Guest Reviews
- Itamar Antonio (4/5): Hotel muito simples. - Muito simples. Limpeza cama.
- Keishla (10/5): Relajante - La comodidad
- Donald (2/5): Good luck no check in before 3 - At least it had air conditioning, but the air conditioner was so loud. It was either all the way on or or off no other settings. Everything small bed old only 1 coffee, cup, and no coffee nothing there at all vending machine where you get water out of it and that’s about it one coffee cup in the room no cups nothing else
- Mindy (1/5): - Nothing Did not like the location or the room, but it was the only thing available when I booked.
- Cheryl (5/5): Just okay - East to get to, friendly staff Blanket was dirty upon arrival. Made me question how clean the actual room was in general. Also didn't like that the prices in hotels overall were jacked up due to a cruise going out the next day.
- Pedro A. (9/5): -
- Felix (3/5): -
- Chad (6/5): -
- Thekengure (7/5): The reception lady was very helpful - It was peaceful There is no choice of breakfast or basic water in the room atleast water should be avid in the room
- Matthew (5/5): Convenient for before a cruise - Convenient to cruise port with free shuttle on cruise days. Very basic facility. No food close by. Expensive.
- Aslam (1/5): Most inconvenient stay ever in any hotel and the worst part is that the cost was of a five star hotel for a 0 star hotel - this was a terrible hotel. The hotel has old furniture and old and dingy the room had a wooden bench instead of a couch. There was no soap in the shower and when they filled the soap dispenser it did not work. no shampoo or anything else beside a soap dispenser that did not work. No iron in the room. no hair dryer in the room. these are things you expect in a hotel so you dont bring them in your luggage - The bed was ok and comfortable and that was the only reasonable thing
- Christine (7/5): - Belle distance des restos, du port et magasins Rien
- Frederick (3/5): - Shuttle Room barely adequate. Towels, glasses missing.
- Bryan (10/5): Gem near District T Mobile - Very clean room, nice spot near Convention Center and near Old San Juan. Plenty of restaurants around the area.
AC, hot water, wifi, tv works find. The rooms has microwave and small fridge that is a plus. For the rate was very good and clean. Nothing. Best choice in San Juan
- Frederic (3/5): - Closed by the convention center (10 min). Nice local restaurants not far from the properties. Staff try to do there best with the complains and are generally very helpful. The front desk staff time is very limited, so you have to call if you need something. Get the door code to be able to come back to the hotel. The hotel is very close by highway or very busy street with poor window insulation, so it's noisy late evening and early morning. Only two towels for the room. TV was not working even with the explanations. Cold water for shower for half of the stay. I paid a lot for the value of the hotel (over $300 with resort fees).
- Aimee (4/5): -
- Joanne (6/5): - Close to cruise ship port. In room by interstate with a door that did nothing to buffer the noise. No breakfast as posted on Booking.com. Hand soap only. Totally disorganized & rude directing the large crowd who were to be shuttle to the ships which is the only advantage for the hotel for its excessive price.
- Lindsay (9/5): - Whole family in one room such a great neighborhood
- Darr (8/5): Price was inflated because of yearly carnival going on. Overall good experience except the water going cold after 5 mins - Very close to the cruise port, Pacifica Port. Also close to lots of shopping. Hot water ran out in shower after about 5 mins.
- Omar (10/5): Accesible - Excelente localización, limpio. n/a
- Yanfel (9/5): - Location, employees Prive liþle higher than typical. Ive stayed there many times
- Stacy (10/5): -
- Amanda (1/5): I would never stay here again. - The air conditioning worked after we turned it on. Location was terrible, room was small, the free shuttle to the cruise port was not an option once we got there
- Omar (10/5): Excelente - Location, price, N/a
- Carlos (10/5): - todo muy bueno
- Wilfredo (9/5): -
- Medina (10/5): - El cuarto estaba limpio El ascensor estaba dañado y tuvimos que subir 84 escalones
- Dale (2/5): For the value received for the cost, it is the worst hotel that I have ever been in. - NONE Perhaps more than just two towels with no facecloths or smaller towels. A sink with faucet and pressure and not on a short timer. Some areas to place one's toiletries. A small TV way too far away to watch. A somewhat musty smell upon first entering the hotel. The name 'DREAMS' is a totally deceiving misnomer. One can only dream that things could be so poor for the money spent.
