- Ayoub (10/5): Amazing, definitely visiting again - Everything was amazing, the rooms, we had a terrace with an amazing view of the sea, the staff were so lovely, helped in everything, quite at night we had a good rest every night. Everything was so clean in the hotel, i really recommend this if ur staying in Castellammare as a base place in the amalfi coast. Nothing about the property, but its not in the city center we had out 15-20 mins walk to get to the train

She made us feel at home right away with her warm smile and hospitality. The terrace is beautiful and very relaxing, with a lovely view of the sea - the perfect place to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. - Angelika (10/5): War das schönste Hotel mit großer Dachterrasse auf unserer Italien Rundreise. - So eine tolles modern Art eingerichtete Hotel haben wir noch nie erlebt. Auch mit schönem Blick zum Meer. Die Terrasse richtig groß, hell, modern und auch sehr liebevoll ein- und hergerichtet. Zum Frühstück gab es alles was ein gutes und gesundes Frühstück ausmacht. Das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein echter Glücksgriff! Können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Parkplatzsituation war immer eine Herausforderung. Wie eigentlich überall in Italien, wie wir es erlebt haben. Doch es gab in der Nähe ein kostenloses Parkplatzkontingent mit eigenem Schlüssel fürs Hotel.

Parken 50m vom Hotel in abgeschlossenem Parkplatz mit Tor - Gold wert! Personal super freundlich und nett. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Zimmer super modern mit Kühlschrank und sehr bequeme Betten. Lage für Neapel und Umgebung perfekt, 15min zum Bahnhof zu Fuß, von dort alles bequem per Zug erreichbar (Neapel, Pompeji, Sorrent). Zum Stadtzentrum und Strand 5-10min Fußweg. Für uns der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für unsere Touren. Macht weiter so!

- Görlitzer (10/5): sehr schönes kleines Hotel in toller Lage am Meer - Wir waren hier eine Nacht und mussten leider weiter - wären aber sehr gerne noch länger geblieben! Wenn man vor dem Haus steht, dann erschrickt man zuerst, weil man gar kein "Hotel" vermutet. Aber sobald man das Haus betritt, dann ist man sofort begeistert: helle und große Räume, sehr nettes Personal, tolle Lage im Zentrum und direkt am Meer! Das reichhaltige Frühstück im großen Wintergarten auf der coolen Dachterrasse ist einfach genial! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die 5 Zimmer liegen über einem Fitness-Center und bis ca. 22 Uhr war deutlicher Krach der Geräte zu hören. Dann war es aber sofort wunderschön leise... :)

La camera era spettacolare: spaziosa, arredata con gusto e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, capace di farmi sentire a mio agio fin dal primo momento. Il vero gioiello, però, è stata la terrazza con vista mare, ancora più sorprendente dal vivo: svegliarsi al mattino con il suono delle onde e godersi il tramonto con un panorama così meraviglioso è qualcosa che rende il soggiorno davvero indimenticabile. La pulizia è sempre stata impeccabile, ogni ambiente risultava ordinato e profumato, segno di grande attenzione e professionalità. Un ringraziamento speciale va al personale: tutti estremamente gentili, sorridenti e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. La loro cordialità e attenzione verso gli ospiti fanno davvero la differenza e ti fanno sentire coccolato durante tutta la permanenza. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia concedersi un soggiorno rilassante, confortevole e con una vista mozzafiato. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci!

- Sarah (10/5): - Wunderschöne, sehr hochwertig und stilvoll ausgestattete Dachterrasse. Tolles Zimmer, ebenfalls stilvoll und immer sauber dank Zimmerservice. Das Personal war stets zuvorkommend und antwortete umgehend via WhatsApp auf Fragen. Wir konnten am Abreisetag auch unser Gepäck vor Ort lassen und später abholen.

- Elisabeth (9/5): - Hotellets terrass var helt fantastisk, en enormt fin yta med relax, solstolar, pool mm - allt omgivet av fina växter och blommor med härlig havsutsikt. Frukosten serverades på den fina terrassen, med mycket omtanke och bra service. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam, och bistod med tips på utflykter och restauranger. Hotellet har rel. få rum och vi fick nöjet att njuta av några lugna, härliga dagar på vårt fina hotell. Ingången till hotellet var lite svår att hitta och med tunga väskor blev trapporna vid entrén lite kämpiga. Stranden var en bit från hotellet och inte den allra bästa. I samman byggnad som hotellet låg ett gym med ganska mycket trafik, även kvällstid.

