- Sarah (9/5): Magnifique - Nous avons adoré cet hôtel. La chambre était très grande, propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était sous forme de buffet, c’était délicieux (convient très bien aux européens). Le staff était également très serviable et souriant. La situation géographique n’est pas optimale (loin du métro), mais les didis sont peu chers.

- Andrew (9/5): Clean, modern and friendly stay. - Lovely modern hotel. Super clean too. Very helpful front-of-house. One very patient young man guided us through how to navigate and use our app for the subway. Breakfast was really good and caters for both Chinese and western tastes. The hotel is a tad away from Suzhou's buzz, so you need to be ready to jump in a Didi or hop on the subway. The surrounding location is not especially ambient. That said, we did indeed walk to a nearby park on May Day and had a ball. The subway is walkable too. It's just that the hotel doesn't spill out into anything especially beautiful or historic. But that said, it doesn't take much to access old town Suzhou. Maybe alittle distance is a good thing.

- Nang (9/5): A comfortable stay - It is close to Suzhou station, only 10 mins drive. There is 24/7 laundry facilities, both for washing and drying. The hotel is clean and it has lifts. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. If you are taking high speed rail that stops at Suzhou South, then it is 40 mins drive. It is not within walking distance to tourist attractions. The hotel is not close to subway station.

The man at reception spoke good English and noted some attractions we should go and see. The entrance was a little bit hard to find by following Amap but some locals helped to point us in the right direction.

- Valeria (8/5): Pulizia molto buona, ottima accoglienza! - Struttura pulitissima! Spero che continueranno ad avere questo standard. Letti molto comodi, la Colazione è buona e hanno la Macchinetta del Caffè. Offrono del tè caldo a fianco alla reception, direi dettaglio apprezzato I receptionist sono stati molto disponibili e gentili. Abbiamo scambiato il contatto wechat e ci hanno mandato tutte le info utili della città. La posizione rispetto al Centro è un po' lontana ma per quello che serviva a noi andava bene, visto che sta a 5-7 minuti dal centro sposi. Lì c'è anche un altro albergo sul posto ma abbiamo scelto questo per la Pulizia e la Colazione inclusa che ci ha fatto guadagnare tempo. Mah... Al momento non ho una cosa che non mi sia piaciuta in particolare.

- Ulrich (10/5): A flawless experience! - The staff of the hotel is very friendly, helpful and accomplished. For a small fee I was provided with a local guide who took me sightseeing. His English was pretty good so I learned a lot about the History of Suzhou. The room was flawless...and the included breakfast is delicious. They also booked me high-speed train tickets when my 微信-booking somehow was rejected. Last but not least.....the price of the hotel is quiet reasonable. ---

- Nur Hanisah (10/5): - The hotel staff was very nice and helpful towards foreigner. The manager can speak fluent english fluently and have package offer for tour around Suzhou. They are very helpful for you if you are there to visit Suzhou with recommendation of places including Qingzhen Food! The washing machine and dryer are a bit confusing to use since it is in chinese character. We need to ask help from the staff for dryer. The dryer take about 2 hours to complete dry all of my clothes (4pc clothes only)

- Grace (10/5): Fantastic customer service from start to finish - This property has one of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Write upon check in the staff was able to greet us at the door and help us with our luggage. Mr. May was immediately at our assistance helping us plan our itinerary. He had wonderful suggestions and was fluent in English. He was eager and extremely friendly to help out with whatever we needed. The accommodations is also wonderful as well. The room is updated and modern. We had the family loft with a shower. Everything was I’m free laundry was essential for our family. Location is Within walking distance to couple of historic landmarks and gardens. But there’s no problems with catching a taxi. It is very inexpensive and very easy. Breakfast was also provided in the hotel for a minimal charge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay because the staff went over and beyond helping us with all our needs as well as getting a couple of items returned to us even after checkout. We would highly recommend this property for anyone staying in Suzhou. Nothing at all
