Running, jumping, screaming, and pounding on the floors well past 1am. We notified staff several times. We even mentioned it again as we were checking out. We were told nothing they could do about it now, yet there is. They could have discounted our stay or offered us a discount to come back and stay again.

- Heike (5/5): Gut gelegenes Hotel mit vielen unschönen Themen. - Die Lage ist gut. Das Zimmer in der 4. (obersten Etage) war angenehm geräumig. Das King size Bett war auch gut. Der Empfang war das unprofessionellste was wir je erlebt haben, und wir verreisen viel. Wir wurden keines Blickes gewürdigt, Der Mann am Empfang wirkte als wenn er der Haustechniker wär. Während des gesamten Eincheckens hat er nur mit seinem Bildschirm gesprochen. Auf dem Zimmer gab es nur eine längere Ablage. Nichts zum Garderobe aufhängen oder die Kleidung irgendwie zu verstauen. Der extrem kleine Schrank, war voll durch das Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Die im Zimmer aufgestellte Klimaanlage war eine Katastrophe! Sie ersetzte die nicht mehr funktionierende zentrale Klimaanlage. Sie war zwar einfach zu bedienen, war aber so unglaublich laut, dass wir sie nur in unserer Abwesenheit laufen lassen konnten. Nachts mussten wir sie auch ausstellen, da die Lautstärke uns nicht in den Schlaf kommen ließ.

Your employee, I didn''t get her name, she was there in the morning, she called her husband to help. She went an extra mile to help me. Hampton Inn is very fortunate to have an exceptional employee with such a good attitude with a smile.

- Robin (6/5): - The shower in room 227 had some mildew along the bottom of the shower door. But rhe biggestv8ssue was the shower. Of you are facing the shower, the door on rhe left is fixed so it doesnt move. But the temperature control is on the left, so to turn on the shower and asjust the tempature, you get wet before entering but rhe shower head is on rhe right, as are the mounted shampoo, shower gel, and hair conditioner. So, you have to turn around to access them.

The pool was a little cold, however. Frigid, really. The mattresses are a tad too firm, but otherwise okay. All in all, it's another good experience.

I arrived late yesterday and was too tired to ask for a replacement at that time, but I had to sleep in my clothes because of it.

- Matt (4/5): Hampton Inn: Innovation making everything worse - Front desk staff was a hard working guy overcoming medical hardships and should be applauded. Breakfast was good. Good location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Gym was actually pretty good. However, this was the worst Hampton Inn in which I have stayed. The Eco Friendly aspect has ruined this hotel chain. New hotel but you have to flush the eco friendly toliet 10 times to get anything to flush. You have to restart the gas firepit on back patio every 30seconds bc of the timer. No microwaves in the room and the microfridges in the rooms are the worst. We stayed at an older Hampton Inn the day before and it was awesome.

- Angela (6/5): - We went to Pittsburgh for a night ball game and did an online check-in from the game for the "after 10:00 PM" check-in time slot. Upon arriving at the hotel around 11:00 PM we had to go to the front desk due to the digital key not being available (stating that the room was still being prepared) and were informed that our room had just been cleaned due to them being short-staffed. The sheets appeared to be clean but the floor had not been swept and had hair and debris on it; the toilet seat also had dried feces smeared on it.

Really was looking forward to stayingbat thai location and wow how disappointing.... I barely can fall asleep. Beds are horrendously uncomfortable. Ice machine broken. Floors throughout are disgusting. Room was half assed cleaned. Mirror had a film on it. Half eaten apple downstairs under the seat in the dining area I picked up.... Bood stains on bedding.... I had to ask for another set of blankets. Also $15 more for pet fee....

The area is a beautiful, growing community with a great variety of shopping and food. The staff was helpful and friendly. We ran out of something in our room and within 5 minutes we had a replacement. The beds were a little hard for our liking but realize everyone has different preferences. The rooms were a great size with anything we could have needed.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel! - Our daughter moved to the Pittsburgh area about a year ago, and since then, we have visited her several times. Each time we stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Cranberry Pittsburgh, we love it! The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and quiet, and it is in a great location to restaurants and some shopping. When we visit, we will continue to stay at this location.
- Connie (6/5): - I did not like that there wasn’t just free WiFi. The man at the desk signed me up 3 times and by the time I got back to my room it was gone. My husband was on the phone for 15 minutes with IT getting WiFi on his computer. Really? The cheapest, oldest hotels I’ve stayed at have free WiFi that you just click on. Why isn’t there ice on all floors. Only 2 and 4 have one and you can only access the floor if you have a room on 2 or 4. This was higher cost than our Comfort Inn in Cuyahoga Falls, but they had better amenities and customer service. Some of the Hampton employees were very helpful, but others weren’t. This is like shrinkflation, only in hotels. We will be avoiding Hampton Inn & Suites in our future travel.
