitchen shared with just one other room. security was good. rented a new scooter from them for 700 IDR per day. The property is spacious and just 5 min from Amed center. All in all, I have no complaints, only compliments. 10/10 in my opinion. nothing
