- Olga (10/5): Современный отель в самом центре Куала-Лумпура - Современный отель, в номере есть все необходимое. До центра и башен минут 10-12 неспешным шагом. Завтрак нормальный. Изюминка - инфинити-бассейн на 31 этаже, в котором мы были одни. Провели 1.5 часа, релаксируя и фотографируясь. Очень актуальна услуга хранения багажа после выписки - очень нас выручила. При поездке в следующем году скорее всего снова выберу этот отель.

- Shema (7/5): Location is the biggest win of this property. Rest is okay! - Location is super accessible so that's a big win. That makes it expensive but good overall. Many charging ports! Room is pretty small for 2 people, Didn't have a place to keep our suitcases while having enough room to move around. Breakfast area can get pretty messy with a lot of spillage which is not cleaned.

- Ioannis (9/5): Very comfortable and super clean - Had a fantastic stay at the ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre. The room was excellent, with a very comfortable bed and a great bathroom. It was also super silent and impeccably clean, which made for a really restful stay. Breakfast was really good with plenty of options, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. A standout for me was the wellness center being open until 2am, which was extremely convenient and not something you find at every hotel. The gym was also well equipped. The infinity pool is much smaller than it appears in the photos on the profile, so don't expect to do laps. Apart from that everything was perfect.

- Huzefa (5/5): Bad experience - Location was good place was clean . Although the breakfast was monotonous the restaurant staff were curious. The staff at the front desk were not at all accommodating or did not even have a smile on their face . That's the bare minimum requirement when U in the hospitality trade . Not at all flexible it was their way or the highway . They call them selves a 4 star hotel but no bell boy service. No bottle water in the room . Some shitty filter system they have introduced who knows what it contains.

Конечно нет, ни за деньги , никак, хотя бы один номер.. нет , нас заселили даже позже 15.00. Завтраки скудные для европейского человека. Фитнес зал - одно название. Только беговые дорожки, другой аппарат сломан, нет даже гантелей. Бассейн холодный. 2 лежака на весь отель. В одном из номеров стойкий запах плесени. Душ протекал в 2х из 3х номеров. Одна девушка на ресепшн была очень мила, остальные портят все впечатление..

Fatal, es una hazaña encontrar mesa.

I needed to change a room and Mr A was acting fast One staff who was inflexible when I asked for same room I had had on 17 April, namely room 2801. This is my preferred room, and I hope I can stay in that when I will visit KL again soon. Home away from home. And quiet
