- Rosalie (10/5): Lovely little studio flats, in the heart of Stratford. - A beautiful little studio flat, with everything we needed for a short stay in Stratford. Well situated, very close to the town center, but it is very quiet and peaceful. We will use this location again when we need to revisit. No parking on site. But the owners will sell parking tickets if needed..
- Jones (10/5): -
- Suzanne (8/5): Comfortable studio - Very neat, clean and comfortable studio We booked it based on one night stay with washer and dryer included in the services available on booking.com. But there was no dryer. As we had been travelling for a month, we desperately needed to do some washing and drying!
- Antonia (8/5): - Ruime studio Het zoeken naar de locatie. Het bleek dat dit vaker een probleem is.

- Aline (10/5): Excellent studio! Totally recommend! - Great studio in the heart of Stratford. Excellent localization, car park very close, and just a walking distance from main attractions. The studio was super clean and smelling really nice. Good commodities as well. Great for a short and long stay in Shakespeare's town.
- Mike (7/5): Ok for a short stay property a little dated had everything you wanted in a self contained room and close to the centre - Compact Dated

- Subramanian Chittur (10/5): - Host Mr.Mark is an excellent host. You can find all necessary things for a family to stay, enjoy, cook own meals, wash clothes and drying etc. A perfect apartment for all needs. Supermarkets, multi cuisine restaurants incl Indian, tourist attractions are all within a walking distance of 10 to 15 mts max. Our best stay..
- Alexandra (7/5): It was quiet and clean, fairly spacious with reasonable facilities. -
- richard (8/5): - Right in the centre of town. Very clean, very quiet. Bedding was a bit dated.
- Susan (10/5): - Location, really lovely owners and spotlessly clean Nothing
- Maria (9/5): - Great location, friendly helpful hosts
- Daniel (8/5): - This is a small studio apartment in a courtyard behind a guest house. The apartment is extremely clean and well maintained and comfortable. The location is about 2 blocks from the heart of old town Stratford and all the attractions, restaurants and shops. Parking was about a block away in the large public car park which was about £6.
- alan (8/5): - Lovely position to Stratford upon Avon. 5 minutes walk to the centre of town Bed was a little hard other nothing else
- Sean (8/5): -
- Jean (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (8/5): Enjoyable - Location excellent, close to town centre. Hosts lovely, really helpful and supportive. Accessible property. Parking on site would have been easier, though public car park only a short walk and free for blue badges.
- Susan (10/5): It was an amazing experience - Quiet and peaceful
- Chez (9/5): Excellent location, exceptionally clean. - The location was excellent, about a 5 minute walk from the train station. Close to town centre. The apartment met all our needs. It was very comfortable and well styled, also exceptionally clean . It was a pleasure to spend our night here.
Hosts were very helpful and friendly. The noise of the adjoining apartment at 1 am was annoying.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was just perfect !
- Wendy (8/5): Clean and convenient - Clean and close to parking.
- Nigel (10/5): Exceptional - Nice clean place and close to town
- Mark (7/5): Good - Room was good Shower too small and bed too hard also cut my elbow on bedside cabinet too close to bed and sharp top of cabinet plus bed frame not safe mattress moved too much needs tying on frame so not to move in the night 😴
- A (9/5): Superb - Nice
- James (8/5): Very good - The studio was a good size and very clean. If was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was down an alley and therefore away from the street which made it very peaceful. Although the bedding was clean we felt it was somewhat tired
- Roger (8/5): venue was well appointed and within easy reach of Stratford centre. -
- Phoebe (8/5): Very clean, comfortable with easy access to train station and town centre. Get the Wi-Fi password! - It was so clean, comfortable and included all things needed for cooking in the studio. It was a 5 min walk from the train station and the town centre. There was a large green light by the front door which was so bright I would not have been able to sleep if not had my sleep mask. I was not told about the Wi-Fi password and forgot to ask. Apparently there was a note in the room but I didn't see it.
- Rebeca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gaz (10/5): Comfortable and spotless apartment - Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Nothing. Check-in times are restricted, but this is fine unless you want/need later check in.
- Neil (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christen (10/5): Exceptional - How close it was to the center and to the train station Nothing
- Michelle (10/5): Had everything needed for short stay - Clean and comfortable, friendly host

