• Aurelio (8/5): Apartamento condizente com o anúncio - Avaliando por etapas, o check-in foi um tanto confuso, pelo fato de não ter sido o proprietário do apartamento quem nos recebeu. Por isso, por conta de eu não ser fluente no espanhol, a senhora chegou em torno de uma hora depois do horário combinado. O apartamento está localizado em um bairro de alto padrão. Isso foi positivo, em virtude de sermos vegetarianos, e encontramos várias opções para alimentação, como supermercados, restaurantes e até lojas de produtos naturais. Está a duas quadras da praia. E isso também é bom. O proprietário foi solícito, e eventualmente procurava saber se precisávamos de alguma coisa. O que é preciso acrescentar é o fato de o bairro ter apenas uma entrada. Por isso, o trânsito é bem intenso em alguns horários do dia. Como sugestão, recomendo que não aluguem carro. É melhor assim. Além disso, a mesma senhora não compareceu no horário combinado para o check-out... Indico o apartamento a todos os que lerem meu texto. Só fiquem atentos às sugestões apresentadas.

This place offers a far better experience than a hotel if you’re seeking a family-friendly, home-like atmosphere with all the essential amenities (fridge, washer/dryer, spacious balcony, and more). The apartment is ideally located within walking distance of numerous restaurants, nestled between the bay and the beach. The host was outstanding, providing plenty of recommendations for places to visit throughout our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and would give it 10 stars if possible! Mi familia y yo visitamos Cartagena por primera vez y no podríamos estar más agradecidos y felices con nuestra experiencia en este apartamento. Este lugar ofrece una experiencia mucho mejor que un hotel si buscas un ambiente familiar y hogareño con todas las comodidades necesarias (nevera, lavadora/secadora, balcón amplio y más). El apartamento está perfectamente ubicado a poca distancia de muchos restaurantes, entre la bahía y la playa. El anfitrión fue excepcional y nos recomendó varios lugares para visitar durante nuestro viaje. ¡Definitivamente consideraríamos hospedarnos aquí nuevamente y le daríamos 10 estrellas si fuera posible!

• Durell Ellis (10/5): - My apartment was amazing! The host was professional and communicated with me the entire time. The condo was clean, new, and came with dishes and cleaning supplies. A supermarket was close by so I was able to buy some food. I will definitely book with him again and stay for a month next time.

Este apartamento tiene un excelente diseno modernista. con una adecuacion de luces fabulosa, que pone magia a todos sus espacios. Su propietario el Señor Raúl, se esfuerza por mantenerlo en muy buenas condiciones y los estándares de limpieza son excelentes!!. Desde su balcón se puede ver una gran parte de la zona hotelera y también una parte de la playa. El apartamento tiene una cocina dotada de todo lo necesario para estadías largas y tiene su propia area de lavandería lo cual es muy conveniente. Excelente sistema de aire acondicionado y ducha relajante. En mi opinión, éste lugar tiene cada cosa que necesitas para hacer tu estadía placentera. El Señor Raúl y la administradora son personas muy amables y dispuestas a mantenerse en contacto para responder a cualquier solicitud que se tenga referente a las utilidades del apartamento. Este apartamento esta ubicado en un lugar muy estratégico, en sus alrededores puedes encontrar todo lo que necesites: variedad de restaurantes, tiendas de regalos, artesanías, farmacias, servicio de transporte, supermercados,entre otros. Las zonas húmedas del edificio también son limpias y con un ambiente muy agradable, siendo monitoreado por personal del edificio, quienes mantienen el orden Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar, si estas buscando un ambiente tranquilo, comodo, familiar, hospedade estrategico y precios muy competitivos

• Irfanul (10/5): Best apartment in Caratagena. - Since I travel on business, I have been renting apartments for the past 3 years in Bocagrande Cartagena. Without a doubt this is the best apartment to rent. It is very clean, centrally located in Bocagrande and is close to restaurants and shopping. There is security desk at the entrance and everyone is very polite. Raul, the owner contacted me instantly after the reservation was confirmed. He made sure every little detail was taken care of. From checking to check out and everything in between. Checkin was smooth and I was in the apartment in 20 minutes of my arrival. (This was a first for me. Normally it takes 1 to 2 hours to check in an apartment in Cartagena ) I frequently travel to Cartagena and I will definitely rent this apartment again... The apartment is clean and
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Wonderful apartment! Modern, nicely furnished, on a high floor with a balcony and fantastic views. It's in a great location, only two blocks to the beach and with lots of nearby restaurants, bars and supermarkets, and only a 12-minute taxi ride to Cartagena's historic district. Raul the owner was so on top of things from the moment I made the reservation (literally, I received an email from him right after making the reservation) to when we checked in and throughout our stay, making sure we had what we needed and that we were happy with our stay. No question, next time we're in Cartagena, we'll stay here!
• Valerie (10/5): - C'est un super de beau appartement identique aux photos. C'est d'une très grande propreté, calme , très ensoleillé et avec une magnifique terrasse. Très sécuritaire avec gardiens a l'entrée La piscine est super. L'emplacement est idéale a moin de 5 minutes de marche de la plage et de deux épiceries dont une plus huppée. Beaucoup de choix de restaurants pour tout les budgets a proximités. A environ 5 minutes en taxi de la vieille ville. Séjour très agréable j'y retournerais sans hésitation.

• Mark (2/5): - This place is not set up really for foreign travelers. There is no front desk, it's an apartment building. I only was here for a few hours. Although I booked over hotels.com the payment was sent to a third party. The owner speaks very little English but he told me I needed to pay him again. He left me waiting there for a few hours and since I had already paid, I refused to pay him again. So I left. I did get to see the interior of the apartment. It's a reasonable choice, nothing special. Smallish bed, reasonably clean. Other issue is that if you book via hotels.com they can provide almost zero customer service since it goes to a third party. I really wish they would remove such listings from their website. I wasted a half day of my vacation working on this an ended up with a last minute choice that was considerably more expensive.

• Özcan (10/5): Nice and confortable Apartment - Das Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer war im neuen Viertel in Bogagrande im einem modernen Hochhaus im 13. OG mit einem schönen Ausblick (see picture) Modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht um schöne Urlaubstage zu verbringen. Dazu auch ein grosses Danke an Raul, der sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend war.
• Brandon (10/5): This place rocks - Amazing stay at this apartment. Room was very modern. It’s a one bedroom 1.5 bathroom. The apartment is in Bocagrande and very close to the beach. The owner is incredibly hospitable and will do his best to meet your needs. There are pots and pans, a fridge, a stove, an oven, and dishes if you want to cook. But there are many restaurants in the area as well. The shower water was nice and hot, which isn’t always the case for Cartagena apartments. The recreational area of the complex has a pool, two jacuzzi tubs, and a sauna that we took full advantage of. I would absolutely stay here again.