- ian (7/5): -
- Ashely (10/5): -
- Omar (10/5): - Clean
- JOSUE (10/5): - Clean room | Staff | Shops nearby
- Ancia (8/5): - My stay though short was good and in a very convenient location.
- Yadisha (8/5): - This may not be a fancy hotel, but the location is prime, room had a decent size, bathroom is clean, and overall serves the purpose of resting after a whole day of exploring.
- Marcelo (4/5): No vuelvo a hospedarme, no se justifica el precio! - No justifica su precio tomando en cuenta el servicio y confort que ofrecen.
- Wilmarie (7/5): -
- Emilio (10/5): - Cent
- Mary Ann (10/5): - The sidewalks in the surrounding area are not safe. I fell last night from a hole on the sidewalk.
The bathroom sink has cold water and the way you turn it on is by pressing it down like a public restroom. No soap provided only soap dispensers.
Air conditioning has a preset temperature and we were too cold or maybe too hot had we turned it off.
Otherwise, very nice!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Just the basics - If you're okay with the bare minimum, then this hotel will suit you fine. It is a small, old, but clean hotel with a lot to be desired. We did not receive a warm greeting from the morning attendant as it appeared she had more than one role (housekeeping & front desk) she was quite stressed. I am fully bilingual, but that didn't help with her being more welcoming.
The room was adequate; Queen size bed just had 3 pillows for a 2-person bed, and only 2 towels, the air conditioner is controlled by an on and off switch and stays at 72 degrees (F). There is no way to adjust it. There is only one mirror on the medicine cabinet in the bathroom above sink. There was no full-size mirror in the room. To get water from the sink you must push the bottom on top of the faucet so that the water is regulated which is an inconvenience. There were no shelves or grab bars in the shower. There were 2 coffee cups in the room, but no coffee machine. If you want ice, you need to bring your ice bucket to the lobby and hopefully find someone that will fill your ice bucket. The TV instructions were incorrect and a challenge to figure out.
The hotel doors are locked after hours so you need a code to get in for security.
They do have a shuttle to the cruise port, but not to the airport.
This hotel is walking distance to the T-Mobile district which is very nice. It's open late and has restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Old San Juan is a 10-minute Uber ride.
- michael (6/5): - They provided transportation to the cruise ship. Premises are very old and not well kept. There is a coffee pot in the room, but no coffee is provided. An ice bucket is provided, but you need to go to the reception to ask for the ice. The hair dryer didn't work. The television has DIsh, but only a handful of channels are available. We couldn't sign in to Netflix because a cable was required, and no mirroring worked.
- Saturnino (10/5): - Comfortable bed, quiet room. Walking distance to Distrito Tmobile. Would definitely be back.
- Jefflee (10/5): - Un lugar familiar para descansar cerca del Natatorio.
- Angela (8/5): - Beside the light at the door which was super bright at night everything else was good.
- Leslie (10/5): - My favorite stay
- Sonia (8/5): - Hotel was ok but close to highway and not very quiet.
- Tasheena (8/5): - Property was in a safe area and it was children friendly.
- Pablo (10/5): - .
- Samer (8/5): - The property is ok if you need a place to stay. Not a place for a vacation. It’s relatively close to T-mobile District, about 5 min drive.
- Manuel (10/5): - Parking was easy and the location was easy to find. The area is walkable and safe.
- Sheilymar (6/5): - Too much light through windows and front door
- Karla (10/5): - Es centralizado.
- Sonia (10/5): - I enjoyed my stay at this property.
- Joe (10/5): - The property is nice and clean we only stayed 1 night before we left on a cruise they even provided the transportation to the port. Second time staying here and would stay again. I would like a hand towel in the bathroom but that is all . Staff is friendly and made you feel at home
- Shawn (8/5): - Nice stay
- Dana (8/5): One night stay in San Juan - We stayed for 1 night, the staff was very kind and helpful and the room was comfortable. My only not so good thing was the parking which was really hard to maneuver for a medium size car.
