• Hande (10/5): - Çok merkezi ve konforlu. Minik bir bahçesi var. Belirtilmemesine rağmen sabah kahvaltı veriyorlar ve çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü. Venedik gibi dar sokaklı bir yer için tren istasyonuna yakın olması harika bir şey. Ayrıca son derece temiz ve rahat. Bagajları muhafaza için bir alanları da var. Yine gidersem kesinlikle yine burada konaklarım. Oda camı sokağa baktığı in biraz gürültü geliyor ama bizim için problem değildi.

Erst hieß es, Check-In nur von 16-19 Uhr, dann bis 21 Uhr gegen Aufpreis, dann war auf einmal ein Selbst-Check In möglich. Erst hieß es Frühstück 10 €, dann "es gibt kein Frühstück". Schließlich war das Frühstück sogar kostenlos.

Looking forward to come back again. - Excellent location in the heart of Venice, in the San Polo district, less than a 10-minute walk from the train and bus stations. Everything is within walking distance, making the whole island easily accessible. The neighborhood is calm, the room was spacious and clean. The staff were very warm, welcoming, and flexible, and they suggested several nice places to visit. We were also able to leave our luggage in the hall before checkin and after checkout, which allowed us to enjoy the rest of the day in Venice without any hassle. A small downside: the breakfast could be improved.

• alexandra (8/5): Great little find for central Venice stay - Great location and very comfortable stay in a large spacious room which was great for the price compared to other central Venice stays- very friendly staff , and bonus complimentary breakfast you can take on the go, my 5 year old son was taken care of with croissants and chocolate pots ! There was an issue with the light outside the bathroom and it was turning on and off like a strobe light all night , as it wasn’t a 24h desk we just put up with it !

• Spa (10/5): - Abbiamo passato il capodanno alloggiando in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il personale è stato gentilissimo nel farci lasciare I bagagli prima dell orario di check-in dandoci la possibilità di goderci la visita guidata in comodità e tranquillità. La camera l'abbiamo trovata pulita e accogliente sia appena arrivati e sia le mattine seguenti e come chicca, alla sera del 31 dicembre ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia di spumante con dei dolci per festeggiare l'ultimo dell'anno. Apprezzatissimo !!

The light breakfast and lovely staff made this an idyllic place to stay in Venice The shower bay was tiny although it had a decent size bathroom

My room was on the ground floor so in the evening and morning I got a bit of noise from the street directly in front. But overall not a problem since it was mostly quiet during the night.

• Kristen (10/5): - What a great find! San Polo Star was excellent. Very convenient location and walkable to all major areas. Check in was easy. They were very accommodating and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here and would do so again!

Det är ganska lyhört, både mellan rummen och en del ljud från gatan hörs. Men vi blev inte störda så det är egentligen inget problem. Bra service från personalen.

• Erik (10/5): - This is smaller BnB in the heart of Venice. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's Venice so of course the area around it is beautiful. The train station is less than 10 minutes walk away, St. Marc's square is about 25 minutes walk.
• Hyogyoung (4/5): Disappointing - It’s quite close from the Piazzale Roma and convenient to go anywhere in Venice. They strictly require to pay the city tax in cash and in exact amount of 6 euro. Most of other properties these days accept the tax by card. People don’t really use cash anymore and I needed to withdraw some cash just for this and purchase a randome thing to prepare the right amount of cash without any changes left. I wanted to go for an urgent meeting after checking-in but they never let me before I brought cash so couldn’t do as I wanted it to
• Stephen (8/5): Brilliant location, shame about the shower. - Very easy to book and good information after booking. Excellent location ok facilities. Unfortunately the shower head fell off and was not replaced, consequently we had to shower with a hosepipe.

• David (10/5): Great stay with lovely staff - In Venice everyone speaks english yet at the check-in the lady warmly welcomed us and explained everything to us in simple, slow and easily understandable Italian. She also just treated us nicely from the very first moment on. We really loved that and immediately felt welcome as guests. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable and there was always warm water for a shower. Location is also good, there are multiple places to eat and drink within walking distance. Great restaurants such as the Hostaria Osottoosopra are nearby. Additional bonus: it’s within walking distance of the bus terminal and you don’t need to ride a boat to get there. You need to walk a bit to get to the very famous places but we actually enjoyed those walks through the city.

• Ádám (9/5): Superb - The location is very close to the bus/train station. While during the day it looks like a busy place, it was quiet during the night even with my window to the street. I feared that there won't be a place to lay down my laptop and work. But there is a small desk with a plug just above it, just as I prefer. Breakfast for the 4 or so room in this small hotel is portioned on site and serving starts supposedly at 8, but it was usually late. If you are here for vacation and sight seeing, then this is fine, if one needs to go to a meeting early, then it is less convenient. The breakfast was good thought!
