Инструкции не было, интернет мало чем помог, в итоге я осталась без душа на 3 дня пребывания

• Craig (7/5): Convenient location. Clean and tidy, value for money. - Central location, proximity to everything from museums to shopping, entertainment. Everything is walking distance. Including the train station it’s less than 8 minutes away. It was clean and tidy, brand new towels with tags still On! and provided everything that you need. For the cost you can’t complain at all. check in was simple and pain free. Did feel a little bit like an escape room with codes and keys to access the next stage. But if you follow the succinct instructions you really can’t go wrong. Street noise. Can’t be helped that’s the exchange you make for the location. Really dirty windows outside, again location issue. One of my windows wouldn’t open at all, the other would not shut completely. So this really did emphasis the outside noise more. I bought ear plugs in the end that seemed to help. Again small thing but needs looking at. The curtains have gaps both ends. Black out curtains are great, but when there is a gap each side do very little to stop light coming in. Other than that it’s fine. Be prepared for noise, it’s central It’s in an apartment block.

• Andrea (2/5): noisy, rund down place, plus cigarette smoke. - The Appartement is quite central, easy to reach from the main station. Bus stops are in front of the house with many busses departing. I left the apartment after one night and booked somewhere else. This place is the worst I’ve ever been to. There is a lingering smell of old cigarette smoke, even though it is a non-smoking apartment. First evening, fresh cigarette smoke came pouring through the ventilation system in the bathroom; the whole apartment stank. Doors and windows aren’t soundproof. Noise from the street, people, cars, buses, and passing (and smoking) neighbours is clearly audible. The best part of the furniture is a small cozy velvet sofa. The bathroom is a bit rundown, with a cracked sink, but overall clean. Kitchen a bit rundown, with partly improvised furniture, and the oven is quite greasy. Unfortunately, no tea towel was provided to dry the dishes. The white sheet on the mattress looked freshly washed, but it was probably quite old; it had dark pilling. The Internet is very slow. When leaving after just one night of 4 booked, the owner offered a 50% refund because I vacated the place early, but the refund was never paid, because of booking com issues.

• Daniel (5/5): Served the purpose but would not book again. - A good location in close proximity to where I was visiting/working. Couldn’t use the lift to 1st floor as it was broken so had to use the stairs. Not a problem for me but the stairwell is in desperate need of a deep clean. Lobby outside the studio apartment had a musty door that was really off putting. The interior of the studio itself was tired/shabby and could benefit from some renovation. Small touches make the difference I.e. the curtains closed but do not cover either side of the window.
• Jax (9/5): 10/10 would recommend and utilize again in the future. - Traveling can be an anxious experience and lodging is such a big piece that can disrupt the whole trip. The host is an amazing person that is genuinely caring and wants to work with people to make their stay as smooth as possible. The elevator was partially broken for the second half of my stay, but maintenance guy was very nice when we let him know.

Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. A very pleasant, hassle-free long stay—highly recommended.

And the room was exceptional and had all of the amenities you need, including a kitchen. An added plus is the free laundry on the first floor, which is very thoughtful. Overall, top not stay with top notch service from Joe. Nothing.

O quarto 101 não recomendo, tudo sujo, nada limpo, reclamamos e mudamos para o quarto 108, limpo mas com janela para as traseiras cheias de caixote lixo e traseiras de outro prédio.

The host Mr Joe and his maintenance and housekeeping teams were beyond excellent with nothing too much trouble in accommodating guests requests. The studio apartment lacked nothing for a comfortable homely stay. Would highly recommend for value for money location and facilities for a perfect stay in Leeds West Yorkshire Nothing

• Alexandra (6/5): it was OK but could be better - good location, good value for money - weird smells all over, smelled like someone was smoking in the corridor, the room smelled like paint. - could be made much more pleasant with simple things such as a soap tray, hangers in the bathroom, larger cooking pot, kitchen towel… - storing spare toilet paper in the closet would be nice (one roll for 2 people for 3 nights is crazy) - getting an invoice was complicated. i asked for it via booking before checking in, they said to do it after checking out via email and to state to whom it should be addressed. still, they didn’t address it to my employer. - the host asked for ID via booking and via whatsapp. it wasn’t possible to send a file or photo via booking messaging, so i had to send it through whatsapp, which feels sketchy.
• Jade (5/5): It was okay for a short stay but I wouldn’t stay here again personally due to lack of sleep. - The owners were really friendly via text and email and fast responding. The property was clean and had good facilities. I just didn’t like that my apartment was on the front and my window didn’t close there was a screw stopping the window from closing meaning I hardly slept because of all the noise from the front of the street and the bed is exactly near the window. I also didn’t like that there were no curtains just blinds and the blinds didn’t cover the whole length of the window meaning light was int he room all the time, again making it difficult to sleep- I had to use a towel to cover the gap in the blinds. Furthermore it says the rooms are sound proof but they definitely aren’t as I could hear people in their rooms watching tv really loudly, kids crying and people arguing or even just talking. The blinds were also broken and had obviously previously been broken as pieces of paper were used to slot them back into the base of the blind.

