• Gil (7/5): Buena opcion para dos días, no más - La ubicación es perfecta. Está a 10 min andando del centro. Cerca de muchos bares y zona de ocio. El colchon es comodo. Tiene cortinas opacas y no entra luz. Buen precio. Estaba un poco sucio, la ducha tiene manchas negras. El suelo tiene desnivel. Olía mucho a humedad y no podiamos ventilar porque dejan los vecinos toda la basura delante de la ventana.

• Georgios (5/5): - Οι φωτογραφίες έδειχναν άλλο διαμέρισμα από αυτό που νοικιασαμε. Ήταν στο επίπεδο του δρόμου και δεν μπορούσαμε ούτε το παράθυρο να ανοίξουμε. Επίσης το πάτωμα δεν ήταν ίσιο, έχει σηκωθεί στο μεγαλύτερο μέρος του διαμερίσματός. Είχε πολύ λίγες πετσέτες και χαρτιά τουαλέτας. Επίσης μας ζήτησε 50 ευρώ (μετρητά μόνο )για να αφήσουμε τέσσερις ώρες νωρίτερα από το check in της βαλίτσες μας στο διαμέρισμα που ήταν άδειο.

• Dennis (10/5): Ruime accommodatie op een centrale plek; een aanrader! - De ruimte was groot met hoge plafonds, veel licht door de ramen. Ook een klein balkon om buiten te zitten. We hadden twee badkamers tot onze beschikking. Fijn dat de ruimtes boven en onder door een trap waren gescheiden, dat is heel geschikt voor een gezin met pubers. Die hebben dan ook een eigen plek met grote badkamer. Voor ons gezin werkte de ruimte prima en we kunnen dit appartement van harte aanraden aan anderen. De locatie is perfect. Hoewel de ruimte groot was, was de tafel te klein om met zijn vijven aan te eten. Dat kan ongetwijfeld prima worden opgelost door een iets andere indeling. Het heeft ons zeker niet gehinderd. We waren heel tevreden.

Apartmanda asansör olması çok iyi. Dairede çamaşır ve bulaşık makinesi var, yeni ve düzgün çalışıyor, deterjanlarını bile ev sahibi vermişti. Mutfak araçları yeterli. Buzdolabı büyük, yeni ve çok iyi çalışıyor.

• Micol (8/5): Casa ampia, spaziosa, comoda a pochi minuti dal bairro alto. perfetta per un weekend di gruppo! - eravamo in 8 amiche e ci siamo trovate molto bene, Posizione comodissima, alloggio spazioso, moderno e ben fornito di tutto il necessario. Comunicazione pratica con l’host. Alloggio spazioso e dotato di tanti servizi. Diverse camere con letti matrimoniali con tanto spazio per riporre le valigie. Ottima la presenza di due bagni. Purtroppo non ci è stato comunicato che l’acqua calda è limitata. il primo giorno la metà di noi si è dovuta lavare con l’acqua ghiacciata, molto spiacevole. Dopo averlo segnalato all’host, ci è stato detto che non si poteva fare niente e che sarebbe stato necessario attendere diverse ore prima di aver nuovamente l’acqua calda (i litri a disposizione sono davvero pochissimi e l’acqua corrente ghiacciata - era novembre) Le lenzuola del divano letto non erano presenti al nostro arrivo, così come gli asciugami (2 persone su 8 sono rimaste senza) peccato. Ci è stato comunicato che sarebbe stato possibile lasciare i bagagli, anche dopo il check out, in una lavanderia di fronte ma, purtroppo, era chiusa e abbiamo dovuto organizzarci noi.

