I stayed for 3 days - no one even enquired about my stay, they didn't clean, they didn't change linen. No service. Location not close to key attractions like Petaling Street or Jalan Alor.

- Manar (4/5): Overpriced and not that great. - The location was great. The pool was fantastic. The deception when booking. It was made to sound like a hotel, with breakfast buffet. Had we not asked about our booking that included breakfast, they wouldn't have mentioned the vouchers or even brought them to us. The vouchers should have been left in the apartment prior to our arrival. They had to wait until we were out to send someone to drop them off. Although they were kind enough to prepare the room for earlier check in, they did not do a great job. The bathroom was not cleaned well, the shower full of soap scum and the floor flooded with water from the leaking bidet. The new sheets smelled severly of extremely strong fabric softener. The smell lasted the whole week we were there making it unbearable to sleep. It made me question weather they even washed or changed them from the previous tenants. We would not even be able to tell. The apartment had no microwave, only some dirty pots and pans with old food residue. We had to scrub the pan clean very well before use and we managed to make it silver again. It was burnt and brown. Very disgusting. This property was not worth the large price we paid for it. Completely over priced.
- Samah (5/5): We enjoyed our stay, because we as a family kept a positive attitude. - Swimming pool is nice and amenities next to the swimming pool were good. Locating is great. Walking distance to shops. Firstly breakfast was located outside of the building in a unknown shop, it only had a handful of items for breakfast to choose from and only tea and coffee no other drinks. Only food to choose from was Indian (malay )food. The staff can barely speck english so there was alot of google transactions. overall experience for breakfast especially with kids was not good. I paid extra for breakfast not worth the money. For a family of 6, was way to small Washing machine is terrible 😑 needs upgrade. No lobby to ask for help or direction, better to stay in a hotel. The whole building needs maintenance and upgrades. Jacuzzi not working, Games room not open. No tea or coffee in the room No Washing powder, basic essentials not meet.

- CHARLOTTE (5/5): Fair - I like the views from the window and a very good restaurant's cheesy twist 2 mins from the building. The washing machine is a good idea. The kitchen is ok. The outdoor air conditioned next to our bedroom makes lot of noise during the night. Access to the small bathroom is not practical with the double doors. The bathroom needs some renovation, dustbin, door rust and air fresheners missing, daily housekeeping should be included during the stay and should be included in the booking and should not be optional even if the price is increased. Missing additional pillows, bed sheet and pillows should be replaced by new, bedsheet was damaged.

Es gibt keine Rezeption sondern man wird missverständlich per WhatsApp eingewiesen wie man die Wohnung findet. Das Bad stinkt widerlich und der Geruch geht auch nicht gemäß der Anleitung per WhatsApp weg! NICHT SCHÖN! Das inkludiert Frühstück ist auf eine Speise begrenzt pro Tag begrenzt und ist nicht im hotel untergebracht sondern in der Nachbarschaft.

- marta (7/5): Buenos apartamentos pero sin coger el desayuno, mejor por tu cuenta sino cambian de local - El apartamento es muy amplio y comodo, que tenga lavadora-secadora es un plus y que el agua sea filtrada tmb, las instalaciones estan muy bien y la piscina y gym genial!!!, tmb esta muy centrico y que tenga justo debajo supermercado tiene un plus!! El desayuno consiste en ir con unos tickets a un restaurante que esta justo debajo de los apartamentos y sinceramente yo no lo recomiendo, enseñando a diario los tickets y dandonos la carta a elegir desayuno todos los dias nos intentaron cobrar un precio distinto alegando cosas diferentes pero realmente son unos desagradables y nosotros en ningun momento pedimos nada que nos dijeran que no lo incluían los tickets porque ellos sabian que los llevabamos, fue una experiencia nefasta y fuimos 5 dias seguidos, la conclusión es que creemos que intentan engañarnos a la hora de irnos para cobrar por algun motivo!!

The only issue is that my review may not be very helpful, as the host has several apartments, and you can’t know in advance which one you’ll get. Appartement propre, avec deux salles de bain — ce qui change agréablement par rapport à l’autre logement que nous avions eu dans le bâtiment South la semaine précédente. Le seul problème, c’est que mon avis peut ne pas être représentatif : l’hôte possède plusieurs appartements, et vous ne saurez pas à l’avance lequel vous aurez.

Matalassos antics i wc li falta renovació. No hi ha recepció, es fa tot via guixetes. Els ascensors són lents i es perd molt de temps pujant i baixant.

A 7 eleven and a few other helpful shops are there too. Nice pool area and lots of other facilities but building is a bit old and tired. Washing machine and decent space living room. Beds were simple and not so comfy but fine for a few nights. Sofa was a bit tatty and not comfortable. Appartment is a bit old, some stains on the ceilings and walls which should be repainted to make the place feel less grotty.

Ils nous ont prêté gratuitement plusieurs chargeurs quand nous n’avions pas d’adaptateur, et ont été très rapides pour nous aider à retrouver le code de notre porte. They gave some coupon corresponding to 12 MYR which can be only used in a nearby shabby restaurant. The restaurant supply only some indian (so-called - it is Malaysian version of tamil food ?) Anycase the restaurant is dirty lacking cleanliness and ill mannered staff. Never take the option of breakfast. Then after all there is no facility for continental breakfast nearby!

Friendly staff. 2 bedroom apartment very spacious. Only downfall which is personal preference the bed was very hard (firm rated) and pillows old and not supportive.

