Losing a valuable item is every traveler’s nightmare, and unfortunately, I realized I had left behind a precious personal belonging in my room only after I had already checked out and left the premises. I was incredibly stressed, but the team at Radisson handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and integrity. The housekeeping staff managed to retrieve the item immediately. Not only did they find it, but they also went above and beyond to coordinate with me and ensure the item was stored securely and handed back to me safely. It is rare to find such a high level of honesty and proactive service. It’s one thing for a hotel to have nice rooms, but it’s the integrity of the staff that truly defines a 5-star experience. Special thanks to the housekeeping department for their efficiency and for giving me peace of mind. If you are looking for a stay in Bangalore where you know you’ll be in safe, honest hands, I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

I really appreciate his service and how he has trained his staff. The common area is limited and not maintained. The pool is filthy, with no cover and pigeons pooing in it. Hotel is located away from the business of MG road but still close enough to get places. The gym was small but well-maintained. It was a perfectly OK stay, had just expected a lot more from the listing. None of these are deal breakers in themselves, but all added up in small ways to feel like this space wasn't as great as the pictures made it out to be – Bathroom felt a bit small compared to the size of the room. The room had way too much signage, flyers etc. spread all over the place. Made it feel a bit overdone and tacky. Breakfast buffet layout was a bit too spread out, instead of keeping food counters to one side of the space for smoother navigation. There were also way too many personnel to the number of guests, also possibly resulting in the chaos feeling.

- Robert (6/5): It would have been fine if the mosquito issue hadn’t happened. - Great gym, comfortable and clean room. Mosquitos were absolutely everywhere, including the rooms. They’re actually breading inside the hotel building. Staff don’t have even the most basic knowledge for how to prevent mosquitos from breeding. Staff were standing around swatting Mosquitos with bats, meanwhile the pump motor of the water feature right in front of the main entrance was not running. It’s hardly surprising that they had an infestation considering the enormous trough of stagnant water sitting right in front of the main doors. Staff are absolutely deluded. As multiple guests complained, they tried to fool everyone into believing the infestation is beyond their control due to the nearby lake! Total rubbish! The lake is completely dried up and too far away. The Conrad Hotel across the street has absolutely no mosquitos inside the building. Radisson must get a grip of this. A regime to manage mosquitos requires knowledge and understanding to be held by all staff. Calling pest control to carry out fogging doesn’t work when the drains of the hotel have mosquito larvae breeding inside and there’s stagnant water everywhere.

The sustainable and ecological policies under GRT group are a great example as an eco hotel. Congratulations. Lunch buffet, but of course we understand the war and the LPG restrictions.

A great team and reasonable facilities - The staff were excellent and really warm/helpful Bed was good, room was reasonable Breakfast was great The complimentary fruit and biscuits in the room were appreciated. Mini bar was sparse Room and bathroom smelt Swimming pool was average The onward hotel car service was shockingly overpriced compared to local taxi service (hotel price 2800IRS vs 150IRS!)
- saliahmohamed sait (8/5): value for money, well located, helpful staff - excellent cleaning of room not on regular time and often came late when we back home and resting Had asked for late night room service pasta for my 9 year old grandson who cannot eat spicy food and specifically mentioned make a pasta fit for kid not spicy and it turned out to be spicy and my grandson had a tummy upset. The staff went at length to apologise and replace but he could eat further after the putting the spicy one in his mouth

- Stéphane (7/5): - Good location. Very good breakfast. Beautiful rooms. Confortable beds. The swimming pool is large, but very cold. I guess it's only for summer. Small fitness room, with almost no equipment. Clim is also very cold, especially in the restaurant.