- Gregg (10/5): Excellent! I highly recommend this property - Beautiful boutique, hotel located within walking distance of the beach and promenade. Beautiful clean room with top-notch amenities and friendly and professional staff. If I had to say one thing that was slightly inconvenient would be the parking situation. They have a secured parking lot, but it’s not adjacent to the hotel but overall my car was in a locked lot overnight and I had access to it.

The staff was so gracious and welcoming. The room was beautiful and bed perfect. The view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking. If ever in thus part of Italy, highly recommend staying here. A bit hard to find. But worth the search.

- Orla (6/5): Lovely hotel and staff, but the area and misleading facilities completely let it down — not worth the price. - The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating they went above and beyond to help with anything I needed. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with a beautiful view of Mount Vesuvius and the sea. The hotel itself was modern and nicely decorated. The listing was very misleading. It showed that the property had a gym and a pool, which were key reasons I chose it. In reality, the gym was in a different building downstairs and required an additional fee, so it shouldn’t be advertised as part of the hotel. The “pool” was more like a small paddling pool — below knee height, very cold, and not clean, with insects and a film on the surface. The biggest disappointment, however, was the surrounding area. The location is extremely run down, with rubbish everywhere, broken pavements, and rodents in the streets. It didn’t feel tourist friendly or safe to walk around, especially in the evenings. It’s not a pleasant area for a holiday, and it’s a big contrast to how it’s presented online. If you’re looking to explore Sorrento or the Amalfi Coast, I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else, such as Sorrento itself or Meta (which is a much nicer and cleaner nearby town). Even if it costs a bit more, the difference in atmosphere and experience is absolutely worth it.

- Lesley (9/5): Stunning hotel but would not have come if we knew how terrible it was to travel to and from without paying extortionate - It was calm and very tastefully decorated. Everything is done calmly and in good taste. All staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was good and as for the room, we had the most comfortable bed. The terrace is absolutely incredible, with the best views of the bay. A short walk and you have access to all the restaurants on the front. Getting here is an absolute nightmare! Trains down this way do what they want or people are crowded like cattle. It is so confusing and no apps, or even the locals seem to get it. The Italians do not seem to care about helping you at the stations at all. One train pulled up and said we could ride their ‘special train’ if we paid 15 euros- cash! So how would we evidence our journey?. We were stranded on the way there and the hotel kindly offered to get us a taxi but it was 25 euros for a three miles journey. The hotel was so lovely but we would not have booked if we knew how absurd the travel infrastructure is here.
- Isabelle (10/5): Formidable - Hôtel merveilleux et extrêmement propre. Tout ici a été pensé et réalisé avec le plus grand soin! Notre chambre était magnifique avec un étage où se trouvait un spa privé. La déco d’excellent goût est superbe! La terrasse face à la mer est un gros atout, vous pouvez profiter d’une petite piscine face au coucher du soleil avec un verre. Le personnel est adorable, prend le temps de discuter avec vous et vous conseiller sur les différents sites à visiter et ceci toujours avec le sourire. Le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon. Tout était parfait, rien à redire
- Jalane (8/5): - This little boutique hotel was super cute! Walkable from the train station if you’re willing to do so with luggage’s. I would say about a 10-15 min walk. But you could walk the broad walk and stop for some rest if needed. We did so on our way back to the train. Rooms were spacious and clean. Rooftop decor and view were so nice! The jacuzzi was a little cold, I did wish it was a tad bit warmer… However, that was the only thing I would really change. The breakfast in the morning is pretty typical for Italy. It was tasty though! The bed was comfortable which is always a plus. Access to the beach was just a short walk away. Local dining was way better in this town than in Rome! The area was not overcrowded with tourist. Thank goodness! The beach was pleasant and relaxing! Finally the staff were super helpful and attentive. We’d definitely recommend!

Staff exceptional, knowledgeable and very helpful and responsive on what’s App. Down a dead end street was a little off putting. No coffee machine in rooms, no hot options for breakfast, and a little limited. Not staffed during the day so no bar for the deck. A few self service bottles. The whole feel is self service.

