- Emre (2/5): Rezalet kere rezalet - Rezaletin göbek adı, Arap personel çalıştırmak bu kadar kolay olmamalı, kız arkadaşımla gittim aile oteliyiz bir daha böyle gelmeyin dendi. Elin arabı gelmiş ülkemde bana brifing veriyor. Ayrıca duş başlığı bozuk, klima çok dandik soğutmuyor bile.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Konum Güzel,Kalite Eksik... - Otelin konum olarak şehir merkezine yakın olması bizim ulaşımımızı rahatlatması dışında çok fazla iyi olduğunu söyleyemem.Odada çift kişilik yatak var görünüyor tek kişilik iki baza birleştirilmiş,ve arası açılıyor.Temizlik sadece çarşafın ve yastığın değişmesi olmamalı,çarşafın altı hep yemek kırıntısı susamlar falan vardı ve lekeliydi.Odanın içi yastıklara sinecek kadar sigara kokuyordu ve sabaha kadar o kokudan uyuyamadım.Birde elektrik prizi aradık gece gece :) resepsiyonu aradım bazayı biraz geri çek yatağın arkasında dedi,o derece gizlenmiş.Neyseki 2 gece kaldık ama verdiğim paraya değmedi.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Horrible hotel and reception staff-avoid at all cost. I arrived late at night, at reception there were 2 boys in their 20's who knew just a few words in English. I had to change the room 3 times because they were all dirty, the 2nd room was the tip of the iceberg with pee and poo streaks! It was too late for a single female to wonder around a dodgy area to find another hotel, and I was exhausted so I had to settle for the 3rd room, whose fan was as noisy as a tractor trailer. The room conditions were unbearable so I found another hotel and left the next morning. I discussed the issue with a Turkish guy who blamed me for not finding another place if I didn't like the rooms-speaking of basic manners or customer service. He refused to take any responsibility for the filthy rooms, we had a nasty argument, and I asked for refund of the 2nd unused night. He refused to go to the bank because the refund amount wasn't worth the wait ?!, and he said he didn't care. He threatened me with the video footage pointing at the camera (complete non-sense), which showed nothing but just an argument, and kicked me out of the hotel. The guy was complete idiot to treat any visitor, let alone a foreign woman like that. Clearly he has zero manners, was interrupting me all the time, and was overall very arrogant. Orbitz offers ZERO protection to customers against verbal abuse or refunds for appalling dirty rooms, so I'll have to fight for my refund though another channel.

- Ingrid (2/5): Nowhere near the airport - So a very interesting experience. The hotel is listed as being 1.6 miles from Istanbul airport but in fact it's over 40km and a taxi one way is 50 euros. So in theory, the hotel is much cheaper for 1 night then a taxi there. I contacted hotels.com to notify them of this, so they called the hotel. The hotel refused to waiver the money. I said to hotels.com don't worry let them have the money they obviously need it, and I just didn't bother going. The point is that they mislead in advertising so if you do decide to stay and need to get to the airport, be prepared to pay loads on taxi fare.
- saher (10/5): Excellent service. WiFi brilliant. - In the heart of such a variety of shops. You’ll never go hungry- Starbucks is very close by. Pharmacy is also very close by. Emre- manager is very well spoken in English, so helpful. He welcomed me with an offering of tea, check in was super quick and easy. Very approachable and professional. Saw me off to the taxi before I left made sure I was going to the airport. He’s a real testament to the hotel stay overall. I stayed for 9 days in total. Breakfast is free and does the job to get you up n going for the day. WiFi is excellent. It may be a 3* rated hotel but their service is so much more than that. My room was clean basics provided for such as slippers, plenty of towels, shampoos body washes and a hairdryer. Hangers for clothes and a kettle with refreshments such as tea and coffee. Walls are a bit thin but it’s mostly muffled sounds. I would say it’s more suited to adults staying only because Istanbul sleeps pretty late. And they have a live band playing over the weekend until early hours so kids would find sleeping difficult. Try to check in during the weekday to avoid the live band. I would happily stay here again. I fact I will.

