• Maria (9/5): Apartamento amplio y bien situado. - El apartamento es amplio, y tiene ascensor y plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio. No tiene horno ni lavavajillas y tampoco están amuebladas las terrazas. Sólo hay aire acondicionado en el salón y el dormitorio principal.

• Antonio (7/5): Bien. - El apartamento es grande y tiene de todo para una estancia. El sillón y el sofá está roto. El aparcamiento es estrecho y de difícil maniobra.

• María (9/5): - El apartamento está muy bien, está en un lugar tranquilo y tiene de todo lo que se necesita para una estancia cómoda. El dueño es muy amable, enseguida se puso en contacto para explicar todo e incluso contestó a algunas preguntas que yo tenía. Es un apartamento amplio y cómodo, si vuelvo a ir a Alicante, seguro repetiré.

• Annette (9/5): Superb - Beautiful and spacious apartment with all facilities available. The grocery store around the corner was handy. Finding the keys and parking was a bit of a challenge after a long drive but we got there in the end.

• Gill (10/5): Beautiful apartment, excellent facilities and very helpful staff. Thank you - Beautiful, clean, comfortable apartment. Excellent value for one couple and two singles. Everything you could need was provided. The individual bathroom shower didn’t work properly.
• Markus (9/5): I enjoyed the stay at the appartement and would book it again - The host was very friendly. The apartment has nice furniture and was very clean. The place in the garage was very small, not leaving enough space for me to get out off the car. But as there is free parking only about 50 meters away this wasn't much problem.

• Abigail (6/5): reasonable apartment in good location, good parking - good location, clean freezing cold and remote for heat in bedroom didn’t work, using little electric heaters to try to keep warm. Very tired apartment.

• Mark H. (6/5): Not as good as it looks - The pictures on the listing look good, but when we stayed in December only one a/c unit was working, we were not informed about this in advance. Also the oven door was broken which meant we could not use it as it would be unsafe. Worst of all though was the electricity situation, there is not enough power supplied to the apartment to run two things at the same time, If we wanted to boil the kettle we had to turn the heating off, likewise using the microwave. Even the water heater was an issue, we found out about this on the first morning when we showered, halfway through my partners shower (he is 90) all the electricity shut down, he was left naked and cold in the dark while I checked and reset the fuse box, again we were not told about this problem. I spoke to the owner about oven door and the a/c unit that wasn't working and the response was that he knew all about it but could not get a technician in to fix them - if that’s the case why was it not removed from the website until fit for purpose? Altogether very disappointed.