L’ accoglienza della signora Emilia e del proprietario che ci ha lasciato veramente senza parole !!!! Ritorneremo sicuramente perché posti e persone così speciali difficilmente si dimenticano 🥰

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr günstig für Ausflüge nach Neapel, Pompeji, die Amalfiküste. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die familiäre Atmosphäre des kleinen Hotels, die wunderschöne Dachterasse und das überaus freundliche Personal.
- Renate (8/5): Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit leichten Abstrichen - Das Personal war sehr nett und hat uns per WhatsApp viele Tipps geschickt. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und komfortabel. Die Dachterrasse war ein Traum. Jeden Abend ein perfekter Sonnenuntergang. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren von hier aus sehr gut zu erreichen. Für das Auto gab es eine kostenlose Parkgarage Es war nicht möglich mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen, da die nahe Umgebung sehr laut ist. Der Pool ist nicht zum schwimmen sondern nur zum abkühlen im sitzen geeignet. Der Stadtstrand war sehr dreckig. Die Strände in der näheren Umgebung musste man teuer bezahlen. Kein freier Zugang.
- Wernher (8/5): Her folgendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit ganz aufmerksamen und hilfsbereiten Personal - Unweit von Hotspots der Amalfiküste wollten wir für zwei Nächte im Quartier buchen. Absolut nett war das Personal, dass extra etwas länger auf uns gewartet hat, um uns beim einchecken noch persönlich helfen zu können. Apartments sind in einem Industriegelände untergebracht. Ihnen ist das Objekt perfekt saniert. Gemütliche Betten und schöne Bäder stehen zur Verfügung. Die Anlage verfügt über eine Dachterrasse mit Frühstücksraum und Poolbereich mit Liegen, Lounge und Blick in Richtung Ortschaft. Zu Fuß sind es dorthin etwa 20 Minuten. Parkplatz ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Dieser ist kostenlos Und wird über Nacht versperrt. Etwas ungewöhnlich ist die Lage und Umgebung.

- Michel (10/5): Le personnel super sympa et terasse magnifique - En 25 ans de voyages, on a que rarement rencontré un accueil aussi chaleureux ❤️ Le personnel de La Chiaja art&relais est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours disponible et souriant, ce qui rend le séjour vraiment spécial. L’hôtel est idéalement situé en bord de mer, parfait pour découvrir Pompéi, Sorrento, le mont Faito ou simplement profiter de la plage. Les chambres sont belles, confortables et impeccablement propres. La terrasse et la piscine offrent une vue superbe sur la baie, un vrai bonheur pour se détendre. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et savoureux, et le parking privé est un vrai plus. Et juste en face, le restaurant “Da Vittorio” est une excellente adresse pour se régaler après une journée de visites. Un séjour parfait à tous points de vue ! On avait l'impression qu'il y aurait 2 piscines mais il y en a bien qu'une petite sur la terasse :)

- EllaFabi (10/5): Un'oasi di charme vista mare - La Chiaja Art & Relais è una vera sorpresa nascosta in una stradina che porta al mare. Appena entri, lasci alle spalle il trambusto e i clacson e ti ritrovi in un’oasi di pace, silenziosa e raffinata. Sembra una casa, ma ha molto di più: splendidi quadri di un artista ispirato dal mare decorano gli ambienti, regalando un’atmosfera unica. La mia junior suite era spaziosa, elegante, arredata con cura e con un letto dotato di un morbido topper che mi ha permesso di dormire benissimo. La finestra affacciata sul mare, con il suono delle onde in sottofondo, è stata un vero lusso. La terrazza comune, con vista mare, piccola piscina, bar e area colazioni, è una chicca imperdibile. Il personale è gentilissimo e molto cordiale, sempre pronto a dare consigli preziosi sui ristoranti della zona, che vi assicuro vale la pena provare. Ogni dettaglio è curato: set di asciugamani con il logo, doccia grande, pulizia impeccabile, linea di cortesia in bagno, bollitore per tè e caffè, minibar ben fornito. Il relais è in una posizione perfetta per visitare le zone vicine ed è a pochi minuti dall’autostrada. Un piccolo gioiello che merita di essere scoperto. L’unico dispiacere, che non dipende dalla struttura, è la spiaggia purtroppo molto sporca, che non invoglia a fare il bagno.
