Local bastante silencioso. Quarto super bem decorados, com calefação (incuindo no banheiro) lareira, cama muito confortável. Equipe do hotel muito atenciosa, cordial e todos os dias um mimo no quarto. O restaurante oferece um excelente café da manhã e café/chá em qualquer horário. Além disso, para demais refeições, o restaurante utiliza produtos locais muito frescos e o cardápio é muito bem elaborado. Tudo esteve perfeito

Garrafinha de água, bonequinha do artesanato local e cartões postais. O restaurante é muito bom e a localização é excelente. Os quartos são grandes e lindos. Apenas o fato da piscina não ser aquecida. Nada mais.

Ótimas instalações, o restaurante do hotel é excelente, e o pessoal do hotel todos muito atenciosos e educados. Recomendo muito! O horário de início do café da manhã poderia ser antecipado, começa apenas às 7h30. Nos passeios que fizemos cedo o hotel nos fornece uma alternativa para levarmos um café da manhã para o passeio, o que ajudou bastante. No quarto faltou mais espaço para as roupas da viagem. Ficamos nove dias no hotel e sentimos falta de prateleiras para organizar as roupas.

• Scarlet (10/5): Beautiful, centrally located Desértica Hotel with comfortable rooms, attentive staff, great breakfas - We loved our stay at Desértica Hotel. The property is beautiful and very centrally located, which made everything extremely convenient. A big plus was that many of the tour buses stop there for pick-up and drop-off, making early mornings and late returns so much easier. The hotel itself was super cute, with very nice, comfortable rooms that felt thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. The restaurant breakfast was also really good, and we especially appreciated that they could prepare breakfast to-go for very early tours. It was nicely packed and such a convenient touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Sie sind sehr authentisch und modern designed, jedes Häuschen hat seine Privatsphäre. Die Anlage ist super schön, bestens gepflegt und mit dem Pool kann man sich wunderbar nach einem heißen Wüstentag erfrischen. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und motiviert, das Beste für den Gast zu geben. Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr lecker. Wir hatten hier wundervolle fünf Tage. • Mark (10/5): - Near the shops, restaurants, stop off spots for tours etc. Very easy to find and safe free secure parking. Once you enter the facility, you are in a private oasis with restaurant, pool, private sitting area. A relaxing spot after a day exploring. The staff are exceptional! Every staff member greets you with a smile, and are so helpful. The reception will help you book tours and make sure you leave and arrive back safely. The restaurant is fabulous. My husband is celiac, and his Gluten free diet was accommodated so well we ate all our meals here. Gluten free bread and rolls were made in kitchen daily. Any meal on the menu was prepared specifically for his diet. We felt so comfortable eating there that we decided not to risk eating anywhere else. The restaurant setting is beautifully set beside the pool. The individual pods are spacious and designed with luxury in mind. The room was cleaned daily. The toiletries are wonderful. There was even "turn down" service with chocolate each night if you wanted. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The pool facility was clean and pleasant. Loungers are cleaned daily with clean towels available. There is also a lovely covered sitting area for relaxing. At night the soft lights come on and a fire is lit at the entrance to the pool. It is very romantic. Food and drinks can be ordered from the pool. This is a small, but very peaceful place where the main staff learn your name and you feel very spoiled. You are not just a guest in room 9!!!! We have been traveling Chile for a month and this facility was our favorite by far. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel for a fabulous stay in San Pedro Atacama. Hardly nothing. The parking area is small, but even with our rented truck, the staff looked after parking and made sure we were secure inside the lot. I have zero complaints!!!

• Pamela (8/5): Great location , pretty enviroment which you pay for.. - The location cannot be beat as it’s at the start of the little Main Street but feels totally remote once inside the walled grounds. Rooms were very nice. Staff were very helpful. There wasn’t enough light in the rooms and the bathroom floor tiles in the shower are the same as the wall tiles making them extremely slippery so we had to put a towel on the floor to shower and not slip. I would suggest the hotel get those little clear rubber mats to place on the floor..

• Sonia (10/5): Don't think about it, just book it! - One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff are so kind and welcoming. The hotel looks way better in person than in photos, the decor is incredible. Everything is so thoughtful for example planting herbs that keeps mosquitoes away, having cold water dispensers, and lip balm available for the dryness of the area. Every detail is so carefully planned. Food is also delicious and breakfast is a la carte. Location wise is unbeatable because it is at the start of the main street and also where most tours will drop you off/pick up. Wifi was spotty in my room at times but fully available in the common areas. But if you are looking to unplug and disconnect this is ideal.

• John (10/5): A proper oasis in the desert - Incredibly unique, cosy rooms. The food at breakfast and in the restaurant is criminally underrated and some of the best we had in San Pedro de Atacama. The cocktail list was on point. At night, the outside pool area is transformed with lit braziers and candles and turned in to the most delightful place to kick back and relax. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Storage space was tight when we had two suitcases.

It felt like a secluded, calm getaway from the town. Relaxing pool area, clean and well appointed rooms, comfortable bed Although it cools down at night in the Atacama, the room was still quite warm in the early evening and would have benefited from air conditioning to keep it comfortable.

