Important Information

Please note that the Stelvio Mountain Pass is closed from November until the end of May. This means that you will have to take a longer alternative route to reach the property. A surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals after 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. When booking a half-board option on 31 December, a gala dinner is included. Extra guests will be charged separately. The Property is only reachable from Fraeli street.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Nikolaus (9/5): Zum verlieben schön - Das war richtig Italien! Eine italienische Mama, es wir nur italienisch gesprochen (aber mit Händen und Füßen und viel Lachen klappt alles). Beim Abendessen waren wir die einzigen Nicht-Italiäner und fühlten uns Pudel wohl. Kaffee war etwas zu lange auf dem Herd und schmeckte mehr nach Lagerfeuer.

Ni (8/5): Great hotel, few minor issues. - Stunning views. Room was spotless. Food that I was able to eat was fantastic. Good value for money. Set menu. You don't know what you're getting to eat until it is set in front of you. No English speakers. Used Google translate which did the job. No coffee in the room but there was tea. Had to ask for it. Room was cleaned after 1st night but empty sugar packets were not lifted. Sugar packets not replaced. Had to ask for more. These are all minor issues for what was a great stay.

George (9/5): A very good stay in a wonderful place! - The location was wonderful, easily accesible if you like mountain roads. A great walk to Torri di fraele straight from the house. Plenty of secure parking. Ada and Dino Always went the extramile to make our stay pleasant and helped us sort some car issues. when we got there. Room comfy, bathroom functional, lots of outdoors seating for both work or relaxing. Lovely garden and amazing views. Good wine, good food and good local produce. We have had lunch and dinner there, very good quality and value for money! A very pleasant stay indeed! Another big thank you to Ada and Dino for making us feel like home! More an idea for improvement rather than negative.... The breakfast was repetitive, I would have given it 10/10 if we had a few eggs and some tomatoes/cucucumber, but again, personal prefference, not a negative.
