- Camille (8/5): - Room was cleaned well. The staff was nice and accommodating. Quiet facilities. Bed was comfy. Shower had a slow drain and only had hot water 1 of 4 nights. Wifi hit or miss from the room, mostly miss. It's possible bugs can enter from space underneath door, but only happened once. Perhaps the garden is so nice, the bugs prefer to stay there.

- Marta (8/5): Estuvo bien - La ubicación es buena. El señor que nos atendio en la noche, se me escapa el nombre en este momento, fue muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Nos ayudo consiguiendo un tour. El internet no funcionaba muy bien en la habitación, tal vez porque estabamos en la parte de atras. Teniamos que salir al patio para poder conectarnos.

- Ximena (9/5): Bueno - El Sr. Vicente que nos atendió de noche fue súper amable y servicial. Destaco mucho su atención porque fue la primera interacción que tuvimos con el hotel. Consultamos si podíamos dejar las maletas de un día a otro, a comienzo nos dijeron que si, pero luego nos dijeron que teníamos q pagar un extra porque ellos no eran “bodega” . No me parece mal que cobren, si desean hacerlo, pero la explicación no fue la más empatica.

- José (9/5): Maravilloso hotel colonial en Antigua - Nos encantó el alojamiento, muy bonito, limpio, bien decorado y tranquilo. También el personal de ahí super amable y servicial además nos guardaron una maleta para que fuésemos a hacer la subida al volcán Acatenango. El wifi no llegaba bien a la habitación y no podíamos navegar en ella. La calefacción estaba muy alta por las noches y nos despertamos con dolor de garganta.

They have no idea of what customer service means, and if you tell them something they say they have been doing it like that for 30 years and it works for them. They don't have a restaurant, so you might or might not be able to have breakfast there.

We have been there during Holy Week, so it was really good because some processions was even just behind the doors to the hotel. And it’s very close to the city centre. Internet didn’t work in our room and we had to use it only while being in the garden / downstairs what was annoying. I had also spotted some microscopic ants on my bed..

My room had vertical blinds that didn't close all the way, hence anyone could look inside my room. Also, in the morning, the sunlight entered the room and woke me up earlier that I wanted to.

- Luna (10/5): Great stay with family - The hotel is located near the center of town, making it easy to walk anywhere you want to go. The hotel itself is clean, and the staff was amazing. There wasn't anything persay that I didn't like. I just wish they offered a fan in the room as it could get hot inside the room. We opened up our door and would let our room cool off, but in doing so, you can the risk of bugs coming inside. There was a small window that could be opened but there was no screen.
- Kilian (8/5): Beautiful building and decent, clean rooms - great value and not far from the center - The building is very impressive and matches its name: lots of fountains and a lively, green yard inside. We had a cozy twin room with private bathroom and many of Antigua's beautiful bars and restaurants are within a reasonable walking distance. Other than stated in the info section, the shower took quite some time for warm water. Breakfast is only served after 8am and our trip to the nearby volcano started at 7, so unfortunately we didn't get to try it.

- Maya (9/5): Sweet old hotel, with a romantic if unusual vibe - Such a lovely old property, and very quiet at night. Our room had this amazing cupola(is that the word?), this dome structure above us. We got bumped to a better room because the hotel was overcrowded and we ended up getting charged more for it, but only about 100q a night, so we didn’t mind. Two or three different groups had rented the hotel when we were there and they definitely took up a lot of space. Nevertheless the staff were attentive to us, even when we sometimes got confused
- Steven (9/5): Superb - Nice, authentic property with well-appointed rooms. Close to the center of things, but not too close. A nearby park has excellent street-food breakfast. There's a bakery across the street. You can easily walk to all the sites. We requested parking on site and it worked out well. No complaints.

- Oscar (2/5): Terrible service. Not wiling to help on any way. - They did not allow two vehicles at the property's parking lot even though we were four people staying. The person at the door did not allow us to enter the hotel, told me to figure it out myself on how to park the other vehicle somewhere else if we wanted to stay at the hotel, there was no help from the hotel on any way to accommodate us or to help us find a way. If this is the way they treat customers just at the front door, imagine what can you expect from a place like this.
