- Verified traveler (4/5): - when me and my friends got to the apartment we waited outside for 25 minutes trying to get into the apartment and rang two different numbers for someone to help us and all they could say was 'well all you can do is wait for someone to go into the hotel and you follow them in' which is outrageous. when we paid for the hotel through here less than 24 hours notice they messaged me and wanted a £35 WEEKLY cleaning fee when we are only staying there for only one night? There was nothing mentioned in the description anywhere that we had to pay extra for a cleaning fee only if we were parking which we wasn't. overall i am not happy with the experience with this hotel i paid a lot of money i expected better service and not expected to standing outside in the cold in hope someone who else was staying in the hotel would turn up so we could follow them in
- Verified traveler (6/5): Apartment - Central Nottingham - On arrival given wrong code for key collection. The apartment was too hot. It was difficult to sleep because of the noise from the street. People coming out of a nearby club late at night. Also, street cleaning vehicles in the early hours kept us awake.