Anche il quartiere molto carino, con ristoranti e luoghi per colazione nelle vicinanze Pur essendo fornita di stovigliee posate, sarebbe stato buono trovare, all'arrivo in struttura, qualche fornitura "essenziale" in cucina (sale, olio, caffe/te, acqua)

• Carlos (10/5): Voortreffelijk - Wij vonden het een mooi, groot en prima uitgerust appartement. Er waren echter een paar dingen die ons opvielen. De kleine badkamer heeft ruimte bij de douchedeur waardoor er water naar buiten komt en de badkamer nat wordt. Ook misten er haakjes voor een handdoek ophangen. De grote badkamer mist ophanging voor de doucheslang en ook daar misten de handdoekhaakjes. . Niks

The door didnt seem to close properly and there wasnt extra towels to dry this up. Wasn't a big issue. Beds were ok but after couple nights became a bit uncomfortable again wasnt a major issue

El problema es que cuando yo reservé tenía poca señal y poco tiempo después de la confirmación, me mandaron un correo para el check in en línea. El cual yo no recibí hasta mi llegada al aeropuerto Lisboa. Perdí casi dos horas para poder accesar a la habitación cerca a la 1:30 de la mañana y eso que era con acceso digital. No fue muy bueno el servicio por parte del Departamento

• Daria (10/5): Polecam ten apartament, super lokalizacja. - Najlepszym plusem tego apartamentu jest lokalizacja, w samym centrum. Dwie sypialnie z osobnymi łazienkami są bardzo na plus. Wyposażenie mieszkania dobre, łącznie z kapsułkami do zmywarki i do prania. Mieszkanie otwierane na kod, sprawia wrażenie bezpiecznego. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry. Klimatyzacje w mieszkaniu są 3, działają bardzo dobrze. Jest kilka usterek w mieszkaniu, które warto naprawić: nie działa czajnik, okropnie przecieka prysznic w małej łazience (cała podłoga jest zalana), przecieka zlew w dużej łazience. Kanapa jest niewygodna. Na tarasie jest „sauna”, gdzie działają wszystkie klimatyzacje. Do wszystkich klimatyzacji jest tylko 1 pilot.

• Emanuele (9/5): Ottima posizione - L’appartamento si trova in pieno centro, nel cuore del Barrio Alto, posizione davvero comoda per visitare Lisbona. È moderno, pulito e ben attrezzato con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Unica nota negativa: non è stato possibile fare un check-in anticipato neanche solo per lasciare gli zaini, e il gestore non ha mostrato disponibilità in merito. Questo ci ha creato un po’ di disagio soprattutto il primo giorno. A parte questo, l’appartamento rimane una buona scelta per chi vuole stare in una zona centrale e vivace. Unica nota negativa: non è stato possibile fare un check-in anticipato neanche solo per lasciare gli zaini, e il gestore non ha mostrato disponibilità in merito. Questo ci ha creato un po’ di disagio soprattutto il primo giorno.

Cafe with amazing breakfast opposite. Great bar in the park 2 min walk. A nice walk to all shops attractions and water front.
• Laura (7/5): Buena ubicación pero precio algo superior para lo que ofrece - Muy buena ubicación. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y las camas de las habitaciones eran cómodas. La entrada es sencilla con el móvil. Sin embargo, el “sofá cama” era muy incómodo, por lo que se debería ofertar para 6 personas, no para 8. La puerta de la primera ducha estaba rota y se inundaba el baño cada que vez que te duchabas, y la segunda ducha tampoco funcionaba del todo bien. Sobretodo, me pareció abusivo y un mal detalle pedir 50€ por entrar 1 hora antes al apartamento, cuyo checkin de por sí ya es muy tarde (16:00h). (El checkout es a las 11:00, no creo que se tarde 5 horas en limpiar un apartamento que no es muy grande…). Por otra parte, solo te dejan un rollo de papel higiénico… Nos pareció un poco caro para lo que es.