- Majid (5/5): Building was not suitable for me but maybe suitable for others - They did fix a faulty light bulb upon my arrival. The air conditioning did work. Place was as pictured but before extensive use so needs some tlc. The place is NOT soundproof as advertised. You can hear everything from the lift going up and down to the traffic on the road and I was on a very high floor. The bed was too low for me but might be okay for others. The company was called Sincere Properties that I dealt with and they are recommended because they did fulfill their promise. I Edited this review to reflect the commitment of the agents who have refunded me for breakfast. In my previous review I mentioned a few thing's like the ironing board, iron and TV but as pointed out by the agents I did not bring these issues to their attention otherwise they would have rectified it. So I was wrong to mention these thing's and I offer my sincere apologies to the agents. I standby the rest of my review with regards to the building not being soundproofed. As per the title this building was not suitable for me. Others may find it suitable for them as it is a good location near to things. As for the agent's I would recommend them to all.

- Saira (8/5): - Goede ligging en dus bijna alles op loopafstand. Beheerder Kelven is een top vent die zo goed mogelijk alles in orde maakte. Bank is doorgezakt. Geen spiegels in de kamer alleen 1 in de badkamer, ook geen stopcontact in de badkamer en de hang gedeeldes vd kast waren kapot. Alleen in 1 kamer een kast ook nog.
- Homem (8/5): I would definitely come back to Roberston! - Travelled with my two kids and husband over the early Jan New Year period 2025. The apartment we stayed in the rooms were neat, tidy, the sheets however could be bought new ( they were clean, however they had thread coming out). It is the S21-09. The bathroom is clean. The showers are fantastic. It is a single bathroom and two bedrooms ( single queen beds in each room). There is always a ventilation problem generally (in the bathrooms) in Malaysia with the tall residence apartments, so you either have to keep the bathroom vent on, or ignore the problem. The view isn't the best ( the rooms on the opposite side have a much better view of Merdeka 118). However the light nights are fantastic. For a 4 day stay this is perfect. It is a very convenient location for Grab. Not so convenient if you have little kids and you want to use the Metro/Train. It looks close by on the map, but it is a distance of about 1km to get there. As you have to walk round. Berjaya Times Square Mall is not far from the metro, and the closest to Robertson. Hospital and Church are walking distance from Roberston. There are four restaurants on the ground floor - good food, so you don't have to look far. Two small shops that have some basic breakfast groceries, and easy to buy bottled water. The lifts get packed during check out time, and Grab gets difficult to use when everyone is rushing, so plan to leave before the 10 or 11am rush. Robertson has great facilities- pool, outside gym. The kids enjoyed both of these. There is no life guard, so best to ensure one parent is with your kids. There is a washing machine - this was very handy. My kids have food allergies, so we needed a working microwave which is not present in the room. Also the room only has one electric induction cooking spot. So this made cooking for my kids very difficult. We requested a microwave, and the whatsapp team that handles this room, were efficient and brought it in the next day. However, it took 3 minutes to heat up a cup of tea, and food wasn't hot, jut warm. We didn't bother to complain, we just managed with what we had.
- Denisa (7/5): - Ubytování má krásný výhled na město a pěkný bazén obklopený zelení. Noční výhled z nejvyššího patra je okouzlující. Ubytování je situováno na dobré místě. Pokoj byl sice prostorný, ale zařízení bylo oprejskané, zdi obouchané, závěsy flekaté. Přijeli jsme do ubytování o půlnoci a i přesto, že jsem týden před příjezdem žádala a přípravu postelí jak v ložnici tak v obývacím pokoji, byla připravena pouze manželská postel. Vzhledem k tomu, že zde nefunguje nonstop servis, nemohli jsme problém ihned řešit. Zklamáním byla snídaně, která je servírovaná ve vedlejším otevřeném bistru.

- Suzanne (8/5): Great location and comfort - We stayed here for 8 nights and were very happy. The location is very convenient with shops and restaurants within the apartment complex. The staff was very helpful and check in was very easy. One morning we had an internet problem and it was resolved within a few hours thanks to the staff getting on the problem immediately. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars from us is that the apartment had tons of storage but hardly any kitchen equipment, not even a spatula. That being said, for a longer stay in KL, I would recommend it.

Easy to check in, good communication The security is poor. There are a lot of people coming in and out ALL the time. The lifts took a lot of time. The security cards were barely needed. Doors were always left open and would beep incessantly.

There was a distinct absence of any aspects I could appreciate, leading me to classify it as the worst encounter. Accordingly, I strongly advise others to reconsider visiting this location. The facilities fell short of basic standards; specifically, no cleaning services were available, and the absence of a reception area compounded the issue. Moreover, no personnel were present to respond to inquiries or fulfill requests, resulting in a lack of support during my visit. Overall, this experience was highly unsatisfactory. There is no breakfast facility inside the hotel. They gave us a coupon. We have to have breakfast by showing coupons from outside and roadside restaurants. Worst! I highly recommend that others think twice about staying here. The amenities did not meet even the most basic standards. In particular, no cleaning services were provided, and the lack of a reception area worsened the situation. Additionally, no staff members were available to address questions or meet requests, leading to insufficient support throughout my stay. In summary, this experience was extremely disappointing. There is no breakfast facility inside the hotel. They gave us a coupon. We have to have breakfast by showing coupons from outside and roadside restaurants.

- Ally (7/5): ok for a short stay, but could be better - Rooms were clean, property was new the description of beds isn’t accurate. There was 1 double bed and 1 Futon bed (not 2). the futon bed is enough to fit 2 people but it’s 1 bed. The lobby smell was really bad. always smelled like pee :( The lifts were wonky sometimes, couldn’t get to our floor, had to try different lifts. The room toilets were also quite smelly in the morning.

The apartment was of good size, comfy beds, good airconditioning, wifi, full size fridge/freezer, hot plate, toaster lots of hot water in good size showers . The only negatives I would say were the cutlery and crockery has food from previous customers on them and there was a constant smell of sewerage coming from a drain that would come and go