- Jose (10/5): - Todo el hotel lucía limpio y ordenado . Bien cuidado. Lugar tranquilo y céntrico para llegar a muchos lugares de interés . Excelente
- Luisa (8/5): - Good
- Emilio (10/5): - Property is near popular places
- Pagán (9/5): Superb -
- Javier (10/5): - Buen servicio. Todo limpio y en buenas condiciones.
- Leslie (10/5): - Great location
- Cheryl (4/5): - The pictures were nothing like the hotel. No coffee maker and the AC was preset.
- Sally (6/5): - We want to commend the front desk lady, Allie, for her concern and help. When our luggage got held up by United Airlines she was of great assistance. Made several calls, kept us informed. Always very considerate and patient. She is an excellent public service person.
- Katia (10/5): - Excelente
- Joanie (10/5): - Me hospede en este hotel porque estaba a poca distancia del Distrito T Movil donde se presentaba un concierto en el Coca Cola Music Hall.
- Reina (2/5): - My stay was 1 week ago.
The air conditioning didn't work, our room was over 80 degrees and there was no staff available to fix it at that time. When I complained in the morning they told me they would call me but they never did.
- Kirsten (8/5): - Location was great for a conference at the convention center. Much more local than the Sheraton
- Alexandra (8/5): - Short stay but it was good, just wish I did not have to get basic things, i.e, ice, wash cloth, etc. from the front desk.
- Maria (10/5): - Friendly staff, afoordable, good location
- Karen (10/5): - Convenient place. Clean, spacious, good bed, wakable to places like Distrito T-Mobile. Parking space was a bit small, but useful.
- Wilfredo (6/5): - I stayed just one night. It was just about fine.
- Miguel (10/5): - Great location! Stayed from only a few days. But definitely recommend it
- Yvette (10/5): - It was clean, quiet and customer service quickly checked me in without reservation.
- Rafael (6/5): - It is very clean and accessible to
- katina (10/5): - It was a great experience the staff were very helpful and friendly I definitely recommend this hotel is close to everything and el Viejo San Juan
- Jomarys (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rafael (8/5): - The hotel is good for s short stay. The tv is very limited and it has no alternative to have breakfast. However is very clean and has good parking. A place to sleep in.
- Jessie (4/5): - the loccation is good, but the ammenities are very poor, the rooms very old, it doesnt feel safe, and there is no restaurant or nothing.
- Iraida (10/5): - It was pleasant but the staff took forever to help us and our was super late. We were tired
- Nelly (8/5): - The lady at front desk was helpful but she was by herself.
- Carlos (10/5): - Awesome
- Josh (2/5): - Found a cockroach in my room and only stayed one hour and left the hotel that I booked for two days and requested a refund that I'm still waiting on.
- Lise (8/5): - Nice staff at service desk. No shampoo but there is soap
- Erin (8/5): - We had a good stay - short stop over before heading to the airport. Easy check in, hot water for showers.
- Kim (8/5): Very good -
- Shi-shyan (6/5): - The room was clean. There was no face towels, no coffee/tea in the room. The hotel was located near a busy highway, the traffic noise was too loud all through the night.
- Maxwell (4/5): - Not a dream. More of a nightmare. Will not stay there again.
- Jackie (10/5): - Overnight stay was good
- Corie (10/5): Comfortable - It was a pleasant stay. It was within walking distance to what I needed.
- Stacey (10/5): - It served its purpose which was an overnight stay before our cruise.
- Ron (10/5): - The hotel met our needs. The free shuttle to the cruise terminal was a big plus.
- G Keong (10/5): - Near the cruise port. Free transportation to the cruise port. Excellent service.
- Nicole (10/5): - I drove around for hours looking for the hotel. I finally called them and they were very helpful. The next morning the new staff was very helpful and kind. I gave this hotel 5 stars because it has a 24 hour manned front desk that were kind when I needed it. Thank you! I stayed the remainder of my trip at a rental in Arecibo.
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Raymond (7/5): Good -
- Kirk (9/5): Superb -
- Jeffery (10/5): - Great night stay. Wonderful location and easy to navigate with Uber. Also don't great restaurants in walking distance. Nothing fancy but we enjoyed the peace and quiet and the price.