• Gustavo Nassif (8/5): - A acomodação é muito boa. Está bem localizada e próxima do centro de Lisboa. Tem a ainda a virtude de não estar localizada naqueles locais de grande circulação de pessoas ou com difícil desembarque. Isso ajuda muito. O apartamento é todo reformado e possui todas as utilidades para um boa estadia. Acredito que os valores das acomodações em Lisboa estão acima daqueles que poderiam operar. A diferença de câmbio entre o Euro e o Real será sempre um dificultador para os hóspedes brasileiros ou aqueles cuja moeda mantenham essa diferença de valores. Vale a pena repensar e criar novas oportunidades com preços um pouco abaixo daqueles que estão sendo praticados.

• Julie (9/5): An unexpected, last minute, find after an enforced change of plans turned out to be a blessing. - The location was a mix of tourist apartments and locals with lots of interesting side streets containing independent businesses. The kitchen was very well equipped but we only used the kettle (brand new) and coffee maker as we ate out every day. Air conditioning was a boon due to a heat wave. We enjoyed being only minutes walk away from major tourist areas whilst eating and shopping with locals. The road outside, although a side street, was a cut through between two busy areas so it was always in use but noise was minimal due to double glazing. The only item we felt short of was a tea towel. The sofa bed had a very deep seat so we brought cushions down from the reading nook to make it more comfortable. It was okay for three of us but I felt it would feel crowded with more.

• Vyking (6/5): Overall, we enjoyed it but, the rooms werent that big. - I liked the bed as is was very comfy to sleep in every night. There was so much space in the wardobe that we had a lot of space left. Also they gave up an extra two duvet each room. For the sofa bed there was space for 2 people. In the toilet, there was no toilet paper roll holder as we put them on the bin. Also near the shower there wasnt much light, there wasnt a place to put our shampoo and shower gel, the shower pipe was dirty and the toilet seat was moving. In the bedroom, on the curtain there was a stain. For 5 days they gave us only one dishwasher tablet and and one clothes washing tablet. We had to buy our own dishwasher tablets, salt and rinse aid. When we tried to wash our dirty plates it wouldnt work so we called the property agent to fix it and it took two days to fixed it.

En rymlig lägenhet där vi sov bra och kunde nyttja köket för frukost och enstaka måltider. Enkel och flexibel inchekning då vi anlände ca 4 timmar tidigt. Samma vid utchekning, vi kunde stanna en extra timme och njuta mer av staden. Rekomenderas.
• Elizabeth (5/5): Would have been better if customer service wasn't poor. Location is excellent though. - location Very noisy neighbours partying till late. Bed sheet missing and my son had to sleep on the sofa's upholstery until the last two nights(of 8) when we removed the duvet sheet n used as bedsheet instead. We reported but never got. Also, the toaster was not working and we only got a few hours before we left the place. There was a leak underneath the aircon and nothing was done. We also reported water leaks coming from the wash hand basin and they did not reply. The water in the shower tray takes time to drain, so if you're having a long shower you have to run the water on low speed otherwise it will overflow in the shower and toilet area. Other than that the apartment are very modern n nicely decorated. Very poor customer service. Never reply to our telephone calls, which we did as they were not replying to our wattsapp messages when we were in need.

• Suélen (4/5): - The building does not have an option to leave your bags if you arrive before check in and there are no places nearby where you can store your bags, the closest is a 15 minute walk away, with large suitcases, impossible. Additionally, if you look for an apartment with kitchen equipped, you would expect to arrive and have at least oil/olive oil to use during your stay, this is generally the minimum that apartments in other locations offer, at least for the first day. They had dirty glasses stored on the cabinet. One of the bathrooms leaks water completely out of the shower while you shower, so it gets complicated. Furthermore, they did not have bedding for the sofa bed. Overall, I found the apartment unprepared to receive a family.

It would be nice to have a tv for the kiddos at the end of the day. There were some mold on a few places, some unfinished tiles, and one of the bathroom windows needed more coverage for people outside not to look inside since it was a first floor apartment.