- MUSTAFA OGULCAN (8/5): Harika - Sporcularımızla birlikte yurtdışı maçı öncesi 1 günlük konaklamak için kaldık. Oteldeki görevliler son derece güler yüzlü ve çözümcüldü. Özellikle Emre beye çok teşekkür ederiz. Otelin konumu metro ve metrobüse oldukça yakın (Yürüyerek 4-5 dakika) bu nedenle ulaşım sorunu yaşamadık. Yeniden İstanbul’a geldiğimizde konaklama tercihimiz olacaktır.

Konaklamak icin aileleri tercih etmeleri ve bu tur seylere dikkat etmeleri cok guzel bu oteli bir cok kisiye tavsiye edebilirim. Hizmeti, oradaki calisan arkadaslar odalarin ferahligi hersey cok guzeldi. Her konudan memnum kaldik.

- Mario (2/5): Bad - Reservation for one night, May 4th, 2019, already paid on December 4th, 2018. I confirmed it before with both the hotel and Hotels.com. I arrived and there was no place for me. I was referred to another hotel, nearby and very bad. I do not know what happened but surely someone did something wrong. I rated cleanliness, comfort and condition just to be able to submit.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Unsafe - I stayed at the hotel for 1 week. I was there for work. One night, I arrived back to the hotel at 7.30 pm. I found my door slightly open and lights on. When I entered the room all my belongings which were on the bench were all on the bed including the safe. My initial thought, someone broke into the room. When I asked the reception (owners brother) what is going on, he said “they had to measure the table” because as they are renovating. I received no apology. I was also blamed for not leaving the key behind, as they needed to enter the room for measurements. I felt very unsafe.

- Marco (4/5): - The staff were mostly unresponsive to my requests. They put me on a king size bed instead of two twin size beds as requested in my review. The room was in the first floor right next to the lobby, which is separated by just a window/door. I asked another room but the request was denied. It was so loud, at night I had to wake up multiple times in the middle of the night. At 4am, a bunch of new customers checked in and the noise was unbearable. On top of these, the hot water was not available in the morning. I called the lobby but they told me it was available. Then after waiting half an hour, I asked the hotel employee to check it for me. Only then they accepted the hot water was not available in the first floor. Why do you need a hotel room if you cannot sleep or cannot take a hot shower in the morning? The hotel location is fine though. It is right next to the Atakoy/Sirinevler stop for both Subway and the Metrobus. It was clean except the bad smell in the bathroom. The breakfast was fine.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The hotel was fine enough, good for the price... BUT Do not get an airport transfer from this hotel! Maybe it's how all Istanbul hotels are, I don't know, but I paid 40 USdollars to be forgot when I arrived, and I had to ask a guy from another hotel to help me figure out what to do. The process was chaotic and I never knew if the guy who drove me was actually the driver or some random dude the guy who helped me convinced. Well, he drove like a maniac, thank god it was only a 3 mile journey. Then my transfer in the morning was late. The front desk guy had to call to tell him to come get me. Not worth the money.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good airport hotel - Stayed there one night before a flight. Easy access by metro (3 stations). Walking distance from metro station. Very reasonably priced. Had all mod cons I would expect. Located in a busy shopping district so access to food and drink is easy. Appears to be quite secure, they have to buzz the main door open for you when you come in and when you leave.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel right by a shopping/eating area - You are half a block away from a shopping and eating area with a train station a five minute walk away. The staff speaks English and is very helpful in getting you to the place you want to go. They'll also call you a cab if you need to get to the airport from the hotel. Bonus: when I was there, a night market was set up into the wee hours so you won't be bored at all!

- anne (6/5): Atatürk Airport Budget Hotel - We didn't pay much, and to be fair, the hotel bedroom and breakfast were both very good. Not the best of areas, very noisy till 2am, and with an early 6am start to the airport, wasn't ideal.