- Jules (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, great location, easy check in, comfortable
- Julie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deanna (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable and perfect location, 5 minutes from Rail station
- Duncan (6/5): Not with the trouble - Let’s start with the positives, the apartment itself is perfectly fine. It’s spotlessly clean and well appointed. The problem is it’s down a dark alleyway behind a dodgy hotel. And you have to try and navigate near impossible communication with an inflexible and not very welcoming owner. Overall it’s not worth the trouble to stay here
- Marcus (8/5): Clean and cheap accommodation in a great location - Comfy bed. Spacious room. Fresh and clean. Low price. Great location. It is, basically, a bed in a kitchen. But then again, it is a studio so what did we expect?
- Gregory (10/5): Definitely come again - The room was so clean and in such a good location Nothing
- Gurpreet (9/5): Superb - Clean and peaceful, all the things available
- Dawn (10/5): Quiet place to stay - Really lovely little place. Basic but clean Ideal location for town and the theatre.
- Jason (8/5): Very good -
- Luke (10/5): Location was great, host very helpful, facilities were excellent and the bed was extremely comfortab - Location was great, host very helpful, facilities were excellent and the bed was extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
- Alison (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roslyn (10/5): Great location, spotlessly clean - This studio was spotlessly clean and really well appointed. The location is fantastic, just a 10 walk to the centre of town.
It was quiet and comfortable. If I had to be picky I would say the pillows were a bit hard.
Check in was really straight forward. You can also get a permit for the car park which is just across the road and this was £6 for 24 hours.
I really recommend a stay here, well worth the money.
- Natalie (8/5): Great spot to stay in Stratford. - Great location. Very clean. Easy check in.
- Darren (8/5): Very good -
- Andrew (9/5): Superb -

