• Antony (2/5): Hôtel pour facturer, non pour accueillir - L'emplacement était bien, l'arrivée à 3h du matin à cause de mon vol tardif à l'aéroport NLU (je ne recommande pas) J'ai réservé 4 nuits par erreur au lieu de 3, car mon vol partait à minuit. J'ai demandé à l'hôtel pour changer la réservation en supprimant une nuit et peut-être avoir un minime de compensation mais la dame à l'accueil n'était pas du tout arrangeante, disant qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire. Par contre ils ont rapidement fermé ma réservation quand je suis parti et tout de suite après l'ont donné à quelqu'un qui a payé 80€ la nuit, plus l'argent de ma réserve. Des gens malhonnêtes que je ne recommande pas surtout en période de coupe de monde au Mexique. Côté chambre : lit qui fait énormément voire trop du bruit, il faut maintenir les fenêtres fermées tout le temps car sinon on est vu par les voisins, aucune vue extérieure, douche très vieille avec très peu d'eau, frigo qui fait trop de bruit.

• Michelle (9/5): Excelente relación calidad-precio sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí. - La ubicación es perfecta y todo queda caminando en un rango de 5-15min, el hotel es muy tranquilo y limpio, la habitación espaciosa y el personal muy amable, agua caliente y toallas limpias siempre, cubre con todo lo necesario, cabe recalcar que la semana que me hospedé hizo mucho calor en la ciudad y yo solo dejé abiertas las ventanas de la entrada y del cuarto, la habitación completa jamás se sintió caliente, siempre estuvo muy fresco a pesar de no contar con ventiladores. Lo recomendaría 100%. Las cortinas no se podían cerrar entonces en las mañanas la luz entraba mucho, tenía que amarrarlas con un listón todas las noches.
• José Ramón (7/5): - Buena localización. Habitación grande y amplia incluso con una estancia de cocina y mesa separada de la habitación. El baño y ducha también bastante amplios. Todo cómodo y limpio. Acceso seguro y con portero 24h. Nuestro inodoro tragaba un poco mal y tenías que tirar varias veces. La última noche tuvimos un percance con el agua caliente, pero a la mañana siguiente me dieron solución para ducharnos en otra habitación.

• John (8/5): Great place but BYO kitchenware - Pleasant safe neighbourhood conveniently located near restaurants, cafes, bars, metro and major supermarket. Good security and wifi for each apartment. Sufficient space inside plus light from windows to courtyard well. Kitchenware was very sparse and inadequate for any form of basic cooking, eg no cutting board, no sharp knives, no tea towel, etc. Only a small pot and a small fry pan provided. Reception is managed by the security guard who has limited people skills.

Podrían dejar el sofá que tienen disponible para la recepción también de uso para los clientes, pues nosotros llegamos muy temprano en la mañana (6.30am) cuando no habían ni cafés ni restaurantes abiertos todavía y no pudimos esperar en el hotel porque el sofá lo estaba usando el vigilante del hotel. Nos tocó salir a caminar y hacía mucho frío.

• José (5/5): Great location. cleanliness. Poor customer service. - Location of this property is really good. Right in the center of the delightful Condesa neighborhood. The size of the room is nice and the extra space of the adjacent living room a versatile addition. Customer service and willingness to solve issues, very low. The bathroom was plagued by moth flies (sewer flies), indicative of really poor cleanliness. These flies thrive in moist areas with organic buildup. Quite upsetting. What made it worse was the reply from the lady at the front desk (the manager) to our complaint: "I sent a person to check it out and couldn't see any flies. End of the story" (Literally). For the purpose of this review, I documented the facts with pictures. Please take a look at them. Not pleasant. During our 20-day stay our room was not made up three times citing the "Do not disturb sign" was up when the cleaning person came by. The cleaning service is supposed to be in effect as late as 4:00 pm. When we complained about it, the same argumentative lady at the front desk (the manager) talked back to us showing pictures of the “Do not disturb sign” taken as early as 11:00 am to 12:00 noon. So, our fault. Nevertheless, the issue here is that after that photo was taken, no second follow-up later visit was performed to ensure we had left and have the room cleaned. Very unreliable and chancy cleaning. A first for our long traveling experience. I need to point out that the regular cleaning lady was really good and always cleaned our room, regardless of how late we had left it (like between 1:00 and 2:00 pm). In all, a real shame since the location was awesome. This property could be a really nice place. It badly needs to be renovated, especially the bathrooms. Management and customer service in dare need to be elevated. The general feeling is of a mediocre, no so good value for the price.