• Thomas (10/5): Eine Oase in der Wüste - Das Hotel Desertica ist wirklich eine Oase der Erholung mitten im Trubel von San Pedro. Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht und uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, ein tolles Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen. Auch zum Frühstück wird alles frisch zubereitet. Auch die Lage ist genial. Es liegt direkt am Eingang der Fußgängerzone mit allen Shops und Restaurants. Frisches Trinkwasser gibt es rund um die Uhr gratis, auch Kaffee und Tee in der Lounge am Pool. Rundum ein toller Aufenthalt und für uns die perfekte Basis die Atacamawüste zu erkunden.

La comida exquisita! Que nos dieran un desayuno para llevar el día que nos fuimos fue maravilloso (nos fuimos antes que abriera el restaurant) Falta indudablemente un frigobar en la habitación. El hotel está en el desierto, por lo tanto, uno se debe hidratar, y despertar en la noche o en la mañana sin tener algo heladito o rico para tomar nos hizo falta. Es un punto en contra para la calidad del hotel. O si el restaurant cerraba a las 22:30 hrs. hubiera sido rico por lo menos haber tenido algún tipo de snack en el frigobar. Sinceramente nos faltó!

• HADT (9/5): Prático, excelente localização e conforto! - A localização é perfeita. O hotel é muito bem instalado com quartos espaçosos e confortáveis e banheiros igualmente excelentes. São atenciosos em providenciar a sacola com lanches para os que partem para passeios antes do horário do café da manhã. Sanduiches de ótima qualidade, frutas, suco e mix de nuts. Muito bom! Acho que o quarto precisaria de um mini frigobar. Ajudaria bastante para água fria ou mesmo um lanche que precise de refrigeração, e ainda auxiliaria para aqueles hóspedes que dependem de medicação refrigerada a exemplo de insulina. Sentimos falta também de tomadas próximas as mesas laterais das camas. Ficam as sugestões! Mas o lugar e o hotel valem muito como grande e confortável opção em San Pedro de Atacama!

• Stephanie (9/5): An Oasis in an Oasis - Desertica was an oasis (in an oasis). The location was great making it easy to go into town for meals. The grounds are fantastic. The bed was good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The shower was great. The room was a little dark and the shower took a bit of time to drain. No fault of Desertica and there were dogs barking during the night a few nights.

O café da manhã é delicioso e eles disponibilizam uma opção, que é muito bem servida, para levar no caso de passeios que saem muito cedo. O chuveiro também é excelente e as camas muito boas! Realmente nada a reclamar!

• An-An (9/5): Best stay in San Pedro, would certainly return! - Beautiful design of the property and rooms, free water dispenser and water bottles as useful souvenirs. Comfortable bed and pillows allowing best night-rest after the active day. Fantastic breakfast, great lunch and dinner. Wonderful staff, hands-on and easy communication. We didn’t manage to turn on the heater in the room, but didn’t matter to us.

Outstanding combination of a special place in a beautiful surranding, w - Location is perfect, right in town, near restaurants, bars, tours agencies, banks, historical monuments and artisans's shops. Most of tours pick ups and drop offs are just in front of the hotel. Accommodations wonderfully decorated with authentic artisan's crafts. superb customer service. Great restaurant, sophisticated food. Beautiful natural setting well designed to portrait an oasis within the desert.
• Mary (8/5): Beautiful Spot Great location. Rooms need proper chairs - Beautiful spot. Looks exactly like the pictures. Good location at the top of the Main Street. Its really beautiful in the evening. Restaurant has great service and delicious food. The cabins are very nice but there is nowhere to sit. Ours had one very low chair and two soft leather pouffes. We ended up stacking them on top of each other to try and have a seat at a normal height. There is no table or desk either

• Julia (10/5): Oasis de paz en un pueblo muy turístico - Ubicación, al comienzo de la calle principal donde hay comercio y restaurantes. Fácil de llegar, estacionamiento propio. Un oasis de silencio y paz. Buen desayuno. Entorno decorado de acuerdo a la zona y bien mantenido. Muy lindo. Bien atendido Todo me gustó
• Quisugar (8/5): Precio desorbitado para lo que ofrecen, un espíritu de "exclusividad" que la realidad no soporta - Mi valoración se ajusta a lo que esperaba de un hotel de 320€ noche, en un pueblo de Chile. Lo mejor es su ubicación, sencillamente perfecta. No me gusto: 1) Que solo aceptan Tarjetas de Crédito, no las de debito, esto supone un coste extra para el cliente, por una decisión de la dirección que no aporta valor a ese extra coste en comisiones bancarias. 2) El modelo de Desayuno buffet a la "carta", hay dos personas atendiendo el desayuno y tienes que esperar a que la encargada venga a tomar nota, envié el pedido a cocina ( que esta en un edificio separado), lo preparen y vayan a traértelo, con un servicio de cantidades minimalistas que roza el ridículo, lo que te obliga a pedir tres veces pan, o mantequilla, para completar un desayuno decente, y por supuesto invertir al menos una hora en todo el protocolo, !!nefasto!!
