- Ellepena (2/5): Cash wasting place - I was a guess in this hotel, they ofered services that they didn't comply. The room got a wet towel and I didn't get transportation nor breakfast nor morning call. They took long time asking for the services they didn't fulfill. This is not a calm place to rest and the personal is rude when you compain about the services.
- Denis (6/5): À côté de l’aéroport - Problème à la réception au début. Pas de wifi au départ , pas d’eau chaude. Le personnel est agréable et le lit confortable
- Edgar (2/5): - NO LO RECOMIENDO, Fue la peor experiencia que he tenido en un estancia en Colombia, primero dijeron que no contaba con reservación, después que ya la había usado, luego me dejaron ingresar y al día siguiente me cobraron una supuesta avería que ellos aseguran yo hice, quedaron en enviarme evidencias de lo que iban a reparar y factura y jamás lo hicieron. El personal es despota y grosero, la habitación que me dieron estaba aún lado del blvd y el ruido era demasiado, el desayuno me lo hicieron de muy mala gana y el check out dice hasta las 12 pero si tú dices probablemente salga a las 11:30 ya te están corriendo desde las 11:00 Pésimo servicio ojalá y expedía tome cartas en el asunto de quitar esta estancia de su página.

Pagué la habitación a mi madre por adelantado y cuando llegó, le dijeron que no estaba pagada y le exigieron el dinero (un precio mayor al que pagué) en efectivo. Al ser de noche, no tuvo otra opción e hizo el pago. Después de demostrar mediante la factura y la transferencia que la habitación ya se había pagado previamente, al día siguiente no tuvieron más remedio que devolverle el dinero. Me parece una absoluta vergüenza que se aprovechen así de la gente mayor, que viaja sola y no se maneja bien con la tecnología. No vuelvo a alquilar una habitación nunca y no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

- Diana (2/5): - Mi experiencia en este hotel fue absolutamente frustrante. A pesar de haber realizado una reserva para tres personas con una confirmación clara que respaldaba dicha reserva, al llegar para hacer el check-in, me encontré con una sorpresa desagradable. El personal del hotel afirmó que solo tenían disponibilidad para una persona y que podían "acomodar" a las dos personas adicionales, pero con un costo adicional. Esto no solo me pareció injusto, sino también completamente absurdo. Lo que más me decepcionó fue la falta de profesionalismo y la total ausencia de servicio al cliente. La actitud del personal fue desalentadora, y quedé con la sensación de que no les importaba en absoluto la satisfacción de los clientes. En resumen, mi elección de hospedarme en este hotel resultó ser un error costoso y frustrante. No puedo enfatizar lo suficiente lo decepcionante que fue esta experiencia.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Horrible customer service from the moment I got to the hotel the cleaning lady told me I wasn’t really welcome with my dog even though I spoke with the admin over the phone before making the reservation…. The admin offered me an early check in since I got to Bogota early however when I got there the room wasn’t ready either. Then they tried to charge me $90 for my pet for which at that point I decided to cancel. The app wouldn’t let me so when I spoke to the admin he said he will do it on his end and mark it as a now show. Next day he didn’t so I contact him again for which his response was: this is not my responsibility it’s yours and I’m not going to do this for you! A man of no integrity ofcourse and the owner over the phone was also very rude By the way but that’s another story. I think this hotel used to have good reviews but by all means avoid it!

Explained I had my dog with me so called to be sure when I showed up he told me there was a charge for $90 for the dog so I ask why didn’t he mention that over the phone he said it was my responsibility not his so tried to cancel the reservation but Orbitz wouldn’t let me so I called him Back he said no worries I will cancel it on my end as a now show. Ofcourse he didn’t when I called to check he said it wasn’t his responsibility it mas mine he wasn’t going to do it not his problem. Careful this property is deceiving

- Nick (2/5): - This place is my worst hotel experience in years. I booked the room for my girlfriend. She gets dropped off by a cab at 1am after an international flight. They refuse to let her enter until 6am and don’t even explain why! So she has to roam the streets of a dangerous neighborhood and never checks in. Then they refuse us a refund. Unbelievably shameless.

- JAN (10/5): - Great place, right outside are whole bunch of little stores and food stands. Not far from the airport, 40 minutes walk, but they provide transportation if needed. Only thing is that shower was lukeworm, no hot water. Staff is very helpful and breakfast was delicious.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable accommodation close to airport - Reasonably spacious room in small hotel close to Bogotá airport, ideal for a layover in between flights. Recently renovated, clean, comfy bed, reasonably quiet. Basic small breakfast included. Area is not the most interesting, but some smaller shops and basic restaurants in walking distance.

It was a last minute reservation so my mom and my niece had to share room with a stranger, they understood and said it was okay because the situation, but at the same time was very unconvinient
- David (8/5): Great for a layover, but small room - New or newly remodeled, good breakfast, very convenient as an overnight between flights. Staff was very helpful. On the flip side, my small windowless room was a bit claustrophobic and I am not prone to that. But the price was right along with everything else except the room.

- gtredray (10/5): I may be overdoing it with the stars, but there were extenuating circumstances!! - OK, right off the bat....I am physically challenged, and this Huesped had no elevators, now use your imagination, one person pulling and another pushing from the rear!!! You get the idea. Anyway, the management were really helpful, and kind. Bogota was cold for me (being from Florida), but I was given coffee in my room and cookies.....Delightful. Very close to the airport (10mins), room is small, wi-fi is good.

The attention that we received from Raul was excellent, he treated us like family, also his wife Nivia. The neighborhood could feel insecure at first but they will take care very well of you. The room is small but was extremely clean and the breakfast was amazing.

The owner contacted me the day before and was very friendly and helpful when I arrived. The room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was good as well. Recommendable!
