La habitación pequeña y vista contra un muro. Mucho ruido de la calle, muy mal insonorizado. El desayuno solo se podía servir en bandejas de cartón, que parecían de una cárcel, lo mismo vale para el café y el agua, todo con material desechable.

• Panos (10/5): - Excellent hotel, in the centre of Ginza. I have stayed many times, and will stay again. Rooms are slightly exaggerated in size, ie they are smaller than advertised, but overall very comfortable. The spa/onsen is an excellent addition. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They request online check in, which, in case of Japan residents, makes things a bit more complicated. Overall the staff was very helpful, but the check in took too long.

• Sheepa83 (7/5): Good hotel for those who are leaving Japan and need something for the final night at Tokyo - Great location: you are at Ginza, close to Central station, great metro connection to Haneda. They also have free lockers room for your luggage after the checkout (can be used till 23:59 of the checkout day) I think this one is very good for those who returned to Tokyo before flying back. You check out, leave the luggage at the locker room, finish your shoping at Ginza, collect the luggage and go to Haneda/Narita. this hotel feels already "tired" in comparison with the rest we had during our trip. the whole breakfast on a paper tray idea - no like.

Nice vibe to the reception and restaurant. The location was excellent for exploring central Tokyo and metro transport for further a field. The food offering was a bit limited, especially the breakfast but within 1 minute walk from the rear entrance is the most amazing deli selling freshly prepared Italian inspired savoury and sweet delicacies and wonderful coffee, and plenty of other places near by, so no problem.

• Ariel (7/5): A great location, nice staff, but very small rooms . . . - The staff, mostly young women, were very nice, helpful, gracious, We ate the breakfast the one morning we were there and it was just fine and varied and plentiful and convenient, right in the lobby. We also had a cocktail the first night at the bar which was in the lobby and it was nice. The location in Ginza was good, near main streets, a million restaurants, stores, and public transportation. The only objection we had (and which caused us to move in one day) was that the room was very, very small and poorly designed. The toilet was separate from the bathroom, which was needless and unsanitary. There were no closets, drawers, or surfaces to open luggage, of which we had plenty since we were going on from there to a cruise which went from spring temperatures and ended in Alaskan cold. The room was just poorly designed; there could have been more places to hang things or place things out, such as in the bathroom. We had the chaise chair removed and it was still too small to open luggage and walk about. The front desk agent was very helpful in finding another hotel for us, needing a larger room and not so far that we couldn't walk to it. She did, after many, many phone calls, find one for us a few blocks away which turned out to be quite adequate (and, as expected more expensive), but served our needs just fine. We couldn't have figured it all out ourselves.

The chair and table were okay and no hooks in bathroom for pj's and lack of closet space made it harder to work out of suitcase for 5 days. Just some aspects of the room..maybe a more comfortable chair. And tv was hard to figure out and not sure it worked.

El lugar para el desayuno es muy pequeño lo que hace que algunas veces no haya mesas disponibles y haya que llevar el desayuno a la habitación. Onsen disponible en el ultimo piso. Habitaciones pequeñas, pero es muy común en los hoteles de Tokio.

The hotel is located in a great area - many things to do/see, but also not as hectic as other areas of the city. There are several public transportation options within walking distance. The hotel is very clean, has a bar/restaurant on the first floor, and a spa. There is also a washer and dryer for guests to use. NA

• 18c3b8faa5d2703ab3318bd2bec94991 (8/5): Très bonne localisation au coeur de Ginza - La situation géographique en plein coeur de la prefecture de Ginza à Tokyo est indéniable. Proximité du métro, les grands centres commerciaux, Nissan crossing etc. Le bar, le petit déjeuner éatient parfait. Le personnel était serviable et poli. Même si le nettoyage de la chambre n'était pas demandé, on recevait régulièrement des serviettes propores tous les jours. La salle de bain était dans un état impeccable et super propore. Petit déjeuner copieux. La taille de la chambre est plutôt petite. L'hôtel est de 4 étoiles mais comparé à d'autres hôtels de 4 **** l'ammeublement était plutôt sommaire et un peu vétuste (le tissu du canapé par ex. était très usé et pas très propre). Le matin il n'y a pas assez de tables pour accueillir tout le monde pour le petit déjeuner.
