Thibault (2/5): - Rien Nous sommes arrivés de nuit, suite à la réservation via Booking qui a été validée par l'établissement. Une fois arrivés sur place, la gérante nous dit qu'il n'y a pas de chambres disponibles à ce prix, elle nous a failli payer le double pour en avoir une autre. Elle a profité du fait qu'il était 3 heures du matin. Avec supplément douche froide et chambre sale évidemment
Trinidad Victoria (1/5): Pésimo todo y caro no lo vale, debiese tener esto en cuenta booking - Esta en un lugar peligroso del centro, pero es céntrico a la vuelta de la famosa recova Pésimo, caro para lo que cobran, no lo vale, habitación pequeña, la tele no funcionaba, era antigua, piso de madera que sonaba todo, el baño había que bajar era compartido, ofrecían estacionamiento, tuve que dejar el auto rentado afuera porque llegue de noche y ofrecían desayuno, consulte y me dijieron que no tenían, por lo tanto publicidad engañosa y ademas la gente que aloja no es educada un hombre me fue a reclamar flaitemente,que se metió bulla, siendo que llegamos pasado medianoche con las maletas y piso de madera y nos dormimos el vecino de al lado metía bulla

Carole (4/5): Avoid the dorm rooms - The young guy at check in was very polite and let me check in early. The bedrooms upstairs looked ok but the dorms in the basement are best avoided. I just got a bad feeling about this place and did not feel comfortable at any point. I booked a 'cheap' room as I was leaving at 2am and just needed somewhere to rest before a long bus trip. Unfortunately, this was a terrible choice. The price quoted here does not reflect what is charged - I paid 6000pesos more than quoted, even with the 20% for tax it was way more than it stated here. The dorm room is in the basement with no window (there is an internal window but it is covered) so it feels like a prison cell. The room stank of cigarette smoke, it had been cleaned but the bedding etc meant it felt really grubby. I checked out at 8pm, preferring to wait at the bus station for the night rather than stay here. If you're looking for a dorm, DO NOT stay here - there are much much better options for the same price elsewhere. Also the location is not particularly safe at night, especially for solo female travellers.
María Elena (8/5): Muy buena estadía - Muy cómodo y a pasos del centro de La Serena, con transporte y negocios varios cerca. Desayuno bueno y completo, cama y baño cómodos y limpieza buena. Lo único malo fue que, al estar en una habitación ubicada en el pasillo central, se escuchaba el ruido de la gente llegando por la noche y era incómodo.