• E (8/5): Excellent location in the city and very much enjoyed my stay there with only minor reservations - very good to have a key fob for the street door so did not have to enter the code after the first time: new since my visit last year a few minor things in the room, not worth reporting immediately especially since I arrived at weekend, but I left a note about an electric socket that didn't seem to be functioning properly, possible loose wiring. Also the bedside light was v poor, couldn't possibly read with only that light. Provision of a decent reading light would be good. The shower was not very good: possibly I was incompetent with the controls but I couldn't get much power. The water was good and hot though, here and in the basins.

I will deffinatly book it again. So much to do and see, art gallery and sculpture gallery right across the street.bus stop outside handy to take a picture of map, Everything is within walking distance. A nice wee break. All good
• Michael (6/5): Pleasant - Comfortable bed. Good shower . Clean. Convenient for train station and public transport. Right in the centre of Leeds for shops restaurants and pubs/bars. . The hot water went off on the first night and following morning. (The shower was ok though). I emailed the problem and it was sorted within minutes . I then went out for the day .When I came back the hot water was off again. I messaged again in the morning and it was soon fixed. This happened every day. As I was out every day it wasn't a big problem. I would boil a kettle for any washing up or for shaving. It was annoying though and when I complained on my final day it was suggested to me that I had switched something off. I hadn't. That apart the accommodation was fine. I think to describe it as Superior is going a bit far. If that is Superior I'd hate to see the a standard one. .

The bed linen, sheets and pillows had - The apartment was not cleaned properly, the sheets, pillows and everything had a very strong musty smell. I had to put on a lot of perfume to disguise the smell, so I could sleep at night, it was horrible.

The property could be fine for who is long term, on budget & need cooking facility and do not mind other shot coming which we have mentioned. This property is being mis-sold as 4*. It should be 1* or maximum 2*. We were misguided with 4* category rating. It's a kind of service apartment with very tiny washroom in our unit. The bedding were smelling mold, not comfortable, yet clean. For Room heater Temperature control, no instruction was provided. There was no house keeping during our stay of 5 nights. Cooking utensils were ok, not complete. Also in Booking.com, though some studio can't accommodate extra bed, shows option to add extra bed while booking. That led to believe us that we can add extra bed on check-in. While check-in there was no space for extra bed. So booking.com need to correct two items - make this property as 1* & must not show extra bed in the room which can't take extra bed.
• Clare (4/5): Do not book here - Only the location. Apartments are dated and showing many signs of wear and tear. The apartment I stayed in had damaged blinds that did not close fully leaving the room exposed to the Main Street in Leeds. Shower and toilet was dirty with some elements broken. Hot water took forever to come through. Bedding had black hairs on (I am blonde so not mine) didn’t use any of the kitchen facilities as all felt like it needed a good clean. Didn’t feel safe here as a lone female, slept with furniture against the door as there appeared to be some dodgy characters around and then later read about an incident that occurred here a few weeks earlier of a gang covering doors in their gang tag with black paint and police attending a crime scene in next door apartment. Was glad to check out.

Not cleaned (have pictures), black mold, shower door hanging off(have pictures) toilet not cleaned(have pictures) curtail rail was hanging off the wall(have pictures, they did let themselves in to fix without permission) no heating, noise from bus stop outside at night (not very sound proof) mattress could feel every spring.

Highly recommend - Great place, clean, tidy, bed very comfy and nice to have a little kitchen too. Prime location, you can't ask for better. So many great places at your door step and a lift. Christmas lights and markets are all around so wonderful and festive. Mulled wine right accross the road 😍 Nothing to not like.

Pillow protectors were in disgusting state - looked as if had never been washed. Evidence of mould on bathroom wall. 5 already full of water, dehumidifying boxes throughout apartment.

Easy to find was very it was very secure. Very clean That there was a bus stop outside, which was very noisy and the windows were not double glaze so you had all the noise. The fridge need to be defrosted and kitchen taps was wobbly.