Charming, helpful hosts.
- Hetesh (10/5): Excellent location, very clean studio - Excellent location with a very short walk to all the major landmarks of Stratford upon Avon. Lovely welcome. Immaculately clean studio with all the facilities you need for a short stay. I hate judging comfort of bed because everybody is different but for us it wasn't ideal. Still slept ok in a very quiet area.
- Naheed (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely place, great location and helpful agent. Will book again!
- Janice (8/5): Book this - Good value stay, short walk into town. Good communications. Would recommend. Only stayed 1 night but has full kitchen facilities for longer stay.
- Mark (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (9/5): Superb - Clean and comfy. Nice to sit outside with a cuppa.
- Jean (9/5): Stratford - The location of the apartment was brilliant. Communication from host was v good . Parking and check in was really easy .we really enjoyed our stay Nothing really all was good .it was a very peaceful place to stsy
- Evgeni (10/5): I wish to stay there again for discount rate :) - Safe and clean Everything is perfect
- Kate (9/5): Superb place to stay! Everything one could need is here - and beautifully designed. - Immaculate studio apartment! It contains everything one could possibly need - I was thoroughly impressed! The attention to detail is superb! even the toilet roll had its edge triangulated.
There’s a fridge, cooking facilities, nice looking cutlery & crockery, dish-towels, waste baskets and even a washing machine! The room has a sizeable wardrobe and a large chest of drawers, there are easy chairs and a breakfast table, with space outside to sit and enjoy the evening in a little courtyard.
Whoever designed this room has really thought about it and whoever’s cleaning it deserves a medal - it was spotless! It could do with “warming-up” a bit. Maybe some softer chairs + soft furnishings. The lack of carpet made the place feel a bit cold. There’s a large radiator one can use if needed, but I’m talking about the visual quality really. Perhaps half the room could be given a carpet? At present it only has a mat, I appreciate that this is probably for convenience of cleaning but it does (even in the summer) come across as a little cold.
Other than this though, it’s a fabulous place.
- Anne (10/5): - Proximity to everything
- Yvonne (9/5): Lovely! - Full of charm and character, host was exceptional and very thorough in his explanation of the accommodation; i.e. parking, access to the property etc. Only thing that the property down was the bed wasn't the comfiest. It was some sort of memory foam but I struggled to get a good sleep for this reason but it is just personal preference.
- Robert (10/5): Lovely studio in a great location to the town - Spotless
Great location
- Dawn (10/5): Lovely peaceful stay - able to recharge my batteries - Location was ideal - just 5 minutes from train station and about 10 minutes walk into town so it was nice and quiet. Room was lovely - a good size and offered all amenities needed. As a lone female I felt very safe.
- Donna (10/5): - The caretaker was lovely
- Stuart (9/5): Excellent value for money - Lovely studio and really comfortable bed
Top location no faults at all
- Roger (10/5): Wonderful: Quiet, Location and Facilities. - For us, the location was excellent. (Studio 9) Being set back 25 yards from the main road, cut out any such noise TOTALLY. We could even hear bird song throughout the day and night. The small cost of the day tickets to the large hospital car park about 90 yards opposite were a real boon, as parking is at a premium in most places in the town. The studio's storage space was brilliant and the facilities excellent. We literally walked the 5-600 yards around the corner to most of the restaurant places we needed. Even the various theatres we went to during our 4 days stay there, are only about 1/4 a mile further. Very small point - both the small bathroom sink and kitchen sink took longer than expected to run hot, but both did eventually. The shower was great and kicked straight in to hot though (on a separate switch/ circuit).
- Janet (9/5): Stratford studios. - It had everything we needed for a one night stay whilst we visited family.Well equipped.
Very quiet. It was easy to walk into the town centre where there are loads of eating/drinking places.Owner very pleasant. Loved the fact that it was a ground floor studio with easy and secure access.
Enjoyed the outside space
Parking close by £6 for 24hours. Nothing.
- Victoria (4/5): - I stayed in room 8 which is an outside studio. The unit is VERY basic. It is located down a dark alley/passageway which is not locked from the street side, so if you are a solo female traveler, you may want to reconsider since there is a ‘hiding place’ at the end of the tunnel/alley. I did not feel safe in this after dark since the second gate at the far end to the street (which does have a lock) is quite fiddly and requires two hands. The unit has a washer/dryer but no detergent was provided. There is a LOT of furniture in the room, and the kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, sets of 4 glasses which haven’t been replaced resulting in sets of 3 wineglasses, etc., but there is no salt, pepper, paper towel, or oil. These are basic supplies that I’ve found in every other accommodation with a kitchen that I’ve rented short term over the past ten years. The bed has a VERY firm mattress and the pillows are incredibly hard. It’s not a comfortable night’s sleep! The bathroom shower takes a long time to drain and will alternately scald and freeze. The bathroom itself lacks a couple of face cloths but is clean. It’s a good location for the train station and for the town center (12mins to RSC by foot), but honestly, for this price you’d be better off paying $20 extra and staying at an actual hotel in the town center, or even the Hilton opposite. I cut short my stay here because as a woman traveling alone, I did not feel safe and my back ached all day after sleeping in that bed.
- Mac (7/5): Good -
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The studio room had all the facilities I needed for my stay, the bed was slightly smaller than expected with mattress and pillows very firm.
- Lynne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Evelyn (9/5): Superb - The studio apartment was close to the centre. It was on a busy road but as itwas situated in a new build at the back of the property it was very quiet. Everything was modern and very clean.
- Margaret (8/5): Very good - Was very comfortable and extremely clean. Close to the train station and town centre. Could have provided a cloth to wipe down surfaces, also salt and pepper would have been helpful if cooking.
- Jane (8/5): Quiet, comfortable, clean, good amenities, great location with parking. - Very comfortable with lots of amenities. Private & quiet, however only a stones throw from town centre. I would recommend. All good 👍
- Deborah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Toni (8/5): Very good - Very clean stufio room with en suite. Comfortsble bed. Friendly host, and parking for 24 hours at car park very close cosylting £6 worked well. It was functional, rather than pampering but was extermely vclesn snd very good value. I think we’ll book again.
- David (9/5): Perfect for what we needed. - The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Host was very helpful was available if and when needed. Parking was close bye and not to far from the centre of town. Would definitely stay there again.
- Louise (8/5): Very good -
- Georgiana (10/5): A relaxing trip to Stratford upon Avon - Great little studio, very cosy and warm, extra heater if needed, great attention to detail, bathmat, proper hangers, nice towels. Kitchen well equipped for light cooking, extra pillows and very nice cushions, super comfy bed.
Very accommodating hosts.
We had an amazing stay!!

- Richard (9/5): Short stay, excellent facilities and host. Right in the town for all sight seeing - Everything. Excellent Nothing

- Michael (8/5): Very good - Quiet surroundings and room. Good access to center. No fan in room despite listing on Booking. Probably could have been requested, but this was only noticed at bedtime, when it was too late.
- Heidi (8/5): Very good - Location was fantastic.
Lots of space for a studio/great clothing space Early check out (10am)
Would have preferred to hand key over to a person
