• Alexis (7/5): Super emplacement, personnel serviable mais propreté moyenne et niveau de service à prendre en compt - Localisation magnifique, à quelques pas du Duomo. Emplacement plutôt au calme, fenêtres hyper isolantes et volets pour ne pas être dérangés. Chambre plutôt spacieuse, avec pas mal de rangements. Accueil compliqué car pas de personnel en permanence, sonnette de la porte d'entrée défectueuse et lecteur de carte qui ne fonctionne pas. Donc à chaque fois il fallait appeler pour rentrer à l'hôtel. Dans le hall, aucune aération, donc une odeur moyenne, un peu renfermée. mais impossible d'aérer car pas de fenêtres. La clim ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre en plus :(

Habitación correcta: cama buena y ducha nueva y amplia con caudal abundante. Personal agradable y eficiente. Debería tener más servicios y, sobretodo, personal en recepción 24/7.

There is daily room service, and we were very satisfied with our stay. The room is quite spacious and practical by European standards. The reception staff are very attentive and helpful with everything — we would definitely stay here again. Having a coffee machine and being very close to markets and restaurants was an extra bonus. Öffentliches Parkhaus war nicht angegeben, Dusche undicht, Duschkopf ohne Funktion, sehr heruntergekommene Einrichtung, Klimaanlage voller Schimmel, Betten sehr unbequem und durchgelegen. Kein Entgegenkommen für falsche Angaben bezüglich Parkhaus
• anoud (1/5): - Unfortunately, my experience with the room was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I noticed hair on the bed and in different parts of the room, which indicates poor cleanliness. The room also had a very unpleasant smell, similar to cigarette smoke, even though I had requested a non-smoking room. The bathroom was also in poor condition and not properly cleaned. Additionally, I found someone’s dirty clothes in one of the drawers, which made me feel even more uncomfortable. When I informed the front desk staff, she simply removed the duvet and told us to sleep without it, using only the bed sheet. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and did not meet expectations.

• Fabiola (9/5): Fantastico soggiorno - Struttura ordinata, pulita, la camera al nostro arrivo era bella calda, prodotti da bagno a disposizione e tutto funzionante. Ottima posizione!! Per entrare nel palazzo e nella struttura basta avere la proprio card della camera. Tutto impeccabile L'unica piccola pecca è stato non trovare il frigo rifornito. Nel menu snack era presente succo, arachidi e altro, ma non c'era quasi nulla se non una coca cola e acqua.

• Eduardo (8/5): Excelente localização - A localização é extremamente estratégica a uns 200 metros do Duomo e da galeria. Na noite em que estivemos lá houve uma briga de casal que se estendeu pela madrugada no quarto ao lado e como só tem recepção até umas 20:00 não tinha quem fosse intervir e atrapalhou nossa noite de sono mas creio que tenha sido um caso isolado.
