• Alice (8/5): Great bed (mattress didn't sag!) and the shower was great; what more could one need in a motel room? - The most important things in a hotel room are (1) bed and (2) the shower. Neither of these disappointed; the bed was firm and the shower was walk in, easy to use and became hot quickly. It was a bit odd having only the shower and toilet in the bathroom and the basin in the main part of the room, but we survived.

• Madeleine (6/5): Comfortable beds but overpriced gacilities - Didn’t have the breakfast. Beds were lovely Tea and coffee not topped up No plug to have kettle and toaster on together. No space in kitchenette, and the small basin had to be used for food and shaving. Just too crowded and difficult to manoeuvre in. Inadequate bedside tables - the CPAP fitted but nothing else ! Adequate but not for the price.

• DONALD (7/5): Convenient Location and Friendly Staff - Dinner in the Hotel was delightful and the food delicious. The staff were kind and friendly. The Breakfast Box was an excellent option well thought through. It enabled an easy start the next day. The toilet cistern would run each time the toilet was flushed, and it was difficult to stop. (We reported the problem for which they were grateful.) There was no basin in the bathroom, so we had to step to the basin in the room to wash hands after using the toilet. Not ideal.

• Mick (10/5): Our new go to place to stay at Finley - A great location and very nice and quiet. It was near capacity the night we stayed, but you would never have known it was so quiet. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at the attached Country Club pub. Will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Finley. Nothing, everything was spot on.

• Debra (9/5): Comfy room with plenty parking. Staff very friendly and helpful. - Being on the main road and with traffic at night, having the hotel in front of the rooms cut the noise down. Rooms have been tastefully renovated, spacious bathroom, comfy bed, plenty of pillows. A wider block out blind, as with the outside lights and room facing east current blinds did little in keeping the room dark.

I have stayed here multiple times now for work and even the junior staff remember your name and preferences in the bistro area. The bathrooms are older and very dated but clean and roomy.

• NEIL (5/5): Barely satisfactory. If we ever return to stay at Finley we would look for alternative accommodation - The hotel was very good. Meals in the dining room were fine. Service ok and prices reasonable. The room was very old and tired. Bathroom cold & cramped with a window in the toilet that wouldn’t close properly & let a cold wind blast through the room. Beds were fine.

• Ian (8/5): Subaru heads for QLD - Friendly atmosphere in the pub. Nice meals. Guests should be asked to park vehicles nose into the units. By doing so will minimise exhaust fumes from vehicles who choose to back in.

Bathroom needs updating. - Breakfast wasn’t available during our stay We couldn’t get into our room as the door was warped and the key wouldn’t unlock it. We informed reception who allocated another room however it wasn’t much better
