Glen (2/5): Basically was pointless waste of time - I actually didn't stay there because of the $400 deposit that is not mentioned about on your app. They lady at the front desk was kinda rude and assumed that I didn't have $400 so I chose not to stay there

LeeAnn (6/5): - We stayed 2 years ago when first opened, very nice stay, staff was excellent and breakfast was a great variety and plenty for all guests. This stay this time it seams as though some things have gone downhill. It was quite noisy sleeping, you can hear other guests talking and thumping around. Biggest disappointment was the breakfast, very limited to choose from, no scrambled eggs or bacon/sausage, lots of guests were unhappy about the breakfast.

Erica (10/5): - I recently stayed at Tru by Hilton, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they are one of few that allow dogs that do not fit in the palm of your hand! The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like high-quality toiletries, high quality amenities, and fast, free Wi-Fi. Each time I have stayed at Tru by Hilton, they have exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and excellent amenities. I will definitely be returning as this the only hotel I will stay at when I return home to visit!

Low quality sheets don’t stay on the bed, that’s why we saw the stains. You can see the black ring in the toilet from bathroom door. Filthy by headboard (food and crumbs) and stained window blind. Looks like someone splashed a drink up on it and tried to clean, but when the sun comes through it’s gross. Every other day cleaning…..at the price they are charging! Maybe make sure to leave more than 2 tiny sets of towels in the room it’d you can’t clean. Back cover was missing from the tv remote. Overall, extremely disappointed. with the “simple” design of the room as the missed cleaning is inexcusable. Will not stay at a Tru Hilton again. Room #309. Will we get a response?

Would be nice if it started a little earlier as we had to be out befoe it started Saturday morning. My only complaint is while overall the hotel is quiet, we could hear our neighbors conversations both nights. Not sure if it was because there was a door between the rooms or not but it was distracting once we went to bed.

The room was good. the bed frame was falling apart. the room was clean-ish. They need to scrub the bathroom wall down! Next to the toilet, you could see some either had a bad dinner or tooooo much o drink. Mentioned it check out, she didnt seem to car, Question with TRU hotels... What is up with housekeeping always walking in the room before we check out? This is the third time staying at a different hotel. and it happening. Again front desk didnt car.

Darlene (6/5): - We had booked the hotel because of the pool, but then the pool was down all weekend. I was cold in the night and could not get the heat to come on. The desk clerk said they would have maintenance to check it, which never came. After a text to Expedia the desk clerk came up to get it adjusted. The room was very basic. No carpet. The shower was nice and inviting.

Dustin (6/5): Just ok for a night. - The hotel was just ok. Not dirty, but some of the tiles on the floor were coming up. The bathroom had scale on the fixtures, the bed was pretty hard for me. The staff was super friendly though. The hotel definitely felt like it used to be a lower class hotel, not what i expect from a Hilton brand. Also we were right by a side door and could hear people coming in and out all night.

The only thing that could have been better was a hot tub! The lobby with foosball and great colors, modern furniture was very attractive to the younger kids who are always bored.