• Paulina (1/5): Avoid - Avoid this property by all means. We were robbed there. Someone broke in to the property and stole our money. The owner behaved suspiciously, didn't offer any help identifying the thief, didn't inform us that simklar situations hapoened lately in the property.

• Danijela (1/5): Bad - We had a terrible experience with this apartment. We rented an apartment for 6 people on the third floor of a building covered by video cameras. On the 3rd of our 4 days of our stay, around 4 o'clock in the afternoon, the thief easily entered the building through the front door, which opens with the same code as the door of the flat, for which they left us only one regular key, for so many people. The thief took all the money he could find in the luggage without making a mess. When we discovered that we robbed, we immediately contacted the landlady who said she would call the police and come in an hour. The police came, but she didn't. 4 hours after the given statement, a guy appeared who introduced himself as the owner's employee, he showed us a picture of a thief with a cap, but not the whole video. He said that this had happened before in the same facility, that we should contact our travel insurance, and that they disclaim any responsibility for our case, which makes no sense. Based on the whole situation, our impression is that maybe they know the thief, and maybe they are cooperating. Think before booking this accommodation, or any else that opens with a code.

One day's worth of toitet paper, dishwashing soap, one garbage bag. I booked a week. No laundry soap. I complained and was told that was the policy. Go buy them. I did not travel to Lisbon to shop TP Also No towel racks or hooks in the bathroom. No mirrors in the bedrooms.
• Alicia (7/5): Good place to stay in Lisbon - Some essentials were missing. Dish towels. There was 1 knife. Bare of all spices
• Patricia (8/5): Very good - Great location, spacious apartment. Not enough surfaces to put one's things in the bathroom and bedroom, but we made do by moving dining table chairs to where we needed them. It's a noisy location, but that's to be expected.

• Anita (7/5): Good location, nice & clean but in need of some minor fixing/maintenance. Felt very secure. - Location was convenient for city, metro & station Property needs simple maintenance, Hooks & electric sockets loose in the wall. Basin in bedroom did not drain. No hook for shower. The fridge door was hard to shut as door above was loose. All minor irritations which could easily & quickly be resolved Also, the water heater was unplugged so on first morning we had no hot water. Once we plugged it in, it worked fine but would have been better if we’d been informed.

• Mark (9/5): Superb - Great flat. Well sized. Close to a newsagent/small shops, as well as some bars and restaurants & coffee shop. Facilities were good and everything was clean. Loads of storage space Only downside, second bathroom, the shower was hand held. Minor issue really

• Andrew (10/5): comfortable and well located - The property was very clean and tidy. it was a very good size and very comfortable. it’s located near the lovely part of town (though it’s uphill) but not so close that it is noisy. the staff were remote but informative and helpful. It would be great if it could have been ready a little earlier but it was by no means a big problem and self storage was located nearby
• Muralimohan (5/5): We managed to stay there for 3 days. - It’s close the city centre and it was comfortable to walk to the main areas. The door were very noisy as they are metal doors. The main toilet was practically unusable as it was located so close the wall. The shower door was it closing properly so water kept flooding outside the shower room. The AC in one of the shower rooms was not clean and it was blowing out dust. I wonder when was the last time it was switched on. The moment me entered the flat there was a very usual damp smell and it felt very claustrophobic as all the doors and windows were closed. We were unable to keep them open for ventilation as the ground floor flat was right close the wall way and anyone walking outside could just jump in through the window. We were 2 families, 6 people in total but they provided only 2 sets of towels for each families and we ended up sharing towels with our kid. Beds weee not suitable for family of 3. The sofa bed was too old and worn out and there was no additional duvet if on of wanted to sleep on it.
• Osama (8/5): Very good - The location is good. The host is amazing and helpful. The place was super clean and has nice decorations. Zero noise cancelation. A group of guys lived on the same floor and were drunk at night and signing all night and screaming. They literally woke up the kids two nights in a row. I told the host and he confirmed that he/she will talk to them about that but honestly nothing happened they were very noisy.
