• Jaime (7/5): - The room had all the equipment needed, with bed, TV, shower, fridge. The bed was comfortable. The owner was also very responsive when we needed him through the booking app. The air conditioning is also a very welcome as it can get quite hot in the room when the sun is shining in otherwise. Although the apartment was mostly clean, they (forgot?) did not clean under the bed which was quite dirty. The room doors are not very soundproof, so you can hear people when they use the shared kitchen.

• Ekaterina (10/5): - У отеля отличное расположение: рядом находится DDP Exhibition Center (от него же отходит экскурсионный двухуровневый автобус), река Чхонгечхон (Cheonggyecheon, 청계천) с большими карпами, рынки, метро, остановки автобусов до аэропорта, до основных достопримечательностей легко добраться на транспорте (либо пешком, кто любит длинные прогулки). Мы сняли номер на двоих с выходом на крышу, откуда открывается красивый вид на город, при этом вокруг очень тихо и типичный шум мегаполиса отсутствует. Удивительно, как большой город сохраняет в себе уют небольшого городка с местным колоритом. Персонал отеля отвечает на сообщения быстро и никаких проблем с коммуникаций не возникло. У отеля отличное соотношение цена-качество.
• Mirinae (5/5): - The location Moldy smell. This hotel must take care of humidity and moldy scent issues. I was on the top floor but still it gave off sketchy smell. The facility must be taken care of basic hygiene needs. Otherwise, the room itself was super clean on the inside tho.
• Emma (9/5): - I enjoyed the closeness to the subway. I also attended a few concerts at Jangchung arena and the hotel was only a short 15 minute walk from the venue!

• Borislav (7/5): Good - The toilet was amazing. The location is convenient and there are lots of places to eat nearby. There was no staff, you use codes to get in and I had no issues at all. The room was tiny (I was in the duplex). The downstairs had a table and two chairs, but we couldn't both sit at the table, because it is under the stairs. The stairs were a little too steep for comfort. The upstairs has a bed, really a matress on the floor and is inconvenient, because of the low ceiling. I couldn't actually stand up straight. There is a small kitchen area, but it is actually outside, in front of the door. And the terrace is accessible by everyone, not actually private. I wouldn't go for the duplex suite, maybe one of the other rooms.

• sayaka (8/5): - 綺麗でお洒落なホテル。無人なので何かあったらという不安はあるけど、特に困ったことはなかったです。 清掃は入らず、タオル交換のみ。 駅からも近いし、帰りは空港までのバスも目の前に来るので、交通の便はとてもいいです。 東大門でショッピングもできるし、オリヤンとかスーパー、コンビニも徒歩圏内で便利でした！

• Js (6/5): Pleasant - Staff were very responsive through booking.com and always answered my messages. Location was convenient near the DDP and the MRT. WiFi worked well. Room 401 (top floor). Mosquitoes in the room every night so it was hard to sleep. Uncomfortable mattress on the floor. Actually, there were two slim matts together. They should buy a proper mattress. Room needs a deep clean (not just superficial). This specific room needs to be refurbished. You can clearly see it was not made to be a bedroom. I didn't care much about the size of the room (pretty small) because the price was reasonable considering how expensive hotels are in Seoul. However, the things I've mentioned above would make me reconsider staying here again.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 機会があればまた。 - 2連泊しました。12時過ぎの遅くのチェックインでしたが、問題なく部屋に入れました。飲用水、湯沸かしポットは共有スペースにあり。テーブルがなくて困りましたが、蓋のあるカゴがあり、それをテーブルがわりにしました。床はコンクリート、冬は寒いかも？オンドルかな？建物は新しい感じでした。 1日目、TV 付かず、メールで報告しました。2日目、戻ると直ってました。 お世話になりました。

• JI YEONG (6/5): 흠.. - 침대와 약간의 여유공간만 있을정도로 좁았지만, 짐이 간소한 1박 2일 여행이었기에 그럭저럭 지낼만 했습니다. 룸컨디션도 괜찮았고~ 깔끔하게 잘 꾸며져 있어서 분위기도 좋았어요 그러나..제가 묵었던 방은 정화조가 돌아가고 있는 기계실(?) 바로 옆에 있어서 온 종일 기계 돌아가는 소리 떄문에 잠들기가 힘들었습니다...잠 귀가 예민한 저는 결국 잠을 설쳐 힘들었습니다.ㅠ.ㅠ 제가 묵었던 방은 2인실 더블룸이었으니,, 이 룸타입이 아니면 안락하게 지낼 수 있을겁니다(골목에 호텔이 있어 생활소음은 거의 없습니다 ㅋ) 그 외 호텔관리인 분도 매우 친절하시고 난방도 매우 잘 되어 따뜻했습니다~ 위 사항만 아니면.. 대체적으로 만족했습니다

• mayumi (10/5): 最高に素敵でお洒落なブティックホテル。立地の良さも◎ - フロントデスクを設けておらず、事前に何時到着予定かという質問と、合わせて予約した部屋の解錠パスワードをメールしてくれます。ドアは鍵ではなく、タッチキー式です。他にも要望があればリクエスト可能です。私はチェックアウト後、数時間の荷物預かりをお願いしました。 ホテルの1階にはベーカリーもオープンしています。 お部屋は最高すぎて、予約して良かったと満足しています。新しいホテルは口コミが無く不安が多いものですが、写真から見ても信頼出来そうだったので思い切って予約しました。正解です！笑 アメニティは、シャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディソープと、バスタオル・フェイスタオルの最低限のものがひと通り。ドライヤーもあります。 冷蔵庫がお洒落すぎ♡←宿泊の決め手のひとつ エレベーターはありません。 各フロアにはミニキッチンがあります。 1階にはランドリールームもあります。 部屋数が少ないブティックホテルですが、設備にも抜かりがなくて感心しました。 立地に関しては、バス停がすぐ側にあり、明洞へ行くのもラクでした。駅からも遠くないので、アクセスの良さも抜群です。 日本語は通じません。コミュニケーションは韓国語か英語で。でもなんとかなります！ また宿泊したいホテルの仲間入りです！ 日本の方も十分安心して宿泊できるホテルなので、おススメします☆