• Claudia (9/5): - We spent almost a week here and it was a great choice. The hotel is in a very nice area, at walking distance from the Chapultepec park and to Roma Norte. The suites have everything you might need, the beds are huge and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful.

• Fabiola (9/5): Excelente ubicación en la Roma, cerquita de todo. Seguro - Ubicación súper segura y céntrica, cerca de todo, muy útil, en la Roma. Me encantó que siempre hay personal que te atienda, entonces por cualquier cosa tienes apoyo. Hay privacidad en el lugar y está muy cómodo. Es un buen punto para quedarte si tienes trámites o por trabajo en CDMX. La cama está cómoda porque tiene varias almohadas y eso ayuda. El lugar es espacioso, el baño muy bien. Excelente en la limpieza. El refri olía feo, entonces ya no quería guardar nada ahí. Podrían limpiar un poco más el micro y la misma refri o ya de plano renovar los electrodomésticos de la cocina. Me gustó mucho que tienen suero, coquitas y otras cosas de emergencia a la venta en recepción, pero deberían tenerlos en una minirefri y no a temperatura.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Condesa Suites offered a convenient, clean and quiet place to rest from my busy week in Mexico city. - Location. Easy walk to transit. Quiet. Kitchen area with small fridge, microwave, stove-top convenient. Food options-restaurant and groceries-not too far. Felt safe. Exterior entryway needs to be cleaned up. No bedside light—overhead light very bright and switch not near bed. One small steak knife was only sharp knife.

No heat in room but desk gave me a portable heater that did the job. No hair dryer. I had 2 separate reservations. The first room was folorn- dingy and in need of sprucing up. After 1 night I moved to an executive suite which was much nicer. Appreciated daily maid service although bedding was not changed even though I was there 2 weeks. Room 607 was dingy and in need of sprucing up. 602 was very much nicer.
• Susan (9/5): Value, clean and comfortable accommodation in perfect location. - Excellent location in Condesa. Super clean. Large comfortable bed. And so quiet no noise from any neighbouring rooms. We were fine but it's a little chilly in the morning this time of year and could do with a heater. Didn't ask though so maybe they do have at reception. Not a huge deal.

• Mark (8/5): I would stay here again. - The hotel was clean and the cleaning staff did a good job. My shower started to dripping one morning and they fixed it the same day without me even asking. The neighborhood was quiet and very pleasant. Close to parks and cafés.

• Gabriel (9/5): Great stay and location - Great location and spacious apartment. Big double bed. The appliances and TV were a bit outdated. Bathroom is Ok. Our toilet seat lid was a bit broken and detached from the seat. Daily cleaning service was great. Very easy to walk around popular suburbs and close to the Chapultepec park (anthropology museum). The area is great too, lots restaurants and bars nearby. In summary is good place to stay. TV is a bit old. Cutlery not properly washed.

• Jeanne (8/5): - The bed is large and comfortable. The building was quiet and the neighbourhood pleasant. We liked that it was easy to walk to the Metro and Chapultepec park. Bedside lights would be helpful, as the lights over the bed are bright and harsh. Although the room is a good size, it didn’t feel comfortable to hang out in because the windows face an interior light shaft. This means that other rooms face yours, so it doesn’t feel private, and it’s a bit dark.
• JUAN CARLOS (9/5): Excelente sitio. - Muy buena ubicación, sector tranquilo, el personal respetuoso y amable. Apartamento bien distribuido, limpio, cama cómoda, cocina con lo necesario.
• Alexa (9/5): Muy buena relación calidad-precio - Buena ubicación, habitación con muchas comodidades útiles como cocina. En el cuarto piso que fue donde nos hospedamos, no había ruidos molestos, así que fue cómoda la estadía. No tenían secador de pelo lo cual es muy básico. El ascensor era muy lento y se movía un poco, quizás requiere más mantenimiento.
• Octavio (10/5): Excelente - Espacioso, cómodo, limpio, tiene todo lo que necesitas, shampoo, crema de enjuague, jabón, toallon, toalla de mano y de salida de baño. Cocina heladera microondas TV, enchufes por todos lados, silencioso.
