I’ve stayed here multiple times, but the cleanliness is getting worse. The bathrooms are filthy and disgusting. The housekeeping staff is very negligent and doesn't clean properly. Highly unprofessional and unacceptable

• Hossein (7/5): Do not got to this hotel if you're travelling for work - The hotel buildings are spread kilometers apart, and you need to take a bus to reach the reception, breakfast area, swimming pool, or other facilities. You’ll need a fair amount of patience when staying here, it’s better suited for a leisurely vacation than for a business trip.

• VLADIMIR (10/5): Прекрасный аутентичный отель - Отдыхали на Новый год 2025/2026, из аэропорта до отеля ехать минут 15. Из отеля до центра Дохи около 20-25 минут. Отдыхали семьёй, получили отличный номер, выходящий во дворик с фонтанами. Для ребенка сразу принесли дополнительное спальное место (бесплатно). В декабре/январе в номере ночью прохладно, привозили свой обогреватель. Ремонт в номерах свежий, ванная комната без изъянов, чисто, уборка ежедневная. В номере имеются чайник и кофемашина. Завтраки прекрасные, овощи, фрукты, омлеты, вафли, красная рыба (лосось/salmon) каждый день, орехи, сухофрукты. Чай-кофе заказываешь через официантов, приходилось иногда долго ждать. Удобнее было бы закупить 2 кофемашины с возможностью пользоваться ими гостям. Очень приятный и отзывчивый персонал на ресепшен, встречали и провожали как родных, помогали с поиском потерянного багажа, угощали арабским кофе с финиками (постоянно в наличии на ресепшен). Территория отеля потрясающая, есть где погулять и сделать атмосферные фото. Есть бассейн с подогревом и лежаки вокруг него. У нас был пакет питания полупансион (HB), ужинать можно в азербайджанской таверне, куда возят на багги или в ресторане, где проходят завтраки. По меню (сет меню) нам больше понравилась таверна. Порции средние по размеру (салат, горячее, десерт, вода). С удовольствием вернёмся снова. Успехов и процветания отелю. Нет

Das Hotel hat uns trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung , mit Verweis auf eine Buchung über Booking.Com, die Ausstellung einer Rechnung verweigert. Die Rechnung wurde zwecks Erstattung des Aufenthaltes benötigt.
• Samara (1/5): - The hotel’s breakfast was disappointing. While the variety was adequate, the quality of some items compromised the experience. In particular, the tomato served was clearly spoiled, with an appearance unsuitable for consumption. This kind of issue is concerning, especially for a basic service expected from any hotel. Greater attention to food quality control is needed to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. For this reason, I would not recommend this hotel.

• Heinrich Bernhard (9/5): Das Hotel war schön, das Frühstück top! - Sehr freundliches Personal, das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. In dem Bett haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, lecker, es gab alles was das Herz begehrt. Leider war der Pool des Hotels geschlossen und wir wurden zu einer echt kleinen Poolanlage gefahren. Das war nur ein Kompromiss, mehr nicht. Der Pool an unserem Hotel wäre bedeutend schöner gewesen. Schade. Zudem war Ramadan, so dass man nicht an den Strand konnte, über Tag war gar nichts los. Nirgends konnte man was trinken gehen. Die Stadt wurde erst abends lebendig. Wir würden an Ramadan nicht mehr hierher kommen.
• Einas (10/5): - the location was great not right in the middle of the city so you didnt have to worry about nose or traffic pollution. the beach was an amazing feature loved having it close by. it was also great the spa and the pool were fantastic would reccomend always. breakfast wasnt great it got boring really quickly and the coffee wasnt great either. i would say the prices for the external facilities were quite steep as well but worth it.

Golf buggies to transport us around from site to site, with us within minutes of requesting them. Two good restaurants on site and plenty more beachside (2 mins away). Loved it and considering the conflict taking place during our stay, it made things even more delightful Nothing better....but a shame the main pool was closed?

• Abdulaziz (5/5): Hotel is nice for relaxation. However, the offers promoted by the hotel's website is a scam. - We liked the cleaness of the room and facility, parking service, and breakfast. Location is far away from Doha center. Also, we did not like the way we were treated by the front desk when we asked about the offer we booked through the hotel's website, he told us we need to pay extra regardless of the offer we booked prior to our arrival.
• MartinBarmbek (8/5): Hardware ok, Software geht so - Wunderschöne, geschmackvolle Anlage im alten arabischen Stil, man fühlt sich ein bisschen wie in einem Märchen aus 1001 Nacht, nur mit WLAN und Klimaanlage. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Souk mit vielen Läden und Restaurants, und der Strand ist praktisch um die Ecke. Abends ist hier ordentlich Leben, auch viele Einheimische sind unterwegs, was für eine angenehme, authentische Atmosphäre sorgt. Der Pool ist schön gestaltet und lädt zum entspannten Abschalten ein, die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und gemütlich, genau richtig, um nach einem langen Tag die Füße hochzulegen. Besonders positiv: Die Bestellung einer Frühstücksbox für den frühen Abflug hat problemlos funktioniert. Das reguläre Frühstück überzeugt ebenfalls mit großer Auswahl und sehr guten, frisch gepressten Säften. Leider liefen andere Serviceabläufe deutlich weniger reibungslos. So mussten Getränke am Pool sofort bezahlt werden – eine Bestellung auf die Zimmernummer, wie man es in Hotels dieser Kategorie eigentlich erwartet, war offenbar nicht vorgesehen. Zusätzlich funktionierte meine Kreditkarte zunächst nicht. Obwohl die Rezeption später bestätigte, dass der Betrag auf das Zimmer gebucht werde, wurde mein Partner dennoch aus dem Schlaf geklingelt, um abzukassieren. Auch die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte am zweiten Tag aus unerfindlichen Gründen sehr spät. Dazu kamen mehrere Anrufe im Zimmer, die uns ebenfalls geweckt haben. Insgesamt wirkten die Serviceprozesse leider wenig abgestimmt und etwas konfus. Schade, denn das Haus hat eigentlich das Potenzial, hier deutlich souveräner aufzutreten.
• Diana (10/5): Wunderschönes Hotel am Meer. Einfach ein Traum! - Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, alles war sehr sauber und unser Zimmer wurde täglich liebevoll hergerichtet. Kaffeekapseln, Tee und Wasser wurden jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Das Frühstück war großartig, besonders der frische Orangen- und Melonensaft am Morgen. Der Innenhof, in dem man frühstücken konnte, war einfach traumhaft. Zudem haben wir tolle Tipps für Ausflüge bekommen, die einfach unbezahlbar waren. Die Lage direkt am Strand sowie der schöne Pool machen das Hotel perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

• Dana (10/5): Amazing team running a nice hotel - The hotel is very nice but what is really remarkable is the staff. From the receptionist to the people who help you with the luggage and help you figure out the facilities, everybody does an amazing job on making the guests feel comfortable. Koodos to the entire team! If you don't mind using a golf car to navigate through the facilities, there is nothing to don't like there. And the golf car come extremely quick when you need them.
